I found Alonso transmissions on a google search due to having transmission fluid leaking. From the moment I spoke with Ralph over the phone he was warm and welcoming. I brought the car in as a walk in on a Saturday morning. Ralph's son Aaron helped us out. He immediately worked quickly and very efficiently to find where the leak was coming from. He made sure to inspect/drive/check all aspects of the transmission before assuring us that it was fixed.

I was very pleased with the over all attention and service. If your looking for a transmission place and are looking through the reviews like I did. this is the place to go. I tried going to another place for this issue and was ignored and sent away because they didn't have any availability. Hands down a great experience.

Highly recommend Alonzo transmission is very good at repairing transmissions my work truck was out of transmission took it to Alonzo on Saturday got it back on Tuesday all done truck shifts smoothly even got better miles per gallons would like to thank Ralph his son and all the staff and transmission technicians at Alonzo for such a good job.

I brought my truck with some transmission vibration problems, got it diagnosed and it turned out it needed some new transmission fluid while some other shops were saying the transmission was bad. I've made two visits within the span of a year to Alonso transmission. On both accounts they took time from their workload on Saturdays to come out and assist me with my 84 Dodge D100. Ralph and his son Aaron are both friendly and patient with my old machine and made quick adjustments to the kickdown linkage to keep me going. It's hard to find a good place to fix your car. No where in Miami have I found a place like Alonso Transmission not only did they fix my transmission but they truly went above and beyond to take care of Me. I had other issues that they were able to fix when other mechanics could not. If your looking for honest and fair prices as well as above and beyond customer service then this is the place. As a car novice I can't recommend Alonso's Transmission enough. Ralph was great to work with as he always provided clear information, options, explanations, and transparent follow-through. I was comfortable asking any and all questions and felt I was treated as a valued customer. Give them a shot if you need them and tell Ralph hi and thanks for all the tips when dealing with AAA!

Nothing bad at all to say about this place, I have been coming here for years 7+. Had a MazdaSpeed 3 with 500hp, this shop assisted me with specing out the correct clutch to handle the power. Price for labor was way more than affordable car ran like a champ. Brought my 4Runner for a full transmission rebuild due to torque converter charger. Car runs like new. Ralph has a way of making his customers feel wanted, super awesome guy to work with will definitely recommend to others

Well, I do have to say, I'm extremely impressed, and very glad I chose Alonso Transmissions, for my transmission needs for my 2006 F 150. Ralph, the owner, gives you such a professional, and informative explanation, of what is wrong with your vehicle, that one feels very comfortable and confident that your vehicle will be repaired in a cost effective and timely manner.

My truck was slipping in and out of overdrive, and I could not drive over 50 mph. When I picked it up two days later, I noticed my truck drives, and shifts gears as smooth as she did wben she was new. So, would I recommend Alonso Transmissions?, ABSOLUTELY YES. The price was very fair, the customer service was excellent, and my truck drives like new. Folks, for whoever reads this, in this day and age, where we are reluctant to trust car mechanics, because of horror stories we have heard, if you want your car or truck, fixed right the first time, with a very honest shop, please visit these people.
