I was referred here by a colleague. I have a 2007 Audi A4 Avant 2.0 T. I needed my engine light checked and my car wasn't starting either. The staff at All Tune & Lube in Glen Burnie, MD was professional and they were experts with the diagnosis and remedy. TJ especially was extremely helpful and informative. They were over communicative throughout the whole process, from beginning to end.

There were no unexpected issues and they offered great value with how much I was charged. I've been back since then and I highly recommend their quality services to anyone in the area.

First time there just got my truck back will let you know months down line it ran good now but just hav to wait and see

Service was ok. Got a tune up and alignment done, i spoke to someone and told them i had my oil changed already so i didn't need that and they said the price would go down a bit since i didn't need it but i was still charged the same price, still alignment wasn't anywhere near cheap and i found out midas did it for 20-30$ less than what i paid. I would like to know the parts being used in my car tho lol

Very fair and honest business. They diagnosed my 2004 Ford F-150 and let me know that everything was good to go with my suspension and nothing was needed. Dishonest shop would have quoted me for something I didn't need. Thank you. Will be coming back.

This is more a note for me than anything else. But after hearing how a customer here was charged for fixing their car and it still doesn't work for the issue they came there for. That smells sheisty to me. I've had my fair share of bad mechanics who have done this. Which is why i go to the dealer now. But if i do end up going to a mechanic I'm not going to this one.

This place dose awesome work. and is fast at getting your car back to you. Very reasonable prices on top of it. Friendly fast services!

I been going here for about 7 years. I absolutely love TJ and the staff here. They are awesome and always willing to help. They never try to get over on you especially women! Worst shop ever they should be locked up for robbery charged me 200 to do a 20 minute job and didn't even fix the problem took the car back these guys tired to charge me more money crazy

Ed and the All Tune staff are AWESOME! Great pricing, honest quotes, quality service. Got me in an out in a little over an hour for front brakes and rotors on the same day I called them. We're customers for life!

I had to come back to the shop for the same issue 3 times within a week. The initial part that was supposed to be "New", clearly it wasn't. Work with Ed because the other two behind the desk are not helpful! As soon as I mentioned Ed, one guy gave me Ed's work schedule over the phone instead of working with me. My 3rd time back I only needed a reading to see why my engine light was on again, I sat inside for 50 minutes just to check the reading while the two guys behind the desk chatted (TJ and the other guy).

When another customer showed up, before she walked in the door the two guys said "Ooh great it's her again", one guy walked away and said you deal with her". One guy from behind the desk went outside to assist her while no one checked why my engine light was on and I sat inside for 50 minutes. I seriously gave this place a chance because of the great reviews, clearly my judgment was wrong!

I agree with the bad reviews. After picking up my "repaired" vehicle and paying $2800. I didn't even make it home before it broke down again. They towed it back and took another 2 weeks to "fix" it again. All the while racking up rental fees for me. And now that I have it back, my a/c (which was working fine before) doesn't work. AND MY HOOD WON'T STAY UP ANYMORE. Never going back. STAY AWAY!

I would never go here! They are scam artist and snakes! My wife took her truck here after we had to jump it. They told her it was the alternator and that it was going to be over $400 for parts and labor. When I get there I ask them couldn't it just be the battery and they said no we checked all that. So I tell them I want to take the truck to drop off some things in the trunk.

They didn't want me to leave told me if I mess anything up the insurance wouldn't cover the quote they gave me and were mad that I was taking the truck. To make a long story short I took the truck to battery warehouse across the street and found out the only thing the truck needed was a battery. I went back to tune & lube and he said it would work for maybe a week at the most this was about 4 months ago and the truck is still running. SO DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE I WARN YOU!

I would not recommend going here at all. Im going back for the third time for a ruff idle and a check engine light after spending $600 on work I apparently didn't need. The guy that runs the place, Ed is a snake with a song and dance.

(***I went to the location at 8201 Ritchie Hwy, Pasadena, MD.) These guys take pride in their work and are honest and fair. They believe in getting it right the first time and giving the best possible price. I went to them initially for a free diagnostic because I had some issues with acceleration. Turns out, I had a fuel leak but they couldn't readily identify the source of the leak.

In order to find the source, they would have to drop the tank. I had a friend who had a Sears card who offered to pay for the repairs if I took it to Sears (went to the one in Silver Spring/White Oak). BIG mistake. They damn near tried to kill me, financially and literally (wanted to charge me $2500 for a "cracked tank" - wasn't cracked, btw -, and to basically replace my fuel system when I only had cracked hoses. dropped the tank, then barely put it back on. if someone had tossed a cigarette out of the window while I was driving, I might not be typing this review right now).

Long story short, I went back to All Tune and Lube, and they quoted me a decent price, got me genuine Chevy parts, did the work and my car was ready in record time. These guys didn't take kindly to the Sears mechanic giving mechanics a bad name, either, and said they would report them to Sears corporate. They truly care, do good work, and are reasonably priced. I will be taking my car to them from now on.

I stopped into All Tune and Lube with only a little bit of time to spare so I knew the odds of them being able to fix my air conditioning were slim (since I only had a half hour before I had to go). But to my surprise they were able to help me. They got my A/C fixed and me out the door in under a half hour and I couldn't be happier. The staff was courteous and respectful and very helpful. I recommend All Tune and Lube to anybody needing auto repairs.

This place is the best place around here that I have taken my car to. They are honest and fair with prices. We found them originally because my sister in law was in town and her car started acting up terribly. Tune & Lube was one of the only places open. They were able to take in her car, give an estimate and fix it all in a couple hours. Now I bring my car here because of the excellent experience she had. The parking lot is crowded and it's not the prettiest place ever but the service is great, as well as the prices so what more could you ask for?

I would definitely recommend this place. I spoke to Joe who quoted me a great price to replace my car's rear break pads and rotors. Given it was a Saturday I didn't think they could do it the same day, everyone else kept telling me I needed to make an appointment, but Joe said bring it in and he could get the job done within an hour. It was pretty close, about 1.5 hours, but definitely worth the extra wait given the great low price and friendly service. Overall, it cost me 40% less than the quote I received at my normal repair shop. If you're looking for a great deal, call this place.

The owner has the technicians quote astronomical unfair estimates so he can "cut you a deal" "take care of ya" & things of the such. They rip you off in pricing, but deliver your swindle with a smile. I guess if I'm going to be conned, the artist may as well be pleasant to me about it. 2 stars for pleasantries and a review here because the owner specifically asked me to tell my friends about him.

I was having an issue with my 2010 GMC Tahoe. It was leaking oil or some sort of fluid and causing an issue with friends and neighbors when I parked at their houses. I took the car to my local dealer and they wanted to rebuild the engine for alot of $. I then decided to give All Tune and Lube a shot and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. It all cost me less than $100. Thanks Ed and TJ.you guys are the best. I will definitely bring my car to All Tune and Lube for any and all work going forward!

I used to go to this auto repair shop for all of my repairs. About 5 years ago they did a decent job for a fair price. Over the last two years each time I brought my vehicles in I would have to make a return trip and it would cost me another 2 - 3 hundred dollars to fix. After the 6th time I had to bring my car back because the issue was not properly fixed I stopped going there. The biggest problem with this shop is that they do not stand behind their repairs and not only does it cause an inconvenience but additional expenses.
