There are frequently complete pulled motors, stereos and accent part available on the showroom floor, along with vehicles that can be repaired. I've been here with a buddy multiple times and we've grabbed several items at great prices each time. The folks running checkout are great, working diligently to get you your parts at a great price.

Called the location and they said they had the truck onsite but they would not go check to validate. When we showed up to have them pull the parts they told me that they did not have that truck onsite but they could order it in for a charge. Waste of time.

I would like to start off with a special thanks to Walter at Arizona Auto parts. My family and I relocated here to Arizona a few years ago from Colorado and have been blessed to not have any auto issues, until 06/08/2022 when my daughter wrecked her car. Thankfully I found Arizona Auto Parts and spoke with Walter unfortunately they didn't have what I need to get her car back on the road, but Walter went the extra mile to get my daughter back on the road by helping us find the parts we need with other places.

This is a lost talent in the customer service industry, and I am thankful for the great customer service and expertise. Thanks Walter and Arizona Auto Parts for finding great talent to represent your company.

Ive been dealing with this place since the 90s never had any major issuses till i call walter for a part, we made the deal, said yea no problem. sent pics of it so no problems. call before holiday, no response, call after the holiday still no reply, yea not to happy, thanks for nothing, and wasting my time

I worked with a fellow by the name Joel, after finding out the wrong part was shipped he quickly made sure the correct one was sent. Zero hassles.

These folks were excellent to work with. There was an unfortunate issue with the part I ordered, and they were very accommodating to sort it out & resolve easily and quickly. I would definitely do business with them again, and would highly recommend to anyone.

Do not buy from these guys! They advertise parts online for one price then when I called in to purchase it they say it's out of state and now it's $200 more plus I would have to buy the entire assembly and price is not what it showed online anymore. It's unethical business practices, pure scams. Plus I got hung up on three times and they just kept transferring me around while I was still talking. I'm reporting these guys for wrongful advertising and price manipulations!

Our Chevy Bolt has been in the body shop three months waiting for one final part to be delivered. I contacted AZ Auto Parts yesterday and received a call back today letting me know they had found the part and would be able to deliver the part to the body shop in 7 days. Wow! I am so impressed! I recommend AZ Auto Parts 110%.

This place is superb. Great parts lowest prices. Staff friendly and very helpful. I also love and want the Z28 they have in the showroom.

Would like to give the complete details of my interactions with this company, I ordered a transmission for my truck, was shipped on time, I was happy, however for 3 days my transmission sat in a warehouse, I was already struggling to make it back and forth to work, got transmission to to shop was installed. Bad transmission. Not Happy, contacted customer service and of course it was on the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday yo speak with someone.

To my rescue this awesome guy Named Ryan with no hesitation and a few text and emails exchanged between he and I I had a replacement transmission on the way the following morning I can't say enough about the and accuracy this situation was taken care of. Once again thank you for your patience and time.

An auto salvage yard 1000+ miles away from my home helped me like another local store couldn't. Ryan was great in helping me get the parts to convert my 2018 Honda Civic Type R from a 4seater car to a 5seater car so I could fit all my little-ones (and three car seats) in my car. Thank you again for the fantastic service and speedy delivery. The product was in flawless shape and worked like a charm!
