Yes it is true. Although we loved our location, we parted ways with our original facility on Main Street in Cottage Grove to open our new shop off Davidson Ave. This move has allowed us to install the latest technology in collision repair equipment. Including a new Paint Booth, Frame Measuring System, and the latest in welding technology.
Established in 1975, Auto Art Body and Paint, Inc. is a state of the art facility that specializes in collision repair and restoration. Combining highly experienced technicians and cutting edge technology allows us to not only repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition, but give you the confidence that the job was done right.
The repair time will vary depending on the amount of damage, but it also depends on the availability of parts. Most repairs take a few days to a week. We will gladly arrange a rental vehicle for you. We will either get you into our own rental car or arrange for you to be picked up by Enterprise. We provide a lifetime warranty on our repairs.

This will be the first time being here so I will update this review. First off let me say, they are super friendly and accommodating. I was able to get my car in and checked out very quickly and painless. All seem very professional and helping. I can't wait to see how my BMW 335i comes out. Super glad the shop is in my home town. Two thumbs up for what I have experienced so far.
My update: My first experience having to deal with this kind of situation and it was a good one. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. They will be my first choice for anything like this again. I will highly recommend.

Amazing experience! I am not originally from this area and was unsure where to go to get my car repaired. My bumper got hit and taken off by a garbage truck and Ron and his wife went above and beyond to help me figure out the insurance, rental car, and my car situation. Aside from that, my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off and my headlights were no longer foggy. This will be my new go-to repair shop as they took care of me so well. :

I am in need for collision repair so I called to find out what I needed to do, because I don't have the luxury of taking time off work to do this. I asked, explaining this situation, and the response I got was."get off your ass and get down here" then was hung up on. Certainly not the customer service I was expecting as I was referred from another friend and professional business owner in Cottage Grove.

They did a fantastic job fixing my prius after I hit a deer. Excellent quality work, very good customer service, extremely professional. Absolutely no bs with this shop. Iv used lower quality shops that were focused on speed and giving customers a good deal, this shop is focused on quality of work, so it takes slightly longer then some shops, but the quality is exceptional. I'll be back if I ever need body work done. Before and after pics.

After being run into at work, I swung by a body shop in Eugene. They said (on Jan. 4, 2016) that the soonest they could get a car that's still able to be driven was early March 2016. I then took my car to Auto Art Body & Paint, after a guy I work with recommended them. Got in, got my appointment for two weeks later! Dropped it off, Enterprise car rental was there with a rental car for me.
Auto Art called and let me know ETAs.it was estimated to be done 5 days later but it got pushed a couple of days. No big deal, they kept in contact and soon I was picking my car up! I dropped my rental off right there (they checked me in) and drove off in my car, looking as good as new (or, really, as good as a 10 year old car really CAN). Paint is an exact match, striping is an exact match, everything looks fantastic! I will bring all my future body work here without hesitation, and will refer everyone that needs work here!

This body shop was recommended by my insurance provider. I called and asked for an estimate of how long it might take and how much it might cost to repair my vehicle. The gruff, disinterested sounding man on the phone would not offer any information, saying he needed to see the vehicle first. Lame-O. I know prices and time can change depending on what is discovered, but to not even offer an estimate as to how long a repair could take is a great way to turn away business. For the record, this was the ONLY body shop I called who refused to provide an estimate, and therefore will not receive my business.
