Our full-service auto glass shop is located south of Downtown Seattle near Safeco Field. In most cases, we can accommodate you the same day that you call for a glass repair or replacement. Our in-shop service is available six days a week and, often, we provide pickup and delivery service in the downtown area.
Recalibration of your vehicles forward facing camera system may be recommended after having a windshield replaced. These systems are called ADAS, or Advanced Driver Assistance Safety Systems and include Lane departure Warning System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert, Blind Spot Monitoring, as well as others.

The appt times were a little inflexible making it a difficult appointment to make. However, the work was great. They completed early and were very pleasant and professional. The price can't be beat! Overall I'm super happy.

Excellent! Tint looks perfect. Exactly what we wanted. Very knowledgeable staff, and informative. You can tell they love what they do by the work they do. Even gave her a bath before returning her to us. Will definitely recommend for future work.

I work at Car Pros Kia in Renton, and that's how I learned about All Star. We use them primarily to fix our vehicles as well as recommend them to any customer who needs a replacement window or windshield. I called to see when they would be back at our dealership for a customer vehicle because I got a rock chip on my windshield and wanted to get it fixed while they are here.

I didn't want them to make an extra trip for something as small as a rock chip. Chance was awesome! Super quick and friendly. Such a sweetheart. I'm glad that I refer people to you guys because of your outstanding customer service. Thanks for taking care of me :

Walked in for a quick rock chip fixed. Took about an hour. Reasonable price. Still can see some part of the rock chip but as long as it protects the crack getting bigger that's fine.

TLDR; they said they could do mobile service and booked us, then the day came and they didn't do mobile. Took it to them anyway and they said they didn't have the window after making me wait an hour - they could have checked that last week, and we could have had it ordered by this week from somewhere else. Waste of time - AVOID! The longer version: Car was broken into, window smashed. Called several places last week that said they could definitely order the window and have it in by this Wednesday.

Since we don't want to rent cars that long, nor drive it around with broken glass, windowless in the rain everywhere, we kept searching for a mobile service that could come to us and take care of it - preferably sooner than that. All-star said they could do mobile service this Monday (today). Today came - they said they didn't have drivers and couldn't come to us.

So I said fine I'll drive a car full of broken glass to them. Then after I waited a good hour (the time in which they said they would have finished the repair?) - they told me that the glass wasn't on the morning shipment and they didn't have it. Said they were going to call the dealer. I told them we called the damn dealer last week and it was on back-log.

They called anyway just to find out for themselves. I told them there were plenty of places that could have had it for us this Wednesday, now they will need another week to order it in. And other than calling the dealer, and checking to see if it came up on their supplier list every day, they had zero solution. She said they don't order far ahead bla bla bla excuse when the fact is they told us Friday they could get it, and booked us for a Monday.

They never checked to see if they could actually get it - they just hustled us in. I guess I can't call it a bait & switch because they didn't switch us for anything - it's just a waste of time, energy, and sets us back a week with a car that isn't secure in rainy weather. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Scheduled a mobile windshield replacement a week in advance. Technician called the day of to ask if I had my own shelter to place over the car due to chance of drizzle. He says All Star has a tent they can use but this tent does not fit over SUV's. When I said "no" I didn't have my own car tent, he recommended he NOT do the job and did not come. Beware when scheduling mobile replacement services All Star cannot accommodate larger vehicles. I would not schedule with them unless you are sure it will not rain as they can not guarantee they will keep your car dry.

Surprised that these guys have so many negative reviews. My experience with them was amazing. I drove to the shop and left my car there for a couple of hours. They replaced and recalibrated my windshield. My car is like new again, can't tell the difference

Car window was smashed so I hired All Star for a mobile replacement. The guy who did the work finished in 10 minutes (and charged me $500), but his work was not great. Window wouldn't roll up. I was forced to bring it into their SODO shop for a warranty repair. They wouldn't refund the $50 mobile fee I paid, even though it was pointless to have them come out, since I ended up having to take the car to SODO anyways. Dropped the car off at SODO and waited 1.5 hours. Car was done after 30 mins but there was no one at the front desk so I had to wait another 45 mins. All in all, not a great experience and I won't be going back.

Scheduled a windshield replacement for a 1997 Ford pickup, they were busy and scheduled me almost a month out, then called me to cancel at the last minute, I was told that there were too many unknowns and would require 2 guys. First time doing a Ford pickup? I was told that they wouldn't send anyone unless it was "absolutely necessary". Like how about a broken windshield that makes a truck not drivable? Totally lame company.

I had a rock kicked up on our street and it hit my windshield 'just right.' I reached out to a guy who could patch the crack as well as All-Star for a full replacement, and stupidly went with the patch first. The patch didn't hold through the Winter cold (surprise) and the crack grew. creeping more and more across my windshield. I emailed All-Star and they got me in straight away.

I didn't go through insurance because the deductible was defaulted to max (friendly tip: ask your insurance about lowering that deductible!), But it wasn't crazy expensive! I have a leased Subaru that required recalibration and that only added a couple hundred bucks to an already reasonable bill for the replacement. The same day turnaround was also much, much faster than expected.

They had it fixed and ready to go in 3 hours. Crazy fast! I noticed our other car has some very small little chips in the windshield, and I know exactly who I'll be going to see to have it repaired.

I needed a replacement of the back windshield on my vehicle, and I needed the whole shebang: the heated glass, privacy tinted, etc. These guys gave me the best quote and provided such excellent service. Price was exactly expected given the quote and the service fees and all that. If you need glass, fast, and done excellently, try these guys for sure.

Didn't have my vehicles window in stock after the appointment was set. Notified morning of but I missed the call and showed up to be told that. Although frustrating they explained why, which is out of their control, and also put a crash shrink wrap on it to protect it until I replaced it somewhere else yesterday. They were honest and helpful, the shrink wrap actually looked like a window and was perfect.

I go here for everything from rock tics to full windshield replacements. I have two classic cars and their installation of the hard to get front windows was outstanding for both. They take insurance and AAA without grumbling. Like the office staff I have dealt with - chipper. The waiting room has uncut 1986-1987 tops and fleer baseball card sheets, which as a baseball fan and card collector as a kid, really put a nostalgia filled smile on my face the last time I was in. Call first to make sure they have your window. It was quick when I had to order my VW van front window from them - like 2 days.

Customer service is excellent. All those on the phone sounded very knowledgeable. They were careful and provided info of necessary steps. Didn't give 5 stars because I discovered minor glue marks in my box at and the area where the glass was replaced, the some of fabric were not sealed back properly Otherwise, would come back.

All-star deserves none of the stars. 0 stars for them from me. Not only did they shatter the glass while installing the first time, but a second appointment got rescheduled, and as that changed they didn't even order the glass. Like c'mon guys. I was supposed to get a callback, never did. Rescheduling again feels like asking for more trouble, and now I've got a crack that's grown from passenger to driver side.

I get that accidents can happen with the glass installation, but your front desk was a comedy of ineptitude, not just errors. 0 stars. Glad you support the Jamie Moyer foundation. That's the only bright star I found there and makes me feel better about having to give at least one star.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM! I scheduled online for mobile service to replace my windshield. I received an email confirmation page I was scheduled for service 12/08 between 8am and noon. "Service Request Details - Website Order # 72916" I'm at work so my wife is waiting at the house all morning. I call at 12:40 and she said no one showed up.

I called All star Auto Glass and was told there is NO record of me being scheduled for service. He also told me sometimes their scheduling emails go to a junk folder? WTF? They wanted to schedule another service over the phone but I'm busy at work and don't know my wife schedule. Plus I'm very upset. I've done business with All Star before and their work has been quality, but screw it, I'm pretty pissed off about their system wasting my time and my wife's time. I'm having Safelite Auto Glass replace my windshield, and if their work is satisfactory they'll get my business in the future.

I just had my car worked on by this location of All star and my experience was awesome from start to finish! First of all, they have really good coffee in their lobby, and their office staff was super nice and knowledgeable. My car was done in a timely manner and they went above and beyond with the finishing touches. They had to vacuum out the broken glass but they also vacuumed my entire car! I was so pleasantly surprised! Would recommend to everyone!

Service representatives were nice, I had great experience going over the quote and schedule part. The job performance was ok. My front passenger window was replaced with no problem, mat and seat were cleaned pretty well. The only problem I have now is that they didn't fully remove all of the glass pieces inside the door panel so when the door open/shut at a certain speed it rattles like a piggy bank.

Shady employees. I paid cash for my window replacement and their employee by the name of Brent pocketed the cash and told the company I didnt pay! I get several harassing voicemails daily and also an invoice in the mail that says they will send me to collections! Company has no control of employees not to mention lying shady employees!

I recently used this service to replace my windshield (10/19/2021). While I am very pleased with the new unit, I am sincerely disappointed overall. Why? Because during installation, they disconnected an air line for my AC, then failed to reconnect it. This created a vacuum leak, which triggered my engine light. Due to this oversight, I had to take a day off from work, and drive to their shop in downtown Seattle to get this fixed.

That should not have happened. I wrote an email to customer service last Thursday (10/21/2012), and as of this posting, I have not received a reply. As you can imagine, I am a bit frustrated. I lost a days pay and fuel to fix their mistake. At least an apology would have helped. As of now, I would caution using this company. People make mistakes, but this put me in a tight spot financially, and again, should not have happened. An admission of accountability would have helped. Barry (Martin) Coxwell. When I spoke on the phone with someone from the business they assured me all the glass from my broken window would be vacuumed out and removed, but that was it the case here. They completely ignored the drivers side floor and clearly didn't vacuum anything out, leaving me with a car that is still a safety hazard. What I don't understand is that they vacuumed out all of the glass on top of the drivers seat, so why completely ignore the floor? I was told a manager would call me Monday but I still have not heard a word. This was overall a really disappointing experience.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. If you did the research to look for a glass repair shop and found this one, you should hit the back button and look for another shop. This business works on referral programs and that is why so many people recommend them. They do sloppy business and will destroy your vehicle. For one, they use too much glue when doing windshield, resulting in wind noise at higher speed.

I actually had my vehicle done here years ago. They put the glass wrong with too much glue, causing wind noise, and the clowns that work here also destroyed my condensation sensor. People do not recommend them because of their quality service, they recommend all star auto glass for the referral $$. Please do research and look for a better glass shop - you will thank yourself later.

Edit: thank you for reaching out and resolving the issue Would not recommend this company if you are actually seeking work to be done on your car. They have poor communication and the day I was supposed to have someone come out to fix my window, I called the office to see if they had a timeline as I was given between 1 and 4, and it was close to 4pm and no word from anyone.

I was told that the office "has no way of communicating with their technicians." needless to say, no one ever showed up or reached out with an explanation. I even called them the next day to try to reschedule and no one ever called back.

I called this place to get a quote on Wednesday afternoon. First female employee put me on hold then one guy answered my call. He asked me a question regarding a safety system that I wasn't familiar with, then he started raising his voice. He sounded like he was frustrated that I do not have the knowledge about what he was asking. So far this was the WORST customer service that I've experienced in my life. Yelling at a customer?

He could have kindly explained to me what he was referring but I guess that's not how he normally treat customers. I'm definitely avoiding this place no matter how good they are or even they offer a competitive price. I would rather pay more and get the right customer service from the right person. *I didn't read all the reviews before giving them a call but I just found out that there are multiple reviews saying that employees were rude, annoyed, and unprofessional. So these problems have been addressed by previous customers over the years but I guess it is still an ongoing issue.

We got our windshield replaced at All Star and on the drive home we had ANOTHER rock fly up and chip the windshield. We took the car back to All Star the next day to have the chip filled and they did it for free! Outstanding service from All-Star Auto Glass, they get my highest recommendation!

I got a morning appointment for a mobile replacement of my windshield. They called me the day of and moved the repair time 2 hours back. I wasn't upset until they never showed, or called. When I called them back they said, "I don't know what happened, let my dispatcher call you back." Spoiler alert the dispatcher never did.

We needed to get my window fixed after it was broken into. We thought this place would be good but first time we called they quoted us a price and then when we went in they were trying to charge us more. Then they had us scheduled for two days later after we paid them. We were out of town and had them do a drive out. They didn't get it done on that Wednesday so we arrived back home the next day and called them.

First excuse was they didn't do it because the part did not come in. They told me they didn't have anything available till the following Monday and then came back and said no they were coming out today to do it. Had to call them back because the dispatch tech was suppose to call, didn't receive a call. The dispatcher said he was just about to call me and then advised me that the tech guy called in sick so they weren't able to come until Saturday.

And I said No that's unacceptable then he came back and said I can get you in probably tomorrow and I said well how did it go from Saturday to tomorrow. He was rude and hung up on me when I was trying to get a refund. So I had to call them back and give them my card info and process the refund. I drove in to pick up my keys at All star auto and the Gentleman in front of me who had an appointment at 11 was frustrated because they had told him that they would take care of the insurance claim the Lady at the front said they wouldn't be able to do it and he would have to call.

The customer said well I could have called them 2 days ago. I ended up canceling with them and going to Golden Auto on Rainer. They said I could drop it in today at it'll be ready later. Golden Auto got my window fixed within 2 1/2 hours. I highly recommend checking them out before doing business with All Star.

I really wanted to give this place five stars. I really did. It's the only local auto glass business left in Seattle AFAIK. But I can't. Simply put, they over-promised and under-delivered. The saga began after some jackwagon smashed three of my windows and I had to spend $1,000+ of my tax refund money to get them replaced (yeah, thanks for nothin', SPD).

When I took my car in, I was promised a first-class job including removal of the sticky adhesive from the plastic over the windows and that all of the broken glass would be thoroughly cleaned up. None of these things happened. When I got my car back, it was still full of broken glass and I had to argue with them to get them to clean it up. Their lame excuse? "We don't have an industrial strength vacuum." Excuse me?

How does a professional glass business not have the proper equipment to do the job right? And the sticky schmoo was still everywhere because. wait for it. "We don't have the solvent to take it off." C'mon guys, you can do better.

This business does not honor customer integrity. They will trash your vehicle and care more about just putting more money in their pocket. Called to set an appointment for a windshield replacement on 5/22/21. I spoke with Graig on 5/19/21 letting him know my vehicle model and year. I requested no sun shade at the top of the vehicle, as thats what came from my car on the factory.

Most of the glass for my vehicle were with sun shade, and he found one for $303 in Tacoma without sun shade. I was told by Graig he can get OEM glass for $303, and the total charge would be $465.00 plus tax. I agreed to this and set an appointment on 5/22/21. I arrive on 5/22/21 and am greeted by a rude lady working front desk. She hands me an invoice for over $600 for the same glass that was discussed over the phone.

She calls Graig on the phone on 5/22/21 while I am there and he says the pricing is $465 and he did not know it was OEM or not because he could not see it in photos when ordering glass (he told me this over the phone) and told me the total price out the door of $465 I SPEND TIME OUT OF MY DAY AND DRIVE to my appointment and the glass they ordered has a BMW stamp on it, and THEY DECIDE TO LIE AND CHARGE MORE AND UPSELL because of it.

The total was $611 plus tax instead of $465.00 plus tax. I understand if this was disclosed to the customer before, but the price was $465.00 plus tax TOTAL, which means $511.5 TOTAL and they charge more on the spot when I arrive, over $650 TOTAL. I called again the following day requesting to speak to a manager and whoever I spoke with in the front desk was too afraid to do this and gave excuses saying the manager is out on lunch and any word for the manager actually goes to me.

Long story short, they do shady business strategies and their communication is terrible. They upsell the glass and lie to the customer about prices. This is a scam and shady business strategy. You don't say to your customer you get glass for this much and we are charging you this much and then straight up scam and lie to the customer when he arrives charging him more and putting him in an uncomfortable position for the same glass that was discussed very clearly over the phone.

This business does not honor customer integrity. You have been warned if you care about your car. All star auto glass lies up their ass to put more money for them. They try to play dumb to many customers offering cheaper glass and saying it is the same. They will trash your vehicle and care more about just putting more money in their pocket by scamming and lying to their customers.

I called two separate times and got the same quote each time then scheduled my appointment for a new windshield ASAP due to my windshield being severely damaged from a rock. I come in for my appointment and they ordered the wrong glass for my car it turns out and sounds like I can't get it replaced that day. Then they let me know that the price nearly tripled due to them having to use dealership glass (which on the phone assured me they didn't have to use as the other glass they use never has problems and is much cheaper). I'm going to another place even it will be the same price, very unprofessional and didn't offer any discounts for the inconvenience of the price increase and the fact I'll have to use a rental car until my car is fixed.

Inquired about a windshield quote with a couple hour turnaround to hear back from them. Their communication was on point. When I called to make the appointment, the sales associate was very friendly and helpful. At the appointment, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and also communicative. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

Set up an appointment for Monday which was communicated through email. Went down there and got "Sorry, they have you scheduled for tomorrow" Silence after that, so I said I guess I'll come tomorrow. Also, via email I stated if I bring it in 2.5 hours before a medical appointment can you get it done? "Yeah, it only takes 2 hours!" Go there for the appointment, wait an hour, no updates and no one working on my car.

Ask for the keys, lady gives me my key and you guessed it, nothing. Called a different place and they were nicer and $150. Also, the waiting room was full of grumpy customers, I'm sure I'm not alone here. You'd think a place with mobile service they'd offer that as a solution to keep and get future business. Guess not.

Received same day appointment, arrived half an hour early. Two women at front desk only acknowledged by one, she asked for my keys, said it would take up to 2 hrs. to be completed. After an hour of sitting in an uncomfortable office, I noticed my car was still parked where I had left it. Once they did get to my car, it seemed to be done in timely fashion, it did take 2 hours, I just didn't know I would be sitting there and my car for over an hour waiting. for them to even begin.

There is nothing really walking distance, so you are basically stuck. Once I did get my car back I noticed two things, one was that my expensive Hydro Flask was missing from the door where it resides, and that there was an indentation from the inside of the door out. I first walked up to the service guys and requested my bottle, which they had sitting on top of their tool box, the next was to show the office person the outdent, he of course denied it could have been them, said he would give me the Managers name and direct number.

Once I had paid my invoice, I asked for that information which he hesitantly gave me, or so I thought. I tried calling the number he gave me, turns out it is the general number, once they answered I was left on hold for over 10 minutes, I finally hung up. Tried about half an hour after, same thing.

On Monday, 05April2021 - Got my windshield replaced by All Star, glass looks great, when I got home I noticed that the windshield bottom plastic frame was missing clips. The two gaskets were also exposed on the hood instead of being tucked in the seam under. Also noticed the rubber strip on the top of the car was sticking up like it is peeling off.

They were not able to calibrate my windshield for unknown reason as well. Was told to bring it back to the dealer. A couple days later, I went back to get the issue corrected. Saul fixed the issue and made it right, he put adhesive on the roof plastic strip, and replaced all the clips so the gasket will not be sticking out anymore. Basically it took me two trips to get the job done correctly.

Being a mechanic with the military, I always believed in getting the job done correctly the 1st time. I've visited this business a few times in the past for chip repairs so I trusted they would have done a great job with my car windshield replacement. Please check for workmanship prior to leaving, don't just trust the job was done right before you leave, which I didn't do. ***Kudos to Saul for fixing the issue that the last technician failed to do PICS attached for reference. Had an EXCELLENT experience with everyone at All-Star Auto Glass. Besides being the most affordable in town their communication was top notch. Scheduled (and re-scheduled) via very prompt emails. The install tech called before arrival and upon getting to my office. Installed my Jeep's new windshield in about 30 minutes. Was super courteous and windshield looks great.

No one wants to spend $400+ on a windshield but I'm glad I gave my business to these guys. 5 *****'s! Bonus points: They have a deal with Brown Bear car wash. Fill out the form your installer gives you and get free car washes! Not sure how many, but I'll take 'em!
