Dropped my car off for a coolant issue and to fix my ac. Vehicle was ready and fixed in a timely manner. I have no issues with my car. Communication was great as well.

Jeff is a solid mechanic amd very knowledgeable. He is also a very kind person and an asset to the Beaches. Thanks for the great work on my truck!

Truly "All Pro". Polite, timely, and professional service. No excessive, add-on service recommendations. Fortunately, I'm I bike ride away. No appointments, and they text or call you when the jobs done. No comfortable waiting room. I'm a repeat customer.

I wish I could join the others in a good review, but after the second go-around with this business, sadly, I cannot. My first experience was calling and Eric telling me to bring my Son's truck in for work on that Friday. I called to confirm on Wednesday. We showed up and were told, without apology, "Eric always camps on Good Friday, and I'm too busy.that one's on him, not me". Again, didn't seem fazed that we had worked our schedules around for this. Figured we'd give them the benefit of the doubt, and try them again. Called ahead and was told if we dropped our car the night before, they get our car done first.

We did that, and when the next afternoon rolled around and no update - I called. Hadn't even looked at the car, and told me there were two cars ahead of mine. No apology, just said that they were a first come, first serve garage. That's not what we were told on the phone. I picked my car up - undone. These people were rude, wasted my time and obviously don't care about my business. I got the message.

Honest, reasonable and reliable car shop. This is where I bring all of my family vehicles. Eric is always very professional and his staff gets the job done in a timely manner.

The service has always been prompt and courteous. I always feel that we have gotten a fair price for the work. I highly recommend all-pro automotive at Atlantic Beach.

My car had slow leak tire. They fixed quickly and at quoted price. My car is new and on full warranty so nice to know I have access to excellent auto service when needed. Thanks to Eric.

I have a sports car which is worked on by a speed shop and they recommended All pro personally to work on our minivan, because they knew the All pro guys well. They were right and the All pro guys did a great job on a big repair, at a great price, very fast and very friendly. We actually towed the car from the dealership over to All pro because they were so much better priced. I'll definitely take my cars to them again. I'm glad to have found them.

Had an over heating vehicle which turned out to but the cooling fan. The shop was friendly and up frot with reasonable pricing. The job was finished within 24 hrs even waiting for the part to be delivered. I would recommend these guys based on my experience! Thank you

These guys are top notch. I went there thinking I needed a new alternator ($600). I took my car in and told them thats what I needed. They called me back and said I had an electronic issue and the alternator was fine. I paid $150 for the service. Total Honesty from them. Trust you car and wallet with company, Im sure happy I did.

I would not recommend this place to anybody who asked. Eric was extremely rude and condescending- as well as downgrading the company that recommended them and who I have worked with for years on my vehicles as "not knowing what they are talking about." Wow - that was about the worst example of customer service I have pretty much ever experienced. I hope your day improves Eric!

Certainly not going to let you ruin mine. if you need engine repairs always be wary of a company who thinks that another company that RECOMMENDED them is not worthy of being thanked for what could have easily been a $5,000 paycheck that they just handed over to All Pro in good faith. I was more than happy to pay for good service. C'est la vie.

Brought an f150 in for a front end alignment after i had installed a leveling kit. when i picked up the truck and drove a ways, it was apparent the steering wheel is now 5-10deg to passenger side when going straight. additionally, even though thier alignment fee is consistent with other shops they charged me $19 for 'shop supplies' saying its a standard fee though there are no supplies need to be expended for the job.

Great communication and service. I had an issue with my second vehicle while my Jeep was getting serviced. I talked to Erick about servicing this vehicle after the Jeep. Instead he walked me through it and said it was a simple fix. I was not able to remove a stripped screw. Erick helped me with the quick fix.at no charge. Honest and fair business.

These guys are great. They came highly recommended by a few friends and they did not disappoint. They were quick and more than fair. Eric broke down the recommendations in terms of what needed to be done now and what could wait. Just as importantly, I got reasonable time frames in terms of when I needed to fix what I could hold on now. They realized I didn't need an alignment after all so they didn't charge me where other places could've / would've charged, me being none the wiser. Lastly Jeff took the time and went over a few things with me when picking up my Element.

They still turn rotors if possible. Nobody does that anymore! Says a lot. Great guys, easy to work with. They are honest and do Great Work. High Recommendation. Super Pleased.

Extremely courteous and professional! These guys came through when I needed serious help! Prices are better than anywhere else I've been and even though they were busy I didn't have to sit around for answers, and my car was in and out for the major repair it needed. You definitely cannot go wrong using All Pro! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks again guys!

Last time I had my car here they "fixed" the power steering and gave all new tires. One tire needs to be replaced and we can't even get the lug nuts off. They want $85 to tow the car, not even sure how much to get a new tire. The power steering has a leak and each time we stop by to have it looked at their too busy. Nope, I don't recommend this place

A great place to get repairs, very competent shop. I have been using them for a few years and never disappointed in their service or prices.

I say four stars, but its more like 4.7 or 4.8. Okay maybe 5.0 but I don't want to float their boat. They put 4 new tires on and three in a free oil change. The final cost was more than the estimated cost. So while I am happy with the service and the awesome customer service, the cost quoted was a little short. Eh! They know what they are doing and treat you right.

After numerous trips, the new clutch worked, but not for long. Getting it replaced again with a quality kit at a quality shop, a year and a half later. Can't recommend them.

The gentlemen at All Pro were professional, honest and efficient. My car was fixed the same day I took it in. They addressed all my issues and the cost of repairs was spot on. They will be my go-to in the future and I recommend anyone else to do the same. Thanks guys!

I have taken my cars here for routine maintenance and the occasional mechanical issue. Each time the staff has been professional, fixed or diagnosed the issue, and given me a reasonable price for labor and parts. I haven't felt lead into unnecessary repairs or up charged like many dealerships do.

I've taken my vehicles to All Pro for more than a decade and they've always done an excellent job. Erik & Bubba were on top of things this time, and they've always provided great service and get me in and out quickly. Whenever I get a quote from the dealer, I can count on All Pro to save me 30% or more. Thanks Lance, Eric, and everyone at All Pro! Keep up the great work!

Update: so I dug into my car getting ready to replace the compressor myself. Saw it was a loose belt, nothing more. Tightened 2 bolts and now my car is fixed! For free! Not 1100 dollars as the mechanic quoted me. I'm damn glad I didn't believe these guys! Thieves!

These guys are the real deal. They are excellent mechanics, competitively priced, do what they say they are going to do in a timely fashion, and are extremely honest. I took in my old Nissan Pathfinder when it overheated. I asked Randy for a second opinion when the Nissan dealership told me the repair costs would cost more than the car was worth. Lucky for me, they proved the Nissan dealership was totally wrong and All Pro Automotive was able to fix the real problem and save me over $1,500 to boot!

They were competent, super-efficient, nice to deal with, and basically provided good, cost-effective service. I plan on taking my other cars to them for service and will refer my friends and neighbors to them. Paul Davidson, Atlantic Beach
