Took my audi q7 here about a week ago. Chris pretty much took care of me and the Main Tech was very helpful. So far so good with the repairs they did. I will most definitely be back in the future for any repairs or scheduled service Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These guys were very professional! I brought my car in for oil change and normal check up. They took photos and sent them to me. We went over the estimate and they explained everything clearly. I really appreciate that they took the time to chat even though they were really busy. Its hard to find reliable mechanics in LV but I have finally found some reliable people I can count on! Give them a try!

Kris was super accommodating and professional. Maserati gave me a ridiculous price for routine maintenance which I was able to get done at All European Auto for just a fraction. They fixed my exhaust complimentary and dropped me off at the airport. Great shop, excellent work, super guys!

I had a fuel pump replaced in my 2015 Mercedes 300C. Kris was excellent. They took me home & picked me up. Work was completed in the time frame given, the price was very reasonable and they even cleaned my car. Highly recommend All European! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The Land Rover dealership tried to scam me of course, but I came here and they took care of me and even found something else wrong with my car. They fixed it for an extremely good price. I will always be bringing my cars here if I have any issues.

New In town and was is need of new mechanic so I called around a few shops shopping for quotes. Almost every shop I called had an insulting quote which was way over priced. All European auto repair not only had the best price but provided friendly fast service. I was very well pleased with today. I highly recommend them for your European car repairs/service.

From the moment I had called for a quote from the time I picked up my car these guys made me comfortable. Quote was exactly the total repair. Constant communication via text messages were given unlike any other repair place. No wondering when my car was going to be ready. Nice to have electronic communication at your fingertips. Able to text the tech made it so easy! Friendly staff! I will be using them again for sure!

Kris was upfront and showed damage on the car before it was worked on. They were honest about what needed repaired and what did not. I feel like I saved a lot of money taking the car here rather than to BMW.

They explained the repair to me for my Jaguar and what the cost would be. The parts were expensive but the price for their service seemed reasonable. I checked with a couple of other shops and they were way more expensive for the same thing! I am happy to pay the reasonable charge for the service even though the parts weren't cheap. I guess driving a luxury car comes with a price though when it breaks down. I'm just happy they got it fixed and the service fees weren't overly priced.

Car is Running amazing, they recommended some repairs, and they where amazing. Advisors need to communicate better between each other to call the customer back. I highly recommend. Ask for Chris

My alternator was a few weeks out of warranty but they still honored it. Hard to find these days, much recommended.

They were kind and honest with my repairs. I came in because my car would squeak every time I turned left. I was prepared for rotors or new brakes again or a large bill but they said that the dealership who had last installed my brakes did so incorrectly so they reinstalled the brakes I already had and just charged me for the labor. Like I said, honest. Will continue to use and refer friends and family.

Dropped of my 91 300E / W124 Mercedes a/c was not working they replaced everything that hey needed to in order to get the job done and the A/C has been working great through the whole summer. I feel bad for the bad reviewers because I did not experience this there. If also could be the reviewer themselves. I inspected the parts that were changed and they were definitely not the old ones. I don't think people understand buying old European cars come with a responsibility.

I had my Audi towed here after another shop couldn't find the problem and recommended this shop. Although it took a little longer than I thought to diagnose the problem, it was fixed and runs great. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

To follow-up on their ridiculous response. the car was not sitting for 12 years. We were driving it just fine before dropping it off to them. The car did have brakes, so they are again lying. There was also some leaks, but as they pointed out it's an "old car" which their name claimed they fix, but all they kept saying was your car is old. The car has since been taken to another repair shop who has fixed everything All European ruined.

All European put the wrong fluid in the car which could ruin all the rubber components. They also installed the brakes wrong which is why the car couldn't drive- the brakes were constantly engaged even if they emergency brake was off. They also replaced spark plugs, but didn't screw them on. They did not drive it for 20 miles, as we drove it less than 1 mile and it broke down.

The picture shown in the first review is AFTER we picked it up from the shop. We have all of this documented on video of another ship looking at the terrible work they did. He was amazed when he saw what they claimed to have "fixed". He even called and asked us to bring documents showing what All European worked on and he was in disbelief. They claim to be a "European" and "Classic" car restoration yet they don't know what they are doing and just keep calling our vehicle old.

It's a classic car. The other shop said this Rolls Royce is in the best condition they've seen one from this year. Do NOT take your car here. Go to any shop in Las Vegas except the one.

Took my Audi A6 into Sam and Chris after receiving an outrageous quote from another repair shop. I can't believe how easy it was to do business with All European Auto Repair. For the longest time, I hated going into auto repair shops because I always felt like I was getting hustled. This team is so different - clear, concise, and honest. They told me exactly what I needed to fix my problem and I didn't have any unnecessary upsells or add-ons. I like people who work with honesty and integrity. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family!

Photo is of the car broken down outside All European Auto within 5 minutes of leaving their shop after they 'worked' on it for 9 months and CHARGED me. Do NOT take your car to All European Auto Repair. I was able to drive the car to the shop with no problems. I was able to drive it on the freeway with no problems. The car was dropped off to have a minor leak repaired as well as the brakes.

When we picked up the vehicle last week, it would not drive over 20mph and broke down before we could get a block away. They required us to make the last payment in cash, $10,000. They 'worked' on my car for 9 months and ruined it. The car is now inoperable and they won't refund our money. We are suing.

There a really good place to take your car. I have a SL63 AMG MERCEDES BENZ. This place has it ready in just a few days if I had taken it to Auto nation they'd still have over 2 months. With no communication. ALL European Stays in contact.hands down the best in my book!

Kris was helpful. I saved a few hundred bucks by coming here instead of the dealership. They are quick and communication was good. I would go to them again!

I'm so tired of the Land Rover dealership bleeding me dry over regular maintenance visits, so I came here. Brought my Range Rover in for an oil change and annoyingly squeaky breaks. Oil change was done and they were honest about my brakes - they said there's still some life left and I could get away without getting new brakes for a bit longer, but that it would definitely be time soon.

I drive so much so I had them do it. They were quick, honest, gave me a ride home, and their price was WAAAAAY better than the dealer. This is my new spot and I'll also start bringing my Audi here as well!

All European always takes care of me and my VW's. Great staff. Samantha, Chris, Derek. Until I find somebody reliable on my neck of the woods, I will be traveling 15 minutes to get my car serviced by them.

All European serviced my vehicle (2011 Dodge Durango) the same day I brought it in for service. I was experiencing major coolant leaks. I was greeted by the owners who are both friendly & professional & also spoke with the mechanic & after doing so I felt completely confident that he knew what he was doing & would fix my car right. He also discussed some other issues i was having with my car & helped me figure out a plan with those as well.

I had to leave my vehicle overnight but it was ready to go by the next morning. The owners even gave me a ride home & returned the next morning to pick me up so that I could get my car. Great customer service all the way around & so far so good with the repairs but I know if something goes wrong, they will stand behind their work. I was also given the faulty part that had to be replaced to show that the work had been done.

I was very surprised & impressed with that! Never has an auto shop done that before! I highly recommend All European Auto Repair & will continue to have them service my car in the future.

This place was amazing! They are so courteous, helpful and do a great job servicing foreign cars. You can tell they care a great deal about what they do and treat customers as top priority. Cost was more than fair. Chris is so amazing! Love this place.

Went last Tuesday due to check engine light being on in my Range Rover evoque, I was advised that I needed a new aux battery because that's what was triggering my check engine light which cost me $560. When I left the shop 4 days later the check engine light was back on and when I took it to the shop they claimed it was a totally different cause which wasn't detected the first time. which would cost me $4000.

Naturally I called another European autoshop for a second opinion and the first thing they tell me is that my check engine light would not have came on because I needed a new aux battery. So I basically was scammed out of that money and now have to visit another shop for a diagnosis because I can't trust this place. I never write reviews but I'm really upset because I'm female and not that familiar with parts and car compenonts and I put my trust in you guys for you to give me guestimates when this is supposed to be a high quality shop, I could have just took it to the hood for little to nothing to be looked at if I just wanted someone to guess and freestyle on what was wrong with my car.

We were in the middle of a road trip when I noticed a bad radiator hose. I did some research and called around, and I'm very glad we chose All European for the repair. All European was very honest and saved me money by telling me not all the hoses needed replacing. They were very friendly, very efficient and got me back out on the road in great shape, throwing in a free 60-point inspection as well. Thanks guys!

I expect honesty from people, I guess. I would prefer not to pay an over inflated repair price on a car just because it's a "BMW" (and a much older one at that). The cost of the hose was close to a new radiator cost at German Motors.which again is overinflated in cost. I took it to a less fancy auto shop and it didn't need either?

I have several older high end cars that need the tlc that the great team here specializes in. My cars are expensive to fix and I knew that when I bought them and the team here always discusses the best options for me to take. I moved to Las Vegas last year and when my Mercedes SL needed service, the fear of finding a service center set in. I took my car to "All European" Auto Repair and they met all my needs and exceeded all my expectations. Then, if that wasn't enough, my Escalade developed an electrical and suspension malfunction and they handled it for me immediately and the vehicle is running perfectly!

So happy with my service here! Everyone was very kind and patiently explained issues my car was having. It took a few days but that's because I brought it in late in the afternoon, late in the week. They were communicative and my car was ready when they said it would be! If you're lucky like I was, you'll also get too meet the adorable beefcake Brooklyn and his bestie Fantom! It's a bit out of my way but I will be back for all my routine services.

This guys are simply awesome. Brought in my 7 series for some diagnostics. Another shop already gave me an estimate for $4000 to fix the same problem. They told me all needed was a new battery!! The car runs perfect!! Great customer experience, honest diagnosis! Doesn't get any better!

What an amazing experience! Overall, these guys provided an A+ rated service from start to finish. This was my first time working with this shop and felt absolutely comfortable from the very beginning. I brought in my BMW 750Li for front suspension repair. Derick, the mechanic, understood what I needed. He didn’t tack on other unnecessary repairs but right to the point.

He knows his stuff and I appreciate his expertise. On another hand, the owner...well she did a superb job of providing excellent customer service and making sure I walked away with an amazing experience. In fact, she made sure I had the best price for the repair and left no room for question or shop around. A touch often missed by many owners. You can tell and feel when when it’s strictly about the bottom line, but not with her.

I don't take my BMWs to just any shop. I only go to shops for A/C repair, and I tried them once. This summer I came back and got the same care and provided work at reasonable cost. Defiantly not like the Autonation-owned dealerships here. Extremely professional, dedicated and driven team here.

Excellent work, fair price. Had air ride inversion kit installed on a 2014 jag. Steering pump. And moter mounts. Runs good. Big shout out. These guys do good work. I delt with Derek. Very nice guy

I had a very good experience at all European. I brought my Porche in for a bad wheel bearing and they fixed the wheel bearing. Didn't try to sell me a hub jsut the wheel bearing. The price was so fair I also had them change the oil as well. This is a new vehicle for me so I'm still learning things out about the Porsche. I seem to have a coolant leak and All European is preforming a pressure test to find the leak.

I'm incredibly happy with the service I received here. I've been looking for a honest, reliable auto mechanic for some time and I'm so happy I finally found one. The office manager Sam was really nice and explained everything to me. They finished my truck even earlier than promised!

They are amazing and have worked on all of my cars. Samantha, is incredible and always helpful. They have also done body work on two of my cars and it turned out perfect both times.

I was looking for a driveshaft fix and was referred to All Europeans by another shop. Mike picked up the phone and was knowledgeable and ensured that they gave a free inspection, since I was right across the street I went on over. Darryl quickly inspected my car and detected that I need to fix the driveshaft and cats, and these were just normal wear and tear for a SLK320.

He handed the quote to Samantha, who was very friendly and quickly called their part sources to get prices. The quote came out to be a very reasonable price, and mathematical, adding 2 hours of labor (only fixing the driveshaft this time). Everyone I encounter at All Europeans were very friendly and professional. Alex was very knowledgeable and we had a good short conversation about SLKs.

It was comforting to know that most of the workers there actually drives Benz. Over all service standard was great! Was able to get my car the next morning due to parts not being able to arrive on time or they would of been about to fix it the same day.

The body shop work preformed is very detailed and perfected. I trust All European Auto Repair with my Lexus ISF and they raised the BAR for perfecting my car. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about All European Auto Care and Mike. These guys were more than accommodating when I walked in today after a recommendation. Mind you I drive a scion, and although their *clean* office is decorated with beautiful cars from around the world, they treated my baby with THE best care. They were so thorough with their work that I truly felt safe driving away from the lot!

Most importantly, they didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. Being a lady, I have had countless experiences at your basic oil change/repair shops where I've gone in for one thing, and they have came out with a list of additional "problems." Always leaving me with a higher bill, and new parts/services I later find out weren't necessary. Do yourself a favor and go see Mike and his team next time you need something done!

i took my car (1979 BMW 320i) nothing but the best out of this shop! My car would not idle and only start once in the morning and i could not find out what was wrong with it. I took the car over and they found that it was the fuel injector and the fuel distributor,with these cars you need special tools to tune the fuel distributor or it will not run correctly! so i decided to pay them to fix the car, i couldn't be happier with the results and how fast they were on getting the car done!

Scott was amazing on keeping in touch with me and updating me on whats going on,they even waited for me to get to the shop when they were supposed to be closed. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends with no hesitation!
