Brought in my SUV with a leaking windshield and the owner confirmed they knew how to replace the gasket and install a new windshield per the factory specs without it leaking but could not warranty the work. The next day the windshield was leaking again. I pulled back the seal to find clear silicone not black polyurethane. I'm sure this place is fine for your average window install but would not recommend going here if your windshield requires a rubber gasket with sealant.
