I have done business with Angelo's and I have to say I will continue taking my business there the promptness, professionalism and giving me the correct information. Jim is very easy to talk to and gives sound advice on how he would be taking care of my car because of this I have told family and friends about Angelo's and they themselves have leave with the same feelings that they will come back and will tell others about Angelo's Angelo's does excellent work and I have to say they have so much credibility and integrity. Jim made sure everything was taken care of with my car as he had promise. You don't find too much business like that anymore. I was very please that I did business with Angelo's.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never made a review good or bad about any company before but, my experience with this company was so bad I have to let anyone who considers going here know THE TRUTH. By far, THE WORST AUTO BODY SHOP IN STAMFORD, let alone CT! Horrible customer service by the receptionists. Very, very rude once you decide to get another quote from another shop.

Big mistake by me for even going here first! They only want your money. Never told me about a storage fee when I got my car towed in, they just took my car no problem and said they'll take care of everything (Towed in Friday MORNING, they didn't look at it until the following this morning, Tuesday Morning). Once I decided to not do business with them because they estimated me $7,300 for a USED door, USED fender, paint, 1 rim and 1 tie rod, that's when the rudeness and attitude started.

They told me they will not release my car unless I pay a storage fee of $398. I asked why wasn't I told about this storage fee when I called about towing the car to their shop on Friday, the OWNER Mr. Paul Ruzzo stated: "we are not required by the state to tell you that there's a storage fee". Then said, "We'll void the storage fee if you decide to do business with us." That's when I realized these people were not trying to help me at all, just wanted me to pay this ridiculous quote for USED PARTS.

Now wonder, how much brand new parts would be from this shop? Well over $10,000 by far. Mind you, I bought this car for $6,500. Was then referred to Lobalbo Auto Body on West Main St. who instantly took my car in and gave me a quote THE SAME DAY, and a quote that was LESS THAN HALF OF THE PRICE Angelo's Shop quoted me for. Thank God, they were less than a mile away as well.

Very professional and respectable receptionists and mechanics who work around your budget as well! Honestly wish I went to them first! Don't make the same mistake I did. Lesson learned.

Had $7000+ worth of damages. Angelo's not only got my car fixed 5 days earlier than predicted, but they were professional, had great communication with updates and the owner was incredibly helpful. Services: Painting, Electrical, Tires, Body & Trim

I was sent there by Geico insurance (liability insurance of the other party since the other party is at fault for the car accident). The body shop works for the interest of Geico, not me. They are very unprofessional. They try to minimize the repair. They don't want to go through the damages with me. And when I come to pick up the car and found there're unrepaired damages, they did not want to listen and refuse to repair it.

So I have to call Geico and have Geico talk to them. This wasted my time since I have to come back for another repair. They use after market parts by default without mentioning it in the beginning, ignoring my right to request OEM parts since it's liability insurance. They are very unprofessional. They just want to gratify Geico to get more business from Geico. I will definitely not go here anymore.

This is the 4th or 5th time that I have taken my Honda Odyssey to Angelo's. I think my car is just a magnet for getting rear-ended. However, if I get hit, I'm not worried about where I'm going to take my car because Angelo's is simply awesome. NOT ONLY did they finish my repair in two days, and did an awesome job on the repair, but they also cleaned it inside and out.

This might not seem like a big deal, but when you have 3 grade school boys who have ground Goldfish into the carpets, have left bananas under the seats and produce "oh my god what is that smell?" kinds of messes, detailing the inside of the car is something to behold. I bet the guy (or gal) who looked at the inside of my car just about fainted. But wow. what a job.

Being in a car accident is never fun--I was hit from behind on Jackie Robinson Expressway. Fortunately nothing happened to me, and Geico made the repair of my super easy and convenient. They referred me to Angelo's Body Shop. I could not have landed at a better body shop! My whole experience was positive. Andrea was super attentive and friendly, she answered all my questions.

They coordinated with Enterprise to deliver and retrieve the rental car from there. I received periodic texts while my car was in the shop, with updates and pickup info. When I came to pick Carla up (that's my Kia Forte), she was sparkly clean! They did a very thorough car wash, inside & out! Then I just dropped off the rental right there, and drove home in my sparkly new repaired car.

Now hopefully my new bumper will stay scratch-free! The only thing is, it's been a few days and the smell of chemicals--not sure if from the repair or the car wash--still smells intensely. I have to leave the windows slightly open, hopefully it will pass soon. I highly recommend Angelo's Auto Body Shop.

First time with Angelos but it won't be my last ( that is if I have to). They did a great job repairing my bumper- seamless, can't tell at all. And then there were the extras- fast and friendly customer service, text notifications, they put air on a tire the was low and washed my car ( sure they have to wash it after a repair but they really cleaned it!) Angelo's was part of the Geico network so that's how I ended up there. but even if you don't have Geico, I'm sure they will do a great job

We've used Angelo's a few times over the years and they have never failed to do an outstanding job. They're professional, courteous, and are great at negotiating insurance claims and handling rental cars. My car looks 100% new after my most recent repair. I highly recommend Angelo's for the service, value, and professionalism.

I came in after making an appointment for an estimate. I have a leased car and the right side of my front bumper was dented. Nothing else was damaged because nothing hit me. I first pulled onto what was then deemed the wrong side of the shop which I was told to go around and then to the office. So I pull around and then when I couldn't find the office, one worker rudely yells "it's the blue door!" How would I have known?

I go into the office, then we walk back out to examine the car. Whoever - and whom I presume to be the owner or at least that's what was said on the phone when my mother called later - didn't even touch the car or the damage or really look. He just snapped pictures and created the judgment based the estimate on that. I waited. All I wanted was the bumper to be popped out.

I also asked about a 2 inch paint scratch. He then said the bumper MUST be replaced no questions. So, the bumper and the paint job of a SMALL, 2 INCH paint scratch both equaled 1900+. ARE YOU KIDDING?! All I needed was a pop out of a bumper, not a damn replacement. The paint job total was insane. 10 hour labor for bumper and 5 for paint? No don't think so. Took my car elsewhere, guy POPPED it back out in 20 min, free of charge and told me to get acetone and remove the paint on the car.

This place is obviously money hungry, not honest and was rude when we called back and asked for an explanation as to why the pricing. I hate non honest businesses. Checking this "place" off of my list of never again. We all need money, but seriously. be reasonable. And listen to your customers because you officially lost one.

Amazing service! Everyone is really nice specially Andrea, Jimmy, and Lisa. They do a great job when taking care of your car. Refreshing to find a good, honest body shop. I will be back and I'll send everyone I know here! The office is really clean and they always offer you a cup of coffee or tea. They are amazing!.

Great customer service. They fixed the bumper and trunk on my Subaru Forester and it looks like new. They handled everything with insurance and the rental car. The work was finished earlier than expected. They also cleaned the car and helped me out with a flat tire at no cost.

Angelo gave me the lowest price in Kenner with the highest quality work. I'm completely amazed. My car was really banged up (a neighbor's tree fell on it). Angelo not only repaired the damage, but touched up other nicks and scratches. He even cleaned the dirty interior. I drove away with a BRAND NEW CAR! This is a family man with integrity. Shari

These guys are great. Prices are fair, they are honest and they get the work done right the first time. I have been ripped off by some other auto body shops in the area. From now on, these is the only place I am going to.

They went above and beyond the call of duty and I will be raving about them for all to hear. I was hit by a large truck and had damage that required a rear quarter panel to be replaced. Not only does my car look brand new on the outside, but the inside as well. They took great care of my possessions and I honestly feel like I did when I drove my car off the lot for the first time.

The staff was a pleasure with excellent service and fantastic communication. They made me feel like my car was very safe in their hands. To top it all off, they left me a beautiful little plant in my front seat with a handwritten thank you which totally made my day! I will be recommending them to everyone who ever approaches me with a car issue and I am very grateful for their care and attention to my precious car! Thank you Angelo's!

Angelo. I am not mixing you up with another business. Actually you where the person who threw me out of your shop. I drive by your business twice each day to/from work. Your "sell" to me was that your mechanic worked at the local Honda dealership and the cost would be significantly less than the dealer price. The result is described in my earlier comments.

I also know you are the primary body shop for my insurance company as they directed me back to you a second time when I needed body work. That disappointing result is also accurately described in my previous review. For the benefit of future visitors, I hope you have improved your customer relations and the quality of work since my visits.

Very pleased with the work completed on my vehicle. From the moment I stepped foot in the door with the estimate, everything from there went as smooth as can ever imagine. The work itself was amazing! I had body work done on the rear: bumper changed along with another piece and a paint job for an area that had been damaged. Angelo's exceeded my expectations.

They were professional and courteous. They had a shuttle that dropped me off home after dropping car off. That was extremely hospitable and courteous in itself. Getting back to the main point of this review, the work is worth recommending. From a happy customer to whomever is reading looking for an auto body shop, give them a visit. Thank you all over at Angelo's for my experience being one of no worries.

Horrible horrible customer service. Stay away from this place! Came in today to get an estimate on my car repair with a little child in tow. Came in at 3.10 pm - even though the sign said office closes at 4 - I was rudely informed by a not so gentle-man that he will not come out to take a look at my car to give me an estimate because he has been in the office since 5.30 am.

I asked if he would just kindly peak out and tell me if the bumper needed replacement or can be fixed. No money estimate. The reply was "not to be rude but I said NO". Is this the way to treat a new customer? So rude! Never will I ever be back. They don't even deserve a star.

Although I had the unfortunate luck of needing two car repairs in three weeks, Angelo's made it a quick, easy, and convenient process both times. Beginning with the quick and straightforward estimate process through to returning my car, they kept me aware of the progress of the repair and a continuously updated ETC. I love the daily text message letting me know the progress of my repair.

While my car was in the shop the 2nd time, I got a call from Angelo himself explaining that after they had moved the car into the garage before the start of repairs, the car would no longer start. It turned out my car needed to be towed to the dealer in Greenwich for a warranty replacement of the starter motor. Rather than leave this up to me, they arranged with the towing company to pick it up, and once it was done at the dealer, picked it up for me and brought it back to their shop -- I barely had to think about it.

All the while, Angelo called me on a daily basis to let me know what was going on with the repair, and had work done on the car over the weekend (when they're normally closed) so that my car would be done sooner. After three weeks in car-repair hell, I have nothing but great things to say about Angelo's, and will continue to bring my business to them. If you want your car repaired by a courteous, professional staff that goes above and beyond, bring your car to Angelo's. You won't be disappointed.

My estimate was 4-5 days to do body work. I dropped off the car at 7:30am on Monday. Though Angelo's said they would keep me updated, no one called me, no one responded to my emails. I started calling Thursday: "Almost done, call back tomorrow morning." Friday morning: "Almost done, call back this afternoon and we can tell you if we need to keep it over the weekend." Friday afternoon: "Just in for paint, not dry, need to keep it over the weekend." Monday 10am: "Not ready yet, call back this afternoon, maybe it will be ready, maybe tomorrow." I have been nice possibly the louder voices get their cars done sooner.

Fender benders, bumper bashers, rear-enders--all those unpleasant automotive events that we hate to have and never admit to--result in small to large body repairs. Not that I've ever needed to have body work done on my car; but, if I did, this would be the place to have it done. Angelo's team is very skilled and results are perfect every time. I know, I've been there! Opps, cat out of bag.
