My car was hit while it was parked so I went looking for a body shop to get it fixed. I feel very fortunate to have come across Carstar because they did a fantastic job in removing the dent and painting it. They provided wonderful customer service throughout the process and my car was ready when they said it would be. Overall, I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend them!

This place is my go to, when I have something "unfortunate" happen to my cars. I have took my 2010 vw jetta here before for a prior accident and now I recently took my 2018 edge to be fixed here. It took some time to get it back but the wait was well worth it. It looks as good as new as when I drove it out of the dealer. EVEN BETTER! THANK YOU AGAIN THE EVERYONE THAT WORKED ON MY CAR. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that need their car fix.

Brought my Honda Pilot there and and it only took them 10 days to fix the rear bumper and tailgate. Great communication with the staff, they always call or text me for any progress and updates. The waiting time for the car to be scheduled for repair might be a little long since most of the parts are back ordered due to pandemic which it's not their fault and also they don't want you to just drop your car and wait forever until the parts are available. They will call you if the parts are ready and you can drop your car. Look for Gerry M. He's a great guy who helped me out!

I called in and l was greeted by a professional receptionist which was wonderful. Gerry was my go to guy for my BMW repair. I had been to several shops in the area a few years back. It's nice to know they have consistent service standards and customer service. My repair took roughly 3 days to complete. They did a beautiful job on matching up the paint. Due to the pandemic they had some backlog getting me in but they delivered on their promise and ahead of schedule. Thank you

I was recently sideswiped on the 91, if that isn't stressful enough it was a hit and run. I took my car to Carstar and I actually had a good experience. George was very helpful in explaining the process and kept an open line of communication with me. They made the whole process easy and they dealt with insurance which made my life easier. My car looks better than the day I bought it and I am very thankful to have my car back.

They gave an appt and changed it the last minute. gave the car to them 1/3. they claim they will get back with an estimate in 24-48 hours. that is a lie. they got back to me a week later. left numerous messages with the receptionist and sent an email. to the program manager. he never called back until a week later. poor service. the receptionists Lupe and Monica are great though.

Customer service and service is excellent. I brought my 2021 corolla here for collision repair and recently got it back. It looked brand new and the paint job is excellent. George kept me updated throughout the time my car had been in the workshop. Took almost 3 weeks because the insurance i claimed took forever but honestly I didn't mind because i had a rental car and I prefer them taking their time rather than rushing to fix my car. Front desk was attentive and polite. Overall I'm happy that my car is fixed and they've done a good job to my car. Highly recommend to anyone!
