Quick appointment. Prompt turnaround for inspection, as promised. Clean waiting area. Very professional environment. Took another car there for oil change (BMW). I waited. Promptly took it in and finished the job within the time frame promised, at a competitive price. These people are great! Another excellent visit today for an inspection. In and out as promised.

I have been using Atlantic Autowerks for years to perform work on my 2003 X5. I have always been impressed with the results, but more than that, I feel comfortable that they are not out to take advantage of me. Recently, my vehicle would start and just shut off. I had it towed to Atlantic Autowerks. They called soon afterwards and informed me that a clamp had come loose from the exhaust.

They tighten it up and all was well. Total cost for the repair was zero! I was happily surprised. They could have charged me a diagnostic fee or who knows what else. I recommend them wholeheartedly for all your BMW maintenance.

Just before Labor Day we were on vacation on the OBX when the fuel pump in our E83 X3 died and left us stranded on the Saturday before we were planning to head home to Massachusetts. I called a variety of shops, but Atlantic Autowerks was the only one who said they could / would help us if we had the car towed to them. We had it towed in on Sunday and they evaluated it and ordered the needed parts on Monday.

By Tuesday afternoon we were on our way home. I was really, really impressed by their professionalism and how they went out of their way to help us out. Than - out of the blue - I got a message from them a few weeks later to followup to be sure we were happy with their service. I've been in / around the auto business for decades, and this has been one of my best experiences dealing with a shop. I'll be using them in the future!

Had a Mini Cooper worked on bill was 3500 said they replaced the valve cover and a few other parts today I found out it still has the valve cover that was purchased for the car prior to me owning it it was sold from eBay seven years ago tracked previous buyer and they confirmed not to mention we have a receipt for it they acted like someone would take it off and throw it away and put an old seven year one on unbelievable if youUse this company make sure you get all your old parts back this will end up in court no doubt about it.

We are now trying to confirm if the rest of the parts was replaced /work done. Update just found out they did not replace the crank seal between the crank seal repair and the valve cover the cost was close to 2k in parts and labor. Unfortunately We are going to court

They are just amazing. I've finally have found an auto repair shop I can trust. They don't try to add unnecessary work added to your estimate. Great team and customer service for years now. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very poor methods of providing service quotes, estimates, and obtaining customer consent before performing expensive services. There is apparently no formal, documentable process available from this business -- in the post-COVID year 2021, mind you -- for providing service details ahead of time.not by physical paper, not in email, not in text message.

Phone scheduler personnel has poor communication skills; uses automotive terminology loosely and in a confusing manner; does not provide accurate $ estimates when asked. For example, says "do the brakes" instead of being specific about what actual part(s) of the entire brake system are to be serviced. On-site manager has absolutely NO business handling customer-service nor interpersonal matters; is a smug, small man with ZERO soft skills; manager allows other employees to verbally abuse customers.

How the owners of this business allow this lack-luster crew to run the day-to-day operation of his business is a great mystery. Due to all of the above, I was charged $1,500 for not only services I did NOT want, but **services that did NOT need to be performed at the time**. Then to top it off, I was berated by the manager, in public, accused of having a bad attitude and called a LIAR. This NOT how you handle customer service, regardless of a customer's level of dissatisfaction!

From the first call making the appointment, the service, and the follow up, a very professional, honest, and reasonable BMW service. I'm glad I found them, and I highly recommend them. They know what they're doing and they're fair. Great BMW mechanics at a fair price.

I went in for tire replacement and state inspection. They diagnosed my issues quickly, and clearly presented what was necessary to pass inspection and what could wait. They did great work, and I'm confident they will keep my BMW running well for many more years!

I am in area short term, working, and 600 miles from home. I had a strange noise, worried about driving it home again, and no one was willing to take me right in except these guys. David, was very professional and helpful, found the issue that day, He then suggested my cheapest solution and had it repaired the next day. I was impressed by their professionalism, caring attitude and willingness to work with me.

This BMW is a 22 year old classic, I keep a cover on it outside at all times, they were happy to uncover and re-cover it after diagnosis. If I lived here this would be my go to repair shop for all maintenance needs!
