We always bring our cars here even tho we've moved 25 minutes away. They are trustworthy, kind, and reasonable. I never feel pressure to decide on something. They were able to get me in within a few days. The service was great. They brought me back home and picked me up again. They called with the estimate and understood that we would delay some of the needed service while cautioning us to get it done before winter. I plan to have all our service done here in the future. Great and honest shop these people run! From start to finish, they made me feel 100% comfortable with the work they told me I needed. In no way we're they trying to overcharge me or do unnecessary work just to make an extra buck! I'm always so nervous when I start having issues with my cars because I don't know who I can trust sense I know NOTHING about cars. Repairs done in a timely matter, along with a free loaner vehicle while my car was getting work done. My parents have been using them for years, I will never take my car any where else.

This was my first time going here for an oil change. The customer service was top notch when I called to schedule and appointment. As well as when I went in to drop off my car. They have a nice waiting area with refreshments for customers to have and wifi which was awesome. They told me it would be 30-45min and it was done in 30. I will definitely be coming back here again for all my oil changes and recommend everyone to do the same! Excellent atmosphere!

I am new to the area and my daughter had heard of American Imports. I called, they were very flexible with my appointment and I was able to get in the same week. They checked the entire car over and found that the fuel tank straps were rusted through. They ordered the parts and had them flown in so that the repair was done the next day. I felt they were very thorough, very kind and I will be using them again.

This was my first time taking my car to American Imports for repair. I took it in for my blower not working properly and during their overall check of the car they found that my wheel bearing was disconnecting from the tire and needed to be replaced. Since the work has been done there is a noticeable difference in the way my car runs. I will definitely be visiting them again for additional work to be done.

My first visit to American Imports was a pleasant one. Oil/filter chg. Filter cover damaged & needed replacemt. They ordered part, i went home in loaner & car was done by end of day. Friendly, efficient service. Clean & relaxing waiting area. That is a win win. I'm really happy to find an honest & reliable shop for my auto maintenance.

Staff found tires that was in our budget but were great quality. They never go under their quality standards. Got my vehicle in the shop and out quickly. They contacted me after to make sure our vehicle was riding smoothly for us. This is the best customer service I've ever received I will definitely bring our vehicles back and recommend others.

Second time being here in two days! Don't be concerned. Been receiving mailers from them for years now, and finally figured I would give them a shot. So pleased that I did. Much cheaper than going to the dealership for routine maintenance. Both vehicles were seen promptly as scheduled. No services were given the "hard sell"! Rather advised. Staff I have dealt with have been courteous, and friendly. The reception area is clean, and comfortable. Also the best music selection I have yet to hear in any business.
