Dropped off my jeep to get repaired at the 5580 Ulmerton Road location the repair went well and had a rental car for the duration of the repair. Returned the rental car and picked up my jeep the back senses are not working correctly should've been tested also when I returned the rental car I left a pair of my sunglasses in there I called the following day to ask them about the glasses and no one knows what happened to them, so they just disappeared.

Running a big business like that it's a shame that you have people that steal and don't return someone's personal property. A nice pair of sunglasses that were a birthday gift. Well needless to say I won't be doing business with them again. It's hard to find honest people these days.

Crash Champions were VERY excellent in their timing, professionalism everything. There was no concern. They fixed my bumper and even took old paint off my van! I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere. At Robbie's, the attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right is incomparable. They did a perfect job fixing my Mazda CX-5 and it looks brand new again. They even took apart my front license plate and tightened it for me! They truly go above and beyond to help their customers. Dropped off my car on a Friday - came back flawless by the following week. During Covid my car was in physical shambles - from damaged door dents in NYC, to a smashed in front bumper, and a huge crack in my windshield from the stores that have passed through. Blown away with the quality and quick turnaround at Robbie's! After my car got hit, they were the first place I thought to take it to. I've seen their work for years and cars always come out looking brand new. Robbie's did a fantastic job and now my car looks better than ever. Just had a side mirror replaced on my 2020 Traverse. The team at Total Body did a fantastic job! The needed part came in much quicker than expected and they took great care of my car. Had it fixed up in a day. Got a bonus car wash and vacuum too! Outstanding customer service! If we ever need our cars repaired. we will definitely be taking them here!

Bright my car here because The passenger side rear panel had fallen off and the front passenger door and fender panel was missing clips with missing being the key word. They ordered the clips and put the clips on. The panel was not loose at all when I picked it up from them. Now it's loose and there is glue where the clips are. They're saying they put the clips on not the glue someone must've come behind them and redid it and broke the clips then glued it.

They repaired it in October it's the first of p August that's less than ten months of they did it right the first time why would I have to have it redone and take it somewhere else then bring it back here. The clips are $12 and they have to be ordered through the dealer so why would another repair shop just glue and why would I lie and bring it back here if I took it to another repair shop in the last ten months.

They were the last ones to though it and do any repairs. They fixed it today and what did they do, clips and glue so if they did it today why wouldn't they have done it then. If clips are broke and the glue isn't going to hold why do the same thing is my point and once again they're the last ones to though it and it's not loose now but when I bring it back after it's loose again it's going to be a problem like it is now.

I should've taken it down the street they do a much better job and live up to their standards and honor their warranties. It saved my like two or three hundred dollars but now it's going to cost me that and more so I should've just paid the money. They say you get what you pay for.

At Robbie's they did a great job to return my Jeep Grand Cherokee back to almost new condition. The damage in the suspension components and all the body damage were simply corrected and eliminated. I know they went above and beyond fixing the parking break system which I know was non operation before the accident. The facilities and all the personnel including Robbie are simply the best I've known.

I was very impressed by Crash Champions of Crestwood. My car needed repair after I was rear ended. The other driver's insurance company sent me to this location. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and seamless everything was. I appreciated the rental car being right there for me and the simple check in and check out process! They even gave me a beautiful rose when I picked up my car- said it was something they like to do for their customers!

I had a GREAT experience here. A driver damaged my vehicle and his insurance company sent me a list of collision auto repair shops. I was not familiar with any of them and chose Crash Champions based on their Yelp reviews. I am sooo glad I did. After reaching out to the insurance adjuster, a representative from Crash Champions reached out to me. I dropped my car off the following day.

The staff was VERY friendly and a rental car and representative was there awaiting me; PERK. Before I left, Dave and the nice woman at the counter explained everything and they continued to send me text message updates throughout the duration of their repairs. When I finally arrived for pickup, I just dropped off the rental and drove away in my SHINY car.

Not ONLY did they repair the damages, but multiple scratches as well. My car literally looked like it came fresh off the car lot. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY satisfied. As far as the few bad reviews posted, I didn't experience ANY of that.

I was recently involved in an accident and was looking for a shop that would bring my car back to exact way it was pre-accident. I scoured the internet for hours until I stumbled upon Robbies Auto which was about 30 miles away from my home. I elected to give them a chance based on comments that I read on google. All of the comments stated great things, however I still had little doubt as I am not very trusting of businesses. Moreover, after visiting the shop and meeting the workers the owner I came away very Impressed.

This is the best shop I have every seen in my whole entire life and the work that they perform is hands down superior then anyone else. Robbie's Auto Superseded my expectations by far.

This is a very clean and professional shop. My car was hit while parked and had tons of cosmetic damage. it came out looking like new. They kept me up to date with the progress and worked with my insurance and rental car company to make things easy. Only two problems happened. When all was done, they called me to pick it up, but it was not ready when I arrived.

They tried hard to make up for it and were very apologetic. It was nice to know they cared. They also somehow disabled my car's alarm system, as I discovered after driving out, but they were able to get it fixed the very next day and even picked up the cost to have the dealership do it (since it would be faster than them doing it). The dealership says this is a very common thing that happens with my kind of car (a tiny plastic piece misaligned after body work is done disables the whole alarm) so I can understand that no place is perfect. At least they worked really hard to set things right. I would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately, this used to be a good shop, but it seems things have declined since the name change. Another vehicle slid into my car in the snow, damaging my driver-side front and back door. I selected Crash for the repairs, as I previously had excellent customer service and body work completed on my vehicle. While the work was being done, I received a bunch of random text messages with information regarding the estimate that did not match the corresponding phone calls I received.

When the work was completed, I picked up my car and the interior was dirty, and the doors seemed 'off' with neon marks in several spots. After speaking with my insurance company, they coordinated with the shop to have my car looked at by the shop again. The shop contacted me-- and I brought it to the shop within the next couple weekends. Unfortunately, again, after driving about 30+ miles, the shop told me to bring it back again (with no clear reason why they couldn't take it while I was there).

Upon return, I was given a ride to the car rental agency where I wasn't able to rent a vehicle as a I had left my DL in my jacket pocket (my fault). So, I had to return to the shop to get my car. They said they would try to take a look while I waited. To my annoyance, they had me come into the shop to quality check my car doors-- one was obviously oiled and the other-- NOTHING! and was pretty obviously still out of alignment.

I had to show them where MULTIPLE times! Again, I had to SHOW THEM where it was not matching the other side of the car. These guys do this for a living not me! Anyways, not happy, barely satisfied. Wouldn't bring my car here again. Even though Dave must've told me ten times they stand behind their work for as long as I own the vehicle (because thats the law!). J&J where'd you guys go? That's where I'd bring my car!

While at work at car backed into mines and left a horrible dent. After waiting months to fix it, since it happened right before winter, I became afraid of making any cosmetic repairs because I know it could happen again, I decided to go with a repair company though my insurance. I am so happy I decided to go this route. This is a great repair shop.

The customer service is great, and they were able to tell me how long it would take to fix my car. My dent was removed and repainted by the next day! When I left my car is was dirty, and when I returned it was completely clean. This is when I noticed two horrible scratches on the side of my car. I told one of the workers, and even though the scratches were probably there before I took my car to be repaired, they still tried to remove the scratches for free!

If I ever have to have dents or anything removed from my car (which I really hope will not happen) I will take my car to this repair shop. I will also refer their services to anyone who have car repair needs as well.

Geico directed us here after we had a school bus driver pull out in front of my wife on Cicero. Crash Champions is a CRP shop with Geico and we wanted to make sure we went to a place that they recommended. This shop and everyone there went above and beyond the call of duty to get our Suburban back to us in less time than they thought it was going to take. Cameron the Geico adjuster was very easy to work with and the people at Crash Champions were fantastic. Highly recommend this shop and they have our business for life.
