Really appreciate AZ Automasters.have taken my '09 Mali here for several years. This visit was for a broken gear linkage. They had my car for 48 hours and then I was back on the road. Plus they recognized it needed an oil change so they saved me a trip. Great customer service, price, and work! I'll be back :

My 18-year-old son and I are new to the area and when we realized his car needed some work done(hood release cable replacement), we weren't sure where to go. We found AZ Automasters through a Google search for shops in the area, and I'm really glad we did. Not only were they quick with a quote, but the repair was done the next day and at an extremely fair price.

A couple other shops gave me son quotes that were much, much higher than AZ Automasters and I assume it's because he's a kid and they think he doesn't know any better. AZ Automasters treated him respectfully, just like he's another customer and didn't try to pull a fast one on him or upsell him on work that "needed" to be done.

Because of these things, not only will we be bringing his car back for any future repairs, but I plan on taking my car here as well. It's nice to know there's a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy auto shop right in our neighborhood.

Reception lady was super nice and quick to get me the answers I needed and got me in without issue. Even when 1 of their mechanics was out sick for the day, still got the job done in a relatively quick timeframe. I will definitely go to AZ Automasters first with any future needs!

I was referred to AZ Automasters from a friend who them fon all his vehicles for years. My car overheated BAD & didn't started again. I sent an appt request to check it out entirely for a quote. That night, Mike emailed me asking if I could get the car to them. The next morning, Jessie, the GM asked me to get the car in ASAP so they could look at it.

As soon as they did complete diagnostics, Jessie contacted me & detailed exactly what needed to be fixed along with thee breakdown of each repair, part to be replaced and labor. It overheated BAD enough where a used engine was going to be the best cost efficient option. Jessie had already looked around & found one before she even called me. That was all within a day and a half.

From the moment I approved them to do the job, I got my car back in a week and that's including the 4 days they had to wait for the engine to get there. They got my car running and better than before along with some suspension repairs. They were on it and did it all faster than any other shop or mechanic I've ever heard of. They were precise on what was done and explained everything thoroughly.

I told her I was going to get 4 new tires and she told me to bring the car back as soon as I get them so they can recheck the alignment with the new tires. Amazing communication & keeping me updated, amazing response time and amazing employees. They worked this out to keep the cost affordable for me, which makes them a one of a kind. Az Automasters go above and beyond on all of their work! I went in for a simple oil change and a general look over on my Honda. I briefly mentioned how it feels like my car was pulling to one side, and they took the time to drive it to ensure the car was safe on the road again. Thank you everyone for your hard work to ensure that my car is safe to drive. Definitely will recommend Az Automasters to anyone who has a vehicle!

Super helpful and friendly staff. My uncle has been utilizing this car shop for many years and has led to use this trusty location. They give detailed reports on your car and work in a very timely fashion to get the car back on the road. Price of car fixtures are never fun but they make it worth it.

Richard and his team at AZ Automasters are wonderful! We have been using them for a little over a year now and we won't go anywhere else. They are fast, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Just recently my daughter's a/c went out so we called Richard and he had us bring it down to the shop at 9am. He diagnosed the problem, called us first to let us know the pricing and had her back on the road within a couple of hours. Thank you guys for always taking care of us!

On short notice they were able to diagnose my car problem quickly and get my car working again. Personnel were knowledgeable and repairs were very reasonable.

3rd time in and each time in Some thing they say is fixed Leads to something else that is broken. Takes almost 2 days to get a phone call regarding what they said was a dead battery after I just replace the battery a year ago no indication of bad battery when I took it in a week prior to get work done. Took it back in they told me everything was fine I started the car up and now my car is blowing hot air. Over $1000 in and the problem is still there. They used to be a reputable company but now I feel like they are extremely going downhill stay away

I was having some very random issues with my car. I have been going to AZ Auto Masters for years for oil changes, and other minor things as this car has typically not had any problems. The issues I was having were very mysterious and causing the car to run a fan and not have access to the heater or the air conditioner when it did this. I originally took it to AZ Auto Masters to get an initial explanation as to what was going on as well as a price.

Because the car was still running, I continue to drive it for a little bit longer until it started getting worse. I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else close to me, and they told me that I needed to have all my spark plugs redone as well as a couple of other things that were causing this problem. Something didn't sit right, so I went back to AZ Auto Masters as I have always trusted them.

They looked it over again gave me a reasonable price and fixed my car perfectly. I also asked him about the spark plugs, and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my spark plugs. Unfortunately that left a bad taste in my mouth to ever go to any other auto repair shop. AZ Auto Masters is trustworthy, reliable, fairly priced, and just an overall really great group of people that are nice and kind, and will take care of their customers no matter what. You won't be disappointed. Rick and Jesse are simply the best!

I take both my cars to AZ automasters any time i need some maintenance or anything else. Not only have they helped my fiancee when a random issue popped up unexpectedly, but they also handled the issue in the same day. Great prices as well. I fully recommend this company. They are the only mechanic shop that i feel is honest.

Took my car in for A/C service. They removed the old refrigerant and put new stuff in. Air blows cold now. Rick was friendly and honest. Will be using them for any future maintenance I need.

I won't take my car anywhere else. It's the 'Cheers' of auto service companies. A small, warm and welcoming shop where everyone knows your name. The employees are upbeat and treat you like you're a visitor at their home. I've been taking my cars to AZ Automasters, Chandler for over 2 years and am always so impressed with their honesty, expedience and thoroughness.

Both Jessie and Rick are so trustworthy and knowledgeable and stand behind they're work. I have a 2016 Land Rover Discovery which can be expensive to maintain. Even though it's under warranty, I take it to Jessie & Rick for routine maintenance and get their initial assessment for everything else, before taking it to the dealership for covered repairs. AZ Automasters actually gets it when it comes to doing what's right and working to earn customwe loyalty!

Had my brakes fixed. Professional, nice, explained what needed to be done. Didn't feel like they took advantage of a woman not knowing much about repairs. They were finished before time frame given. My brakes feel great again. Will return for further repairs.

Very efficient, good communication, the work on my Tacoma was done promptly and within their initial price estimate, nice that they are open on Saturdays although they close at 3 PM instead of their normal hours.

Very happy what the service I've been provided there. They completed work half the price of what the dealership wanted. And I have since been back for oil changes and other work. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the waiting room is comfortable with Wi-Fi.

There's a reason this place has killer reviews and a high BBB score. I've been coming here for over two years and will never look at another place again. There have been times when they've quoted me a price, only to call me back after the repairs to tell me something wasn't as bad as they thought initially and instead of charging me to replace the part, they simply realized the part was just loose, tightened it up, and took the charge off the bill.

They will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. They're completely honest, which sadly is rare among car repair shops, and they're all very friendly and approachable. I don't know much about cars, and they are more than happy to explain what needs to be done and why, in simpler terms without making you feel like you should know this stuff.

They also price match and provide military discount - go here and don't look back. Also for the guy that gave them a crappy review and stated that they "hired a lady" for the front desk - I'll bet Jesse knows more about how to take care of your car than you do pal.

Used their service for the first time to replace my starter! This place is ran professionally. Even Jessica who runs the front desk is SAE certified. Look forward to this place as my replacement for dessert car care(not very good at fixing my car AC and starter for another car and giving up that place after multiple attempts).

Honesty and quality I first came here a few months ago when I needed a 60k mile service for my Honda. Their price was much lower than others quoted me. So I used them, and they were very thorough and pleasant to work with. Fast forward to now when I heard some noise from my breaks. I made an appointment almost instantly via Yelp. I brought my CRV in today.

Once again, Jessie and her crew did a thorough job. She didn't charge me for any unnecessary work, and she explained what I was hearing and the condition of my breaks.
