Tom has been the best byfar at Amwell Auto Body they assist from beginning to end, my sons car was struck and he has assisted me through the entire process, I highly recommend Amwell Auto Body, I believe in local business and haven been a resident for over 30 years, Thank you Tom at Amwell Auto for making my sons first accident experience seamless.

Stay away! Poor quality Poor workmanship Bad service I only went because the insurance company sent me there. Just look at all the other bad reviews! When they repaired my car the pinstripe on the side they repaired initially did not match the other side. Demonstrates poor quality control. They gave me a scratched rim when they replaced a damaged rim.

Hard to get updates as to when car would be ready. Staff had "I do not care/ not my problem attitude" They told me they would repair some scratches on bumper and doors free of charge since I was giving them other work but did not repair. I initially asked them for the price and they said "free". They do not keep their word and cannot be trusted. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for auto body repairs!

I cannot recommend Amwell Autobody enough! In the past 6 months alone I went to them for 2 different cars (bad luck to say the least) - 1 car got hit while parked in a complex and the 2nd got a paint chip from a rock/door hit. They are very professional and the pricing was great. The turnaround time is quicker than ever and I was never without my car for more than 5 days.

The work they did was above and beyond and both cars looked brand new once they were done. They even got a carwash! I never second guess where to go for car bodywork - it's always Amwell!

I used Amwell back in 2016 after a deer mangled my front driver side, and just recently got my vehicle back from a parking lot incident that left my rear passenger panels a nightmare. Return time was very swift, and my vehicle looks flawless. Their work is very respected and has been for a significant amount of time. If you are an associated New Jersey Manufacturer's customer, it's worth your time to use this business.

Impressive work!.i had my car parked and someone hit me and without a note anfd i took my acura ilx and tom the manager gave me a awesome estimate compared to 4 other places.it took amwell auto shop only 5 days to finish the damage in witch other places told me it would take 2-weeks due to the extensive wreck.i am more than happy with the job.thank you tom and your professional crew to fix my car you guys are the best in hillsborough!

Outstanding customer service! The repair done on my bmw to the bumper, hood and fog light replacement was phenomenal. The paint color was exact and they repaired my custom rims that now look brand new. Tom guaranteed the work and finished it in only 2 days, ahead of schedule! The best customer service and by far the best auto body repair I've ever received. i wish I could give them 10 stars!

I just want to say these guys are great. My insurance company sent me to them once I put the claim in. I stopped by for an estimate one day. Then I made an appointment for the repair the next week. Enterprise also worked directly with the insurance company. They picked me up and gave me a brand new Infiniti to use while my car was in the shop. Everything went seamless. My car looks great and they even cleaned the inside. Highly recommended.

GEICO quoted $1200. The shop kept the car for over a month and the damage then told me it over $5000. Ever since then, there was a rattling in the front car, when I called them about they said it was the sway bar and that I'd have to call GEICO to add it to claim. Furious, I contacted the dealership and they found nothing wrong with the front end.

There were tools left in the area between the bumper and engine compartment. Not to mention that they weren't able to charge my air conditioning unit until a couple weeks later after getting a vehicle back because the machine was broken. My AC still doesn't work and had to take it to the dealership.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the start. They came highly recommended from a lot of people in the community and I wasn't disappointed. My car came out perfect and in a timely manner. The staff was wonderful and communicated with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend bringing your car there.

I was very happy with the work this shop did. My insurance company recommended I go there for an estimate. I was impressed by the professional look of the place compared to other auto body shops. The reviews I read were mixed, but I have to say that if I could give more than 5-stars, I would. The attitude of the front office staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed of any backorders with parts as well. I would highly recommend you take your car here.

Good for nothing auto body shop. My car has been sitting in that place for 2 weeks. Turns out that the adjuster from my insurance had been on vacation for a week and nobody followed up with my claim. The body shop sent in the claim and it was denied. Fact of the matter is not Geico or Amwell body shop reached out to me to tell me the status of my car or claim.

After calling because my car had been in shop for two weeks I talk to this man who sounded strung out on the phone telling me my claim had been denied and also lying to me telling me that my car had been worked on. For 2 weeks my car had been sitting collecting dust with no fix. Moral of the story is the company is poor with communication and do not bring your car here unless you don't care about it. Do not listen to a referral from an insurance company.

Had our car brought in for sand and paint. Hail damage was done by and outside vendor through Amwell Auto Body. Most of the hail was addressed. There were a few they missed. The paintwork had a lot of dirt in the paint. The windows were left open on the car when they buffed out the car. The buffing compound was in the cloth seats. They were cleaned at my expense for the 2nd time and two spots did not come out.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality. We paid to have the hood and lower rocker painted. Found dirt in both. The insurance work was done with also dirt in paint. The car was brought to a Honda dealer and they advised the work was just poor quality. They looked at other paint work that they advised is out of warranty so I am taking it once again to another body shop to have them paint the rear deck and roof.

The paint is separating from the primer. It should have been addressed by Amwell but they said it would be to expensive and now it has to be done. They overlap paint so it would not have been as costly and they get paid by the panel so it was to their advantage and not the consumer to do piece work when it should have been addressed at the time they did the work.

So I have learned a valuable lesson at my expense. If I could have had the work done by Gino's Auto Body it would have been brought to them first but State Farm said they use Amwell Auto Body for their Insurance work.

Such a disappointing experience at Amwell Auto Body, even after coming strongly recommended within the community. Regrettable to even mark one star here, they deserve zero. Took more than three times as long as expected without one courtesy call or status update, left me stuck without a car for weeks (rental only authorized for a third of the time my car was there).

When I did call for updates, was met with total indifference and little to no information each time (3 calls). Manager was incredibly rude, condescending (to a female) and even dishonest (about cost). The worst part was - when I shared my experience with them at pick up, they couldn't have been less interested. These guys patronized me but didn't care one bit that they totally blew the customer experience and lost our future business.

So frustrating. Guess they figure they have other customers and don't need one more - must be a nice problem to have. A car is a car, but people matter. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere, where you're likely to be treated the way you deserve.

My car has currently been in Their shop for 4 weeks, with no updates and no definate day it will be ready. I've called myself every week for an update and always get an excuse, like they are too busy. Sorry yGo our making so much money and dont have time to finish my car! Go somewhere else.

Car was struck, damaged front bumper, headlight assembly etc. Geico gave a list of body shops. I checked on-line reviews for several and with much trepidation selected Amwell Body in Hillsborough. The accident was Saturday and I booked appointment online for Monday 11 a. M. Geico agent, Patrick, apparently is on premise, as is Enterprise. I arrived at 11 and Tom wrote me up and I was out by 11:15 with rental car. Told car would be ready Thursday.

There was minor delay due to parts, so they used Mercedes factory original bumper and headlight parts to expedite. I picked up the car two days after promised, but well worth the wait. Car looks perfect, immaculate in and out, no body shop smells. I consider myself a car guy, having owned many high end collectibles.kudos for job well done!

My white Toyota Highlander had a large dent on the passenger side so I stopped by amwell autobody on the way home from work. Gordon came out to take a look at the issue. He was polite and friendly. Worked on it and he was able to do a great job in fixing it! Very efficient and customer centric. Others in my area have raved about the workmanship of Amwell as well. I'd recommend going there for any Autobody work!

Brought my car in for an oil change. They told me I needed a cabin filter. I declined, having had a new one installed with the last oil change. They jammed my clean filter back in behind the glove box. It was wedged in the glove box hinge which broke when I tried, unsuccessfully, to open the glove box. I was able to pull my original clean filter out but the hinge is now bent. Should cost a bit to replace or ride around with an open glove box. Don't use these people.

Very helpful staff, answered all my questions while the estimate was being written. Once the car came into the shop for repairs I was called and updated on the status just about every other day. Best part was when my car was completed (earlier then promised) the inside and outside were detailed and the workmanship was second to none! I highly recommend Amwell Auto Body to anyone who needs repairs in the area!

Had a problem with my car and this place was recommended by my insurance company. I recently visited to obtain an estimate for a job in which I needed done and I was not well received from the introduction. The gentleman working the counter appear to be very other by my presence and when he finally asked what I needed I replied, "I am here to get an estimate." He replied, "I have to finish the estimate that I am working on." I expressed to the gentleman that I would return later and he suggested that I make an appointment.

I did not make an appointment because I had no intentions of returning there and when I looked up the reviews my thought was if I would have looked at this before I could have saved myself some time.
