I'm pretty sure one of the service people got covid-19 in my car. And on top of that it smelled really bad after they got in too.

Josh and Tyler were so amazing I drove in with what I thought was a major brake problem When I got there my truck was pulled in right away and they then pulled all of my tire off and looked at my entire braking system and found that my rear brakes had lost a part fixed.also rotated and balanced my tires because Josh noticed that they were not smooth across the tread like they should be Best service ever thanks Josh for making me feel safe again

Great experience, technicians are great. After visiting multiple tire shops attempting to mount tires "to big for my truck" these guys gave me a shot and offered to put one on as a test fit. After we knew they'd fit, they had mounted and balanced them in a timely and economical matter. 5/5 for me.

I've gone to Discount Tire for all my tire needs and they never fail at leaving me satisfied. They replaced my tires on both my old and new tires for and they make going to them worth it. I tell everyone to go there when they need some new tires.

As someone who has had a lot of tire trouble in the past, I have been very impressed with Discount Tire. First of all, their deals and prices are amazing. My car is AWD and has very large tires, so it's always a challenge finding tires that won't break the bank. They found me a great set and at a great price. Secondly, their service is top notch. I'm a little bit paranoid whenever the temp drops and the tire pressure light comes on, but they are always so nice and never bat an eye when it comes to checking out a problem. My tire pressure sensor has been having some issues, so I finally went back in today for a 3rd time in the last month! Lisa helped me out and checked all my tires and actually figured out that my spare tire was low on pressure, which was making my signal remain on. The other two times I got it checked no one mentioned my spare, so I really appreciated Lisa taking the time to get under my car to check the spare! She was very friendly and extremely helpful! I will definitely be asking for her again if I need to go back for any issues!

Drove 900 miles to move my daughter into her dorm at Utah State. The drive was less than comfortable with the shaking and vibration from my tires being out of balance. Sad thing is that I had my tires balanced and rotated before I left on this trip and trusted that it was done right. Obviously not. Frustrated and felt ripped off. I found Discount tire here in Logan and was pleasantly greeted from the first step in the door.

I forgot the girls name that helped me, she was awesome! Even though I was from out of state they treated me like I was a local and like family. John the tire guy was on a mission to find my issue and he did. He was very informative and honest. The place I went to before my trip needs to learn from the people at discount tire in Logan Utah. Honest work ethics and trustworthy service. Shame on you.

They did the last four oil changes on my car. Stripped the oil pan bolt to the point it leaked oil and required a new oil pan and plug. $500 to repair (at a different repair shop). They would not take responsibility for stripping the bolt. Very rude and very poor customer service. Would never take a vehicle there again. Would not give them one star!

Great customer service. Matt did a great job working me into the schedule. I was in a rush to get an oil change, rotation and alignment. The shop was really busy and Matt was able to work me in within an hour.

I called in the morning asking for a quote on four new tires, because I blew out one tire the day before. They gave me a very reasonable quote, and told me just to bring it down at any point in the day. When I dropped the car off, I was seen immediately. I got new tires and an oil change done in less than two hours. Everyone working here was very professional and respectful, and I would highly recommend this Discount Tire.

L got a flat tire and barely got to discount tire I I went in not knowing if I would have to buy a new tire or not I told them the air was rushing out of it and he had it in the garage and 10 minutes later he came and told me they pulled a nail out of it and handed me my keys and told me to have a nice day when I asked how much did I owed him he said Nothing. Overpriced. Grumpy staff. Slow to get work done. I suggest you go elsewhere. Requested a tune-up. 600+ dollars later and they ran up costs as much as they could. I had to call to see if work was done. When I dropped my car off the manager acted as though I was putting home out.

Helped me out on a holiday weekend with a set of tires fast friendly and honest! They also let me know everything that was going on before I bought got charged for anything love that good peeps!

I use to work at grease monkey and popped 2 tires measuring tire pressure so my girlfriend doesn't trust me so she went to discount tire and was helped by the sweetest kid. He quickly measured her tires and was so good to her. She was so embarrassed to only tip a dollar (all she had) and he was so thankful and sweet. You've got a good employee! Hope he's treated well! She says overall she is ALWAYS treated well. But this was a special case.

Discount Tire logan branch FYI for eveyone I had a terrible customer service experience I'd like to share 1 i went in for emission inspection without car registration 2 was rejected by employee for not having registration paper 3 they were extreamly rude and embarrassed me treating me like I was dumb! 4 drove to south end discount tire they would have done the job without the registration paper but no inspector there today 5 went to grease monkey got it done for free due to the hasssle i already dealt with today literally less than 30 minutes and done at grease monkey great customer service and great friendly attitude! 6 FYI emisson inspections all a person needs is literally nothing besides the damn car and possibly the address where it's last registered. discount tire logan branch is a joke will never return there again! want great customer service go to grease monkey or less Schwab for tires always friendly and helpful not condescending and rude!

I buy my tires here and they offer free snow/summer tire rotation and free flat fixing for the life of the tire. I've also gone in for other problems and if it was simple or nothing to worry about I've left with no charge.

Wonderful place! These guys are the GREATEST -- and what a relief someone in Logan is open after 6pm. Highly recommend going here, Our college daughter needed a fast fix on a damaged tire so she could get to work. An hour before closing & super-busy, they still gladly took care of the problem and got her on her way -- with a student discount, too. She was so relieved (and her parents 1,000 miles away had peace of mind). Impressive! Thanks :-)

Horrible place to take a vehicle if you want your car more broken then when brought in then this is the place for you! They broke my wheel stud off a part that costs 500 dollars to repair and didn't even offer to fix it I watched them break it off without even asking me. never agian will I bring a vehicle here unless I want something else broken also they aren't affiliated with any of the other discout tires so the warrantys are not good anywhere else but the Logan store and the providence store do not take your car here! They blamed the broken part on me! Do not bring your car here buyer beware!

I went in to get tires and an alignment and they dinged the door of my truck up pretty bad. I went in and they said I need to talk to the manager. I'll try that and see where it gets me. Nothing like getting lectured for leaving a bad review. the customer service at this place is laughable

Regardless of the numerous screens placed around the lobby of this store that say they will price match any store or online with the word 'anywhere' in all capital letters they refused to price match my tire because the store was in California. After the lovely employee helping me said, "Look lady, this is about to go downhill real fast, " I asked for the managers number and he refused to give it to me. So, they were going to charge me $205 for one tire and mounting, I went elsewhere and paid $136. Don't go here they are big time liars and super rude.

This is a really professional auto service in Logan. My wife hit a huge pot hole and it bent her wheel a little bit. Expecting to pay some big money for a new wheel and maybe even some front axle repair, I went to Discount Tire. I was shocked when they were willing to just fix the wheel and check to make sure there was no other damage. They got the wheel off, bent it back, resealed the tire and I was on my way. I paid 15 bucks, and it took 30 minutes tops (I just walked in even). I was treated very fairly and I'll be back next time I need tires or wheels.

Not happy at all. Last year, based on their recommendation, I bought 4 Michelin tires rated at 90,000 miles. Went in for an oil change today and was told that 2 of the tires are bald and needed to be replaced. I bought them in 2015, and this is 2016! They said they would pro-rate the tires, and it would only cost me $150. What?! 60% of that charge is for installation.

It will cost me more to install the tires than the tires themselves. I was told that this is why they recommend high mileage tires. "I bought 90,000 mile tires! Is their something with a higher mileage?" They asked if I have had them rotated, I told them they have been doing the rotations. They said these tires usually only make it 5-6 years, and I told them that it had barely been one year.

The guy was rude, didn't seem to understand what the big deal was, and told me he didn't make the car or the tires, he just sells them. May be the last time I go there.

Came in to get safety and emissions done on a car I was purchasing from a friend. I was told he would not help me until I brought in a title that was signed over to me. I guess he was harboring a substantial amount of fear that I had stolen the car and decided to have a rather inane series of checks performed because I was undoubtably environmentally friendly car thief. It was all just weird and unnecessary. Still frustrating and all around strange. I will not be back. Two stars because although difficult he did have manners.

CarSmart directed me to Discount Tire because their emissions testing machine was out of order. I wish they hadn't. When I arrived at Discount Tire, the man working the counter was very up front about the fact that it would take about an hour to complete my safety and emissions testing. This turned out to be accurate, however, rather than simply failing me for emissions, I was informed that I needed to drive my car fifty miles before they could even conduct the test.

I dubiously complied, returning after a drive through Wellsville Canyon. I waited for thirty minutes, before, grinning, the attendant returned and told me that my mini-road trip hadn't done the trick, then handed me a list of stunts I would need to complete in order to put my Jeep through a drive cycle, which would then make it ready for emissions testing.

As he was explaining this to me, a co-worker ambled over to where we were standing, chuckling and shaking his head. The two felt it was appropriate to let a nearby customer in on the joke as well. I didn't have time to complete the assigned tasks that afternoon, as I was already running late for work. Also, I was skeptical about their diagnosis.

After a call to my former mechanic in Salt Lake, I sincerely doubt that the list of stunts, which included accelerating to 55 then slowing to 20 without braking, and driving at 60 mph for five minutes with the defrost and a/c on, would have done the trick. Anyway, the point was moot. When I went to the city building to obtain temporary plates, I was told that my car only required emissions testing on odd years and received my new sticker then and there.

I understand that emissions testing is a new thing in Logan and that there are bound to be complications. However, I did not appreciate the way the employees at Discount Tire treated my predicament as a joke. I also think that they should have been cognizant of the fact that I didn't need the testing in the first place. Overall, I felt that the service I received at Discount Tire & Automotive was unprofessional and inexpert. I will not spend money there again.
