If your car is driveable and there are no injuries, move your car off the road. It's state law in New Jersey and you will be safer off the road while you wait for a tow. Your insurance company does not require you to leave the vehicle in place and you will not jeopardize your claim by moving to a safer location.
Your insurance company may want you to visit the drive-in claims center, but you may not have to. You can request that your car be inspected at the auto shop. There is no law in New Jersey requiring you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal for an auto repair. You have the right to choose the repair shop; the insurance company cannot require you to use a particular shop.

ABC works with your insurance company as needed to negotiate the work, then orders and receives the necessary parts for the repair. ABC completes the repair as authorized, including disassembly of damaged parts, structural and body repairs, and installation of new panels and parts. If there are any issues or additional work needed, a supplementary repair authorization document is prepared and approved by you. Vehicle requiring body repairs are primed, sealed, and corrosion protected after the body repair is completed.

Excellent review here. We took our practically brand new car to Auto Body Concepts after it was hit by a neighbor while parked and we could not be happier with the work that was done. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Paul and Melissa were always professional and kept us updated regularly on the progress. I brought my almost BRAND NEW 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee after a bad accident to Paul Tevald, owner of Auto Body Concepts because of my past experience with their quality work. Paul & his manager, Melissa were a godsend. They kept me updated every step of the way, handled everything from A-Z all with a smile! After my accident my BMW was at this shop for almost 2 months due to the parts being on back order. Melissa, Jovanna and team were so diligent with the vendors and professional. The team also kept me updated throughout each week which I appreciated. Melissa fought for me with my insurance company and was able to get me a car rental for longer than my policy allowed.
She spoke with them several times a week to ensure I got everything I needed. She's truly wonderful! A tough cookie that values her costumers. I got my car back today and It looks like the day I bought it! I highly recommend auto body concepts - I'm so grateful for them! 5/5 stars!

I brought my new Mazda in that was 1 month old. someone hit the car in front. Mazda recommended them as they said the car would be done in a couple of weeks. It was 5 weeks! My new car came back with a long scratch. This car sat in garage and then was there for 2 weeks. It only had 400 miles on it. I never received calls to be updated and then was told they determined a shopping cart hit my car.
I don't use it for shopping, We have an SUV for that. Melissa was supposed to call back to lmk when her guy would repair the permanent marker on my door as the car came back with that as well! I don't own a purple permanent marker. Those 5 star reviews must be fake from friends as read the 1 star reviews.thats more like what I experienced. Horrible experience and would never use them again!

I recently got my car fixed at Auto Body Concepts. From customer service and making sure that I was always up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. To the quality of work when I got my car back. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone. And if I ever get in a situation again I know where I will be going!

I used Auto Body Concepts to perform body work on my BMW 535xi and BMW X3. They did an exceptional job repairing the front hood, fenders, grille and headlights on both of the vehicles. The paint job and finish work was exceptional and they blended the clear coat perfectly. The X3 was repaired in 2016 and the car looks like new. Their customer service, body work and detailing was the best by far. I've used other shops in the past and the quality far exceeds the others. Melissa was the best. I highly recommend their shop. Very professional and great workmanship.
