Great business that I very much recommend! After my maintenance plan with Mercedes expired I was looking for a trustworthy and reliable place that can do maintenance and more at a more affordable price then the dealership. Aspen Auto had great reviews so I took my car in. Since then the service has been incredible, from great communication, super friendly staff that takes time to answer questions, working with your schedule and shopping for parts to save you headaches and money. I recommend Aspen Auto to anyone with a car but more so to anyone that cares for their car.

Wow. Blown away by how friendly and helpful Aspen Auto Clinic are. My Toyota dealership totally misdiagnosed my car issues but Aspen Auto Clinic stepped in with the correct diagnosis and took care of me and my car with amazing communication (thanks, Krystal!), a fantastic price, and five star service. Will be using this auto shop from now on. My only regret is that I did not find out about this garage sooner. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!

I've been going to Aspen Auto Clinic for a lot of years and they've always been great. I've gone to almost all of their locations and never had problems, but the Mark Dabling location is excellent and my preferred shop, even though it's on the other side of town. Their warranty and service is a huge benefit to me and all of their staff are always friendly and helpful!

Love this place, very easy to work with! Michael was very thorough, clear, and kind with the services provided. Came in for an oil change and inspection. Found some maintenance that was due, and Michael definitely made me feel assured with what I need to prioritize for the longevity of my truck. I would definitely recommend this Auto clinic to any of my loved ones or friends!

Aspen auto care was recommended to me by a VW Mechanic. I called and spoke with Crystal and she was amazing and professional! They did a diagnostic on my VW and gave me a plan to work for! I am on a budget and nobody made me feel like I was bothering them. I will be back with my list of repairs needed. Use Aspen Auto Care. You won't be disappointed!

I picked AAC @ Mark Dabling because they could handle my large RV. How have I not used them before? Scheduling an appointment was really easy. Dropping off was great. They paid to Uber me all the way back to Briargate. The service writers kept text contact with me the entire time. The estimate approval process was easy and straightforward as well. All on my phone. The vehicle was done on time and for exactly the agreed upon price. Would highly recommend.

I had went to two other repair facilities to fix my 1999 Suburban. Wasted total of 6 days for the other two to fix my vehicle; they couldn't do it. The technitions and front office team was able to do it in 2 days and it cost me very reasonable rates to do it. They are now my #1 go to facility for my auto repairs. And I really enjoyed the people. I'll go back not only because they know what they are doing, but because they are the most professional team I've worked with in a long time. Highly recommend the Mark Dabling Aspen Auto team.

They were amazing and great Crystal especially she explained to me what was done and what needed to be done in an nice and clear way so I can understand I really appreciate that because other auto clincs and places explain it in an complicated way I couldn't understand and expexted me to know the things they have done to my car and what needed to be done to it so I really appreciated Crystal doing that for me especially since I'm still a new driver and this is my first car I have ever owned. They did amazing work on my car thank you so much Aspen

I will not go back to this place. Maybe it's just dumb luck, but a few days after I went here for an oil change the check engine came on and I've been chasing issues ever since. Was it just a coincidence that these issues popped up right after they worked on the car? It could be. I did contact them about the issue but they could only provide a quote to diagnose.

I wished I would have read more reviews as there have been other similar experiences from others. Buyer beware, but I would stay away. I have a newer car that was serviced by the dealer prior to visiting Aspen auto clinic on Mark Dabling.

They ripped me off big time. I paid $600 dollars for them just to do an inspection and not fix anything. I went there because my check engine light was on and the tires needed to be changed. I went to pick up my car and the engine light was off and the tire light was still on. A few moments later as I was driving home the engine light was on again. They told me it would be $500 more dollars for them to finish the job. Don't be fooled by these people and find some place else to get your car fixed.

My truck blew a turbo hose while I was on my way to go camping. I was no where near my house and had to get my truck towed. Aspen was the only shop that was willing to take my truck in and look at it while other shops turned me away. When I got the truck to the shop Darren assured me that they would do their best to get the truck done by the time I had to head back to Aurora on monday. Monday morning Aspen messaged me that they had been able to diagnose the problem and that it would in fact be done by Monday and that I would be able to pick it up by the end of the day.

The entire process was very professional and they made sure that they made me feel comfortable and worked around me while I was camping. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone looking for service no matter what the scope of work that needed to be done

This location tried to rip me off! To be fair, the auto service was okay. I received a mailer offering a semi-synthetic oil change for $24.95.to include a visual inspection, tire rotation and tread check, courtesy fluid check, and brake check. The problem occurred when Darren sent me an invoice for twice the advertised price of the oil change and called me with an estimate to replace all 4 tires for approximately $1,200, a brake flush, and another fluid flush, of which I do not know the cost since I asked him to stop quoting me prices.

I had explained to Michael upon check-in that I needed to know to which position he would be rotating a specific tire because it had been running low on air. I also wanted a quote on an AC recharge. When I was quoted about $250.00, I told him thanks, but I'll have to wait. Upon check-out, Darren told me that since I was looking for a cheap oil change, and couldn't afford the other services they offered, "we are not a good fit". Excuse me?

I clarified: we're not a good fit because I am a single-income, Colorado Springs Teacher who cannot afford their prices. So, if I only wanted oil changes, I needed to go elsewhere. By the way, Aspen lied to me about needing 4 new tires. My tread was at 6 and 7/32, not 2/32 as Aspen had stated.
