They are very thorough in their inspection, and they saved me from purchasing a car that needed a lot of work. The employees are friendly and helpful, Jamie especially. She was very patient, and took the time to go through the inspection results with us. I highly recommend this business. Service: Vehicle Inspection

Service was great. Jamie was super pleasant to work with and she helped get me set up with all the parts and service I needed for my repair. Tim got my car done in a super timely fashion. And Tucker was awesome with the follow up to wrap it all up. Thanks AWD, you guys come through every time. Thanks for taking care of me so I always have the peace of mind knowing I'm in good hands!

Love All Wheel Drive Auto! We can truly say they are the best mechanics and company we have ever worked with since we got our Subaru 6 years ago, we will never go to a dealership for repairs ever again. The staff at All Wheel Drive are so transparent and upfront with everything and give the most detailed diagnostic reports everytime you take your car.

They are very friendly and are actually able to communicate car issues clearly so us non-mechanics actually understand what is wrong and why it should be fixed. We have never been hassled into paying for anything we didn't need done on the car and never been pushed to do services before they were actually needed (unlike every other dealer we have been to).

They are also very organized and keep every record of conversations, recommendations, what has been done/needs to be done so it is incredibly easy to schedule next services and tack on anything that was previously talked about whenever you're ready to do it financially. Highly highly recommend AWD for all your car needs!

I had purchased an old 2004 Subaru WRX that needed lots of repairs. I took it to a dealership and they quoted me almost 10k to do the necessary repairs. I came here to get a second opinion and they did not disappoint. I was working with Paul and he was extremely friendly and listened to all of my concerns and gave me the help I was looking for. He has some of the best customer service and was willing to go out of his way to answer all of my questions and give me updates when asked.

He was very transparent with their pricing and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. I would rate this place 10/5 stars if I could. I will 100% be coming back here for any of my repairs needs in the future. Great place to do business and special thanks to Paul for helping me out!

I was taking my car to the local dealership because it was under warranty. At one point they had to take out the transmission, and they forgot to tighten the bolts to the driveline when they put it back in. (!) The bolts were working themselves loose and causing some vibration at speed, but it could have eventually led to catastrophic failure. Luckily, I took my car to All Wheel Drive Auto (on the recommendation of two of my friends) and they had the problem diagnosed and solved in about an hour, for a very reasonable diagnostic fee. Five stars!

Great service here. Quick, knowledgeable, don't overcharge. Jamie was my service advisor and was able to meet and answer a call if I had questions every time. Very happy with my service and will refer my best of friends to have work done at AWD auto.

I bought a used 2018 Outback with the intention of modifying it. So you can imagine that I put some research into finding a shop to help me with some of the heavier lifting. I can say that I have no regrets in choosing All Wheel Drive Experts and they have helped me build the Outback pictured below from stock. They are responsible for the installation of the 2 inch lift, rock sliders, front bumper guard, front skid plate modification, and all my preventative maintenance. Calling them on the phone is like talking shop with a friend. Jamie is a great listener and gets quotes back to me very quickly, even if I am just curious about labor cost for a part I want in the future. If you are apprehensive I recommend simply allowing them to change your oil so you can experience a snippet of what I have. 5 BIG 'OL STARS!

We are ne w to the audi line and after our vehicle sat for a while, we tried to start it up just before a road trip the next morning and to our shock it didn't sound right. We called All Wheel Drive Auto from a google search hoping to get some quick help. The person who answered listened to me describe the concern and kindly suggested I talk to the manager who was very familiar with German made vehicles.

He was so nice to suggest that for me. Thankfully this person was available and over the phone put my concerns at ease. He was logical in his diagnosis and every point he made resonated for me. He asked all the right questions to get to an accurate diagnosis over the phone and I was very impressed with this.but that much more so with the integrity this man had to share this information with me over the phone verses convince me I needed to have the car looked at in his shop.

His remedy totally fixed everything and the road trip went on as planned the next morning thanks to him! I will say one thing. If I EVER need my car worked on (we have 3), THIS is where I'm bringing it. If anyone EVER asked me where to take their car, THIS is where I will send them.

I have owned my WRX for 4+ years but this visit to All Wheel Drive Auto was the first time having my car serviced at a non-dealership location. Friendly customer service, FAST service, and I 100% would recommend this place. Overall it was a great experience and I'm actually looking forward to making this my regular shop going forward!

Great Local alternative to Subaru dealer. Their tech spend 4 hours to inspect, diagnose and remedy the front suspension issue, however, I was billed 1 hour for labor. Highly recommended.

I've been bringing my 2009 Forester here on and off for years. I took "Penny" to the dealership for all of her maintenance for the longest time. But, I find that the dealer just does what's on the docket, with no feedback & then if you have a concern you have to pay them by the second for diagnostics. When I finally gave up on that business and brought Penny back to the guys at AWD they quickly determined what needed to be done & got right to work.

I can't really over emphasize When my transmission suddenly went belly up, AWD Auto called all over looking for a replacement and presented us with various options to consider. More recently, Jaime & Paul have been helping us with more fun upgrades like installing a lift kit, new tow hitch, skid plate, and so forth. Penny is looking extra rugged these days and we love having a shop that knows our Forester so well!

If you have a reliable, trustworthy subaru shop let me know. I went to AWD auto for a service in the past, gal in there was great, repair was done. Tried calling a few days ago for a second opinion and before I could give a little background I was cut off and told someone would call me back after lunch. It's been over a week and I have yet to hear back.

I've had a number of very good experiences with All Wheel Drive Auto. I've been taking my car here for about a year and they have always been pretty helpful. Joe and Jamie both were very helpful on questions and concerns I had with my car. They've always taken very good care of me and are very professional. They're customer service is above and beyond. I wouldn't recommend anybody else but All Wheel Drive auto for all of your Subaru needs!

I was looking to get my first Subie from a local used car dealer and decided to bring it in for a pre-purchase inspection. I emailed All Wheel Drive Autos on Sunday to see if they had any availability Monday and they were very accommodating and got me in Monday afternoon no problems. The car had a clean CarFax and showed a lot of regular maintenance and recent referb.

I dropped the car off for the inspection and they quickly found a few warning signs and stop leak in the radiator. They recommended I not buy the vehicle. They saved me a huge potential headache and a potential big expense. I will definitely bring them any Subie I look to buy in the future.

I've been bringing my 2005 Legacy to All Wheel Auto Drive for years, now, and must say that this company is one of the most honest and ethical I have ever worked with. Their work is of very high quality, and everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable.

I typically take my vehicles back to their respective dealerships for any service and repairs. We purchased a Subaru and were religiously going to the dealer when I found they were not performing up to our standards. Telling us we needed brakes and tires when we CLEARLY did not. I've been in the automotive industry for almost 25 years, most of the time in Fixed Operations or Service Management, and cannot stand when I am being oversold.

This industry suffers enough from the bad PR places like this foster. I researched, talked to people, and stalked All Wheel Drive Auto on Facebook and decided to give them a try. They are as advertised. Ryan helped me, but I also talked to three others at one point or another and everyone was very knowledgeable. They even took the time to show me their shop Outback to give me possible ideas on future enhancements I can do on my car.

I rely on my mechanic to keep my car in excellent mechanical shape. I also rely on the fact they will assess and advise me of any issues that need attention now or in the future. While this was my first time at All Wheel Drive Auto, I feel confident that they can and will do just that.

Great shop. Recently I brought my 2012 Outback in to a local Subaru dealership service center for the Takata airbag recall. While it was there, the service center diagnosed that my car needed a cooling fan motor replacement, for which they wanted to charge me $800+. All Wheel Drive Auto offered a free second opinion, ran some tests, and found nothing wrong with that part of the system.

These folks really know Subarus and do good, honest work. I'm definitely glad to have them in this area. I plan to keep bringing my Outback in so they can help keep it running smoothly for as long as possible.

I've been going to Eastside Subaru after having pre-paid my services with the purchase of my WRX. Thought I would try All Wheel Drive Auto after hearing good things from a friend with an STi and my expectations were exceeded. The 45K service was done in record time and the car was driving noticeably smoother after the service. That is something I never noticed after it came back from Eastside. I'll be staying with these guys from now on.

I don't usually write reviews, but I've been meaning to write a review of these guys for a while. I used to be a loyal customer, mostly because of a friend who has had nothing but great interactions with them. They annoyingly would always try to upsell me no matter what repair I was having done. Once I brought it in and the oil was a little low and they offered to teach me how to check my oil, even after I told them I change my own oil. (Very annoyed.) At one point they replaced a belt and got the tension wrong and then tried to blame me when it got ruined (although they did replace it for free).

The last straw was when I was having the timing belt done - they called and said the head gasket had a major oil leak and would need to be replaced and that it would be cheaper to have it done at the same time as the timing belt. Again since I routinely deal with my own oil I hadn't seen any serious leaks. I was suspicious and asked for more detail and they seemed to really be struggling to explain the problem to me.

I had to say no several times and they even tried to sell me wiper blades before I got off the phone. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and they said it did have a very minor oil leak in a totally different location that probably wouldn't become an actual problem for the life of the car. I'm compelled to write today because I'm at a different shop getting my A/C fixed.

The seals were bad and supposedly AWD replaced them, but it continued to slowly leak, and it turns out that not only are the seals still leaking, they also damaged the valve that is used to test the system. Good for you all who like this place. I tried really hard to like it/stay patient, but I can't recommend this place less.

Still Awesome! Took my 2014 STi for it's 30k (12k overdue), and not only was the work done well, they managed to diagnose wheel bearing, power steering fluid, cabin air filter issues with quotes. They even have next 'few days' availability to squeeze me in. Their prices are competitive; still less than dealers. Time quoted to finish work; book rate, and still managed to some how finish ahead of quoted time; doesn't occur ALL the time, better than your average auto shops. Been coming hear for over a decade now; looking forward to the next one.

One word, Trust. I have a 2005 Outback and theses folks have done a fantastic job of making sure it keeps running at top condition. They make specific recommendations to avoid bigger problems down the road and have never tried to talk me into something that I don't need. Having a really good mechanic that you can trust is worth it's weight in gold.

When I turned the wheel (2004 wrx wagon) hard over left or right, I was getting a ker-chunk, ker-chunk sound and feeling. I went to my normal mechanic and they suggested new axles though everything I read on line was related to the differential. Just to get a second opinion I took it to AWD Auto. They identified the problem and noticed some other issues, that frankly, while expensive, not totally unexpected ( Over 10years old and 150K miles). Brought my car in early and they got done before the end of the day and gave me a loaner just in case it took longer. Friendly, professional, busy!

Good signs in a mechanic, especially a subaru mechanic. Asked some questions about things unrelated to my repairs and received some honest opinions and answers. I believe I have a new mechanic!

By far one of the best shops you can bring your Subaru to! I recently called in asking if I could get some oil and an oil filter for my STI, I was kindly greeted over the phone and was transferred over to Ken (the parts specialist) at the shop. Ken was friendly and even kind enough to let me know what oil I should use after breaking in my engine, and what type of oil filter is better than using the stock blue OEM oil filter.

I went down and got the oil from them. As I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted by Nathan, one of the technicians down at the shop, and I have to say this is one of the kindest, most laid-back tech guy you will ever meet. He even mentioned to me that he could smell coolant coming from my car, so I quickly pop my hood, Nathan comes to check it out, and notices that I was low on coolant.

Just taking 5 mins out of his day to say hello and check out my car really meant a lot to me, he saved me on that day by telling me that my car needed coolant. I went back and purchased a 3 liter jug and went to pour the coolant with some water as I got back. Ben, the service writer is also a well informed guy who knows his stuff when it comes to Subaru's.

Also is very easy to talk to, and gives you an honest no bs statement/quote on what needs to be done on the car and what you can expect. Overall I am very pleased with the shop, and the kind friendly staff that you guys have here! I know for sure I'll be coming back :-)
