I can't begin to describe how satisfied I am with this shop's great service. I have been to Auto Advantage Collision on 3 different occasions and every time their service has exceeded my expectations. They begin working on your vehicle as soon as your insurance claim gets approved, or, in my case, provide initial payment. Only 1-3 days for minor work and one week for major work was very ideal and fast for me. Competitive prices, great workmanship, clean place and friendly staff = A++++ all around. Highly recommended. Long post here but I don't usually write these but I really feel I should share my experience with Auto Advantage. I was in a pretty bad accident a few weeks ago and anyone that looked at the damage to my vehicle said it wouldn't be worth putting the money into fixing. I was devistated. I had only just bought my used Flex a month and a half prior and didn't have full coverage insurance.

I had it towed to auto advantage because I heard good things and I was hopeful. I was given a guesstimate of a quote before it was even put up on the hoist of at least 3500 but probably more. They didn't want to look further into the issues without me being prepared to spend at least that much. (Completely understandable) I was missing a tire completely, back bumper was dangling and the driver side rear door was all smashed in.

Nobody had any idea what to expect the underneath to look like. But we knew the side airbags had deployed and seatbelts were all locked up. I told them to please take the time to give me a proper quote on all that could be done. Just looking for driveable not cosmetic perfection. Without me wanting to spend too much to make it pretty again I was told that rear driver door wouldn't be usable and a good chance the trunk wouldn't open either.

I went ahead with the repairs and when I tell you they went above and beyond I mean they went above and beyond! Not only were the repairs $1300 less than I was originally quoted as a guesstimate. Both the rear door and trunk are usable! :) I am beyond happy with the way things turned out! These guys knew that I had agreed to spending AT LEAST a certain amount and didn't expect certain things to be in working order and they were honest enough to not over charge me! That's unheard of! That's what you call integrity, honesty, and great work! I can't thank the hard working staff at Advantage auto collision enough.

I had some front end damage on my brand new car after someone backed into me. Took it to Darrin at Auto Advantage and it looks as good as it did before it got hit. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, let me know everything that was needed and exactly how long it would take. I got my car back cleaner then I gave it to them, and they even gave me a little thank you card and some mints! Wonderful experience at a wonderful shop!

Picked up my car from Auto Advantage and Wow! Got minor body and paint but looks like a new car! Head light restoration is where its at. The price i was quoted was very affordable and they got it done super fast. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They will have my future business. Thanks you guys.

Nothing short of amazing! If you are looking for honest people that love what they do, you've found them. They replaced my wife's bumper and did a buff and shine job on my car. They did an excellent job. It's been a long time since I've not felt tricked or cheated out of my money. Customer service off the charts! And very personal.

After a long time pricing different places to get major mechanical work done, I stumbled accross Auto Advantage. I also needed some body work done so I stopped in and spoke with Sophia. I told her about the body work and she quoted me an incredible price! I then asked if she could refer me to a mechanic for my front end suspension work. She then informed me that she had a mechanic that could take a look.

He drove my car around the block and said it was horrible( which I already knew). I then thought omg this is going to be very expensive. Sophia then gave me the greatest price ever. I am truly thankful for stumbling accross these amazing people who helped me more then they know, I am a struggling single mother who could not be more grateful for their services. The staff at Auto Advantage was amazing! Usually as a girl, it is very intimidating to have your vehicle serviced. They were extremely welcoming, they do not try to sell you on things you don't need and the prices can't be beat! I will never have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. An amazing experience!

Very trustworthy body shop. I'm a single mom and dont trust a lot of body shops out there. These guys made me feel like they really cared about what was wrong with my car and I didnt feel taken advantage of. They fixed my front brakes and replaced my wheel barrings in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be back!
