This was the first time taking my car to Greulich's and I had a great experience. Once the inspection was done, I received an extremely detailed report detailing what was found. The gentleman at the front desk was upfront and honest about priority items and answered any questions I had. The lyft service they offered was also a great perk that allowed me to head home and wait for repairs to be completed. I definitely will come back for any future work.

The fuel pump was replaced and carburetor was rebuilt on a 1984 CJ7 Jeep. Greulich's did an amazing job! Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, especially Anthony! He kept me updated throughout the project. I was extremely pleased, and highly recommend them! I will use them in the future for all my automotive needs! Thank you for all your hard work!

2202-05-04 Took my car in for a oil change and brake service. They called saying they needed the lug lock key (yes, I still have the lock lugs on my 2010 Honda). I told them it was in the glove compartment. They said OK. I expected a call back if there was an issue. When I came to pick up my car, the non-lock lugs were on it. I asked if they had trouble with the key.that was in my glove compartment by the way, see picture.

They said they couldn't find it, but were able to get them off. Red flag. The lock lugs were not in my car when I picked up my car. When I asked where they were, they had to go back into the shop to get them. As expected, they had messed them up wrenching them off See picture. Not sure how much I trust the work done on my car now, and now I have to find a new place to take my car to get worked on :( 1.

They did not have the right tool to do something. Do things correctly with the right tool once. I hope my brakes are on right with the right tools. 2. The worker should have raised his hand and said "Ooops Boss, I messed up that lug", but rather, they went and did it 3 more times. This means the worker cannot go to his Boss to let them know when things went bad.

That's not good. If there's a problem, fix it. If something got broke, be honest. 3. When I came back in to get them when they were not in the car, that was the second opportunity they had to own up to it and let me know what happened. They made a mistake and had 2 chances to let me know what they had done. They have a really nice system of cataloging the inspection stuff and giving recommendations, which can then be selected a la carte based on need and your finances. Prices for services were what I expected. Unfortunately, the shop operates like every other car repair shop I've used. Not recommended.

Excellent customer service. I had an engine light issue and had them check it out. They gave me full details in an email with a follow up phone call as to what they found and what the cost and repairs will be. I would highly recommend. Service: General repairs

I am finishing up graduate school and travel frequently. We recently bought a used '16 Civic and the A/C started to go out when we drove it off the lot. I called around and decided to take it here since the price was a bit better and VERY close to my home. This was the best decision I could've possibly made that day. They absolutely stand by the work they are paid to perform.

They didn't try to price gouge me for things that were unnecessary. I have compared their prices to the dealership for my other vehicle (WRX) and they are often 1/2 the price. Friendly bunch that provide top notch service. I will continue to take our cars to Greulich's on Elliot.

Every time I've ever walked into this place I am always greeted by friendly, courteous and professional staff. They appear to enjoy their profession of serving people. Quality service always. Dan and the crew provided a professional and fair priced repair service. The estimate was very informative and was provided over the web with photos of the suspension issues and the AC leaks. GREAT service and trustworthy. I know they will NEVER recommend changing the fluid in my headlights unless they really need it! I had my go to car guy in Minneapolis for 20 years and he was awesome. Greulich's people seem like they really do appreciate my business just like my car guy in Minneapolis did. Give them a shot to earn your business, I think you will be impressed. Oh yeah, my headlights are working great!

Upon my arrival there I wasn't greeted with a friendly welcome! Just hope everything was done that I asked. I did like the informative information about what I need now or later along with the speedy service. First time using this auto repair shop, they did a great job on my sons truck replacing ball joints and control arms on 2004 f150. The price was not cheapest of qoutes I received but reviews made my decision to use them. I had been really loyal to another local shop but pricing for being a repeat customer and them not getting my vehicle fixed correctly, I will never use them again. I will use Greulich's again.

I had used this store for minor work (battery, tires) in the past and always impressed with their professionalism. When I needed to replace my engine timing belt (maintenance item), I checked to see if they could do it and the price. They could do the exact same service as the dealer (who I normally used for big repairs). They were able to schedule it for when I needed, gave me a better price than the dealer service center, and did a stellar job and finished on time as promised and at the price they promised. Beautiful!

Called to schedule an alignment, was told to bring it in by noon that day and I'd have it back the same day, however i got a text a text less than two hours later that the job was complete. I was impressed. They did a great job, did both the front and back, were quick and friendly. Answered any questions I had and didn't add on any extra charges. I would definitely recommend them. They did fantastic! Joe and the other front desk gentleman were very kind and the whole crew was funny, kind and efficient. I love that they diagnose the car and let you know how urgent something is or isn't. I also really appreciate the set prices and there was no hidden fees or anything of the sort. Fully recommend!

Came in because of needing brake pads and apparently rotors since I cannot do them myself in an apartment. I generally have a lot of skepticism and hesitation. However, this was proven to be unneeded. The process was significantly better than expected; being helped promptly, efforts to make the cost the best possible and staff were people that illicit confidence and trust. Great all in all, especially in the midst of car work being needed

The guys were very friendly, fun, helpful and understanding when I showed up with a car that was leaking radiator fluid. The Service Team was literally the best I have ever dealt with at any mechanic ever. Talk about customer service and knowing their stuff. Top notch concierge-like treatment. Came in for an alignment, was taken care of right away. Alignment was done right away and only took about 30 minutes. I was also expecting $125+ for it to only cost $89.43 out the door. That was a nice surprise. Now my car is driving smooth and straight again.

Originally had vehicle towed in for a fuel pump replacement. Some other repairs were needed due to an event for which the shop was not directly responsible but they did correct the situation on their own. I can only recommend shops that have honorable practices like those they have here as it is rare to find.

Excellent experience. Took in my Diesel right away with no appointment, had me up and running in no time. Went the extra mile to make sure the issue was fixed correctly and at a fair price.
