We are a family-owned and operated full-service auto repair shop with two convenient locations in southeast Virginia: on George Washington Memorial Highway near the conjunctions of York County, Poquoson, Hampton and Newport News; and in Williamsburg at the intersection of Richmond and Airport Roads.
American Pride is the recipient of numerous awards from the local business community, AAA and our major vendors. We are a NAPA-certified repair center, meaning that the organization recognizes American Pride as a high-quality repair facility and holds us to a higher standard of service, allowing for longer term parts and service guarantees. We have also been awarded AAA's Repair Shop of the Year Award twice in the recent past. American Pride is also the only recipient of Jasper Engine's Diamond Service Award because of our quality work and our support of their auto engine and transmission products.
Many of our customers feel that the quality of service American Pride provides is better than the service they have received at an automobile dealership. Our auto repair facilities feature 11,000+ square feet of work space, including a 13-bay temperature-controlled repair center, plus separate, comfortable waiting and auto showrooms.

I never have to be concerned about my Jeep when it is in the American Pride shop. My Jeep is about 25 years old which can complicate any repair. Kevin always keeps me informed as to what really needs to be fixed and what can wait. He also advises me on how to keep the costs a low as possible while getting the job done correctly. The staff are true professionals who can be trusted with any job. I would and do recommend American Pride to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle." |

We were extremely pleased by the outstanding service provide by Tony. He provided us an estimate that was much more reasonable then Lexus was charging for the identical service and explained everything in detail. The service technician Brian ensured everything was checked within the specifications of our manual. Over the years, we have had many bad dealings with car repair shops and dealerships. This was not the case with American Pride. We left with the feeling we had been treated like family. In addition to the Lexus, we will use American Pride for our other vehicles for regular maintenance and repairs. Thanks for making this a good experience.
