Sarge is awesome. If you ever have Tesla repair, you need Sarge to move things. He is always on your side and get the job done. I heard lot of horrible stories on the long delay of Tesla repair, but Sarge made sure he is on top of everything. Thank you Sarge and Arseen for taking care of my car.

These guys made my day! My first day moving to California I ended up getting hit at a car wash. Unfortunately the person who hit me did not own up to it so I had to go through my insurance to get my car repaired. Matt at Arseen looked at my car advise that it was possible to restore my dented bumper/ quarter panel without replacing/painting the entire thing.

He and his team worked on the car for about a half an hour and restored it to my satisfaction and did not charge me a dime. These guys save me $500 deductible and I'd highly recommend them. Great work and very honest.

Sarge ( sargon) is awesome. He has wealth of knowledge of Teslas. My 2021 Model 3 ( 4000 miles) new car was rear ended. It stalled on the freeway and shut off. we towed the car for body shop work here. Sarge exactly knew what was wrong and helped fix it in 3 weeks and also worked with Insurance in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop for any Tesla Body shop work

A 19 year old kid ran red light and t-boned my Model 3. When the towing company offered to tow it to Arseen Auto Body, I was a bit hesitant, wary for untold relationship. Turns out Arseen Auto Body is Tesla Certified. Tesla mandate all Tesla repairs must use OEM parts, so there is no cut corners with Tesla repair. Sarge is the one responsible for all Tesla repairs.

He is professional, courteous, and shrewd (in good way). See attached photos for the before and after. It has been 2.5 months since I picked it up, no complaint. Recommended w/o reservation!

I had my car repaired here and it came out beautifully! Easy process and was able to leave my rental car right there when I picked up my car. Matt kept me updated throughout the repair process.

Worst experience of my life. I hit a bucket of paint it got all over the front and under the car. This shop had my car 2 weeks and did nothing. They took it to a detail shop and that shop denied the job meaning it was not able to be fixed. The body shop started replacing parts and just power washed under the car and left paint underneath the car. They tried to give me the car back like that and said it doesn't affect how you drive the car.

The car also still had paint in the cracks by the fenders and they said it was compound from the detail. They also damaged my headlights. My side skirt was also damaged in the accident and they did not even replace it. Had my car for over 1 month and my insurance took the rental back so I was left with no car for 2 weeks. When I ended picking it up it was still in bad condition and still had to pay for the deductible. Please do not go here. They do not care about your car and end up wasting your time. I now have to take it to another shop to finish the repairs. DO NOT COME HERE STAY AWAY!

I thought they were wonderful i took forever to sign my car off and they were super patient with me. And i really appreciated that. Then i know they were very busy and over booked, but they still gave me the estimate in one or two days when he had said it would take about a week which i was fine with considering how long i leff the car sitting on the lot. As for body work, my car was a total loss but close friends of mine recommended them and from what i saw on their cars. The work they do is STELLER. Sincerely Edward Gibson

Nothing but positive things to say about Arseen Auto Body, friendly staffed and big thanks to Sarge (Tesla Certified) was the person that helped me, he then proceeded to look at my car and was quick to respond back with an estimate via email and text message. Arseen took over at the necessary arrangements with the insurance company and delivered a finished product that was as good as new. Customer service, communication and quality were all top notch!

I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Arseen Auto Body! My 2-week old Tesla Model 3 was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front, so I had fairly significant damage in both rear and front. And, it completely shutdown and would not turn back on. I had called several other body shops, including Tesla's own Service Center, all refusing to take it because it didn't run.

But from the first contact with the Arseen receptionist stating they could definitely take care of my Tesla, and throughout the entire repair process, they comforted me and convinced me quickly that they knew Teslas well and that my car was in very capable hands. They even dealt with the insurance company for me, too. My main contact (Sargon O.) was in constant communication with me, giving details on how things were going and what tasks were still pending, etc.

The best part was, after my car was returned to me (1.5 weeks ago now), it has been like a brand new car it was supposed to be - no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Arseen Auto Body!

Avoid at all cost. Car got in to do repair. Took in more than a month and they keep delaying on the due dates. Ended up almost 2 months. Car Insurance only paid up to 1 month car rental. Therefore, we called in to explain the situation that we are not able to pay extra rental. The manager promise to pay for the extra days for rental. Therefore, we allowed them to continue on the repair. At the end, they said they only pay up to 6 days. If you are ready for endless due date extension, please help yourself out.

Great experience! I was in a minor accident where my car was rear-ended a few weeks ago. Brought my car to Arseen to get the bumper replaced. I worked with Matt S. who took care of everything. He dealt with my insurance company, kept me apprised of everything going on, and made sure all the work was done before I had to leave town. My windshield was chipped and cracked on freeway from incoming traffic. After going through my insurance, I chose Arseen for the repairs since they're my go to Auto Body Repair shop. Arseen's I-Car certified repair technicians were able to replace my cracked Windshield with an OEM without damaging or even scratching my interior trim and exterior of the car while transferring all cameras, sensors, and even my windshield tags from the old to new windshield.

I'd only recommend Arseen Auto Body if you care about your car instead of dealership or safelite due to having bad experiences with them in the past. Thanks Nina, Sarge, and Alejandro for handling this like a pro from A to Z!

Not happy with the quality of the work done. Came here bacause my insurance recommend this place. I have a Black Escalade that I take very good care of. The fender and door where I got hit and Arseen painted did not match my original color. It has a blue tone to it and white swirl marks. I wish I had done research before hand.

I absolutely love this auto body shop. They are an honest and reliable family owned and operated business. I will continue to refer all of my friends and family to Arseen.

I was involved in a hit and run about a month ago. Took my truck to Arseen. With in two days I have an estimate and my insurance had already approved. Since I realized that there was a lot of work that had to be done, I asked if we could do some upgrades and I would pay out of pocket whatever was extra. With no hesitations they agreed and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal while maximizing the insurance money.

I knew it would take a little longer since I wanted other things done to my truck, but the whole time I was receiving updates as to what was going on or what we where waiting on. The final product came out amazing and would definitely recommend Arseen to anyone looking for a reputable body shop that takes care of their customers.

Awesome Customer Service. Awesome Car Service. Did not feel uncomfortable at all, Office was clean people were friendly. Anthony was very polite, and took very good care of my car. My car had a ugly bumper, and it looks like new all over again. Super happy.

Sarge was on top of everything and provided me with new updates daily and was very helpful! Though they are closed on weekends, they came in on Saturday for me to pick up my car because my situation was difficult and they really exceeded all my expectations! My car honestly came back looking even BETTER than it did before the accident occurred. Highly recommend this shop to anyone that owns a Tesla because they were the best and quickest option to get it repaired in the area!

Thank you for making my Tesla look good as new! I took my car here to replace the quarter panel glass window after someone tried to break into my trunk through there. Sarge was amazing and super patient with me, answering every question and checking in with me throughout the process with the insurance company estimate, etc. They were so fast too! I had a quite bad accident on my new Toyota RAV4 a month ago and was looking for a good place where it will be fixed. My friend suggested me this place to go and I have to say that I was not disappointed. There was a lot of work to do on this car but they did it very good. Below you can see before and after shot.
