I was severely disappointed. I recommend this place to my daughter because of how well they did when I bought my vehicles there. I don't know why they was so off this time but it will be a while before I reccomend them again. We couldn't test drive anything she was interested in. The first one was because of lost keys and the other ones was because nothing was inspected.

I mean how do you have a lot full of cars and nothing worth buying is inspected yet? How do you sell cars no one can drive? Most of a Saturday morning wasted. Side note - after purchasing 2 vehicles from them in the past I can say that it will NOT help your credit score one bit. Your loan does not show up on your credit report. I paid both mine in full so I'm not sure what happened if you don't pay.

Bought a truck and within 60 days I was broke down on the side of the road. The car was supposedly fully Maryland inspected. My first payment was due and I was told they would deduct the cost of repairs from my payment. Then I received a repossession letter a few days after my car note was due. Now My car is setting in a ship of their choosing, no rental car and no one there is helping me with this situation. In the Process of lawsuit. Do not buy anything there.

Never go to them to get a car. I'm trying to get my lien from them and they don't even have enough staff to help me and they hung up on me when all I need was the account number and fax. Screw them!

I've dealt with them for awhile now. They always go above and beyond to help you find a car. The Sales people are excellent and very nice and friendly. When you go in ask for Tameka or Milu and you won't be disappointed. The finance staff is so wonderful and helpful with your payments. So if you need a car come on down to Mountain Motors in Frederick, MD. I promise you won't be disappointed!

They were honest about what they cover and don't cove 5 months after I bought the car it developed an exaust leak and they fixed it on thier dime good customer service and freely environment

Very fast. Car was inspected prior to me coming. Those issues were fixed. Came in, was able to immediately test drive it. Radio is a touch screen, which unfortunately was cracked, they were able to compensate me for that. Quick financing process. Super nice overall. Not a "big dealership atmosphere" which can be really intimidating.

ABSOLUTELY BEST dealership I've never been so well taken care of by a dealership from the owner down to service guys they are all friendly and genuinely care about you. Especially want to say how great Carl in the service is that man knows customer server!

I can honestly say the visit that I had with mountain motors was pretty damn exciting it's my third car but I purchased from them and I'm happy I give them a five star with that being said these are used cars and things will go wrong you are not purchasing a brand new car things like that are out of some people's control it's all on how you handle the situation is how you're going to be handled back you all have a wonderful great peachy day because I am five star mountain motor
