I bring all my business cars here for regular maintenance. Only a shop like Paul 's is able to work on my new 2021's and He has also worked on my supercharged lotus Elise, and my 63 Lincoln continental. Just had to write a review since I read all the unjust reviews. Just a bunch of Broke Karen's looking for top dollar specialist advice and service, ad a pick and save bargain. Guarantee these same Karen's expect wagyu beef burger quality at McDonald's happy meal prices. Go to jiffy lube instead and see how long your car lasts!

My Toyota Prius was towed here via AAA. The service was great and they helped me out and gave me a fair price for selling the car. I don't like that they charge a $75 inspection fee for just seeing what's wrong with the car.

UPDATE: HAHAHAH The owner or someone else responded. It's clear the team over here are not providing correct information to each other before executing a response on this complaint. Paul claims my car was towed in. It never was. Why would a drivable car need to be towed? We changed an alternator, not a clutch, brake, or drivetrain part. To authentically verify the car was never driven, upload a link with the records from the security system showing the car being delivered until picked up.

Can that be provided? I park in driveways, never parallel. The rash on the rim is clearly a curb to car contact. The damage is not a parallel parking attempt type of rash. The rash is from a high-speed impact with chunks removed. See previous photos. The rash is fresh with no dirt inside the metal. Once again, the employees are lying to the employer and the employer can't do anything about it, too bad for him. The pathetic offer to repair carries zero weight because no follow-up has been implemented. The wheel was brand new.

So I pull up to their business early on a Friday morning. I know I need my rear brake pads changed, maybe the rotors turned. Good morning, I want to find out how much it'll be to do my rear brakes? "We charge a $75 diagnostic fee to look at your front and rear brakes". I was stunned. Who do these guys think they are? I'm thinking it's not April 1st, so they must be serious. You've been warned.

They were the only shop that would work on our '95 corvette. They got her fixed up and feeling faster than ever in one day and kept the price low. Thanks so much!

Very knowledgeable mechanics. The only thing that caught me off guard was the cost. I was quoted $67.50 to do a Evap smoke test, but when I went in I was told $150.00. It was a bit high for what was done, however the quality of work was great.

Found this place through my Triple A. Great service. Ask for George, he's super friendly and did a good job at breaking down the costs and problems with the car for me. Fixed the problems pretty quick and did a good job communicating through the process.

Congratulations on my 1st 1-star review of 2021. Requested only an alternator change because the car was having start-up issues. A technician took my car for a JOY RIDE and SCRATCHED my brand new passenger side front wheel. The impact was so hard it took a large chunk out of the wheel. About 5 times larger than a typical curb rash. Their solution was to cheaply repair my wheel instead of a replacement.

I agreed to the mickey mouse solution thinking it was the quickest (time-wise) as I no longer wanted to deal with a shop that didn't want to take full responsibility for their issues(employees). ------------- They wanted me to leave the car with them (again) to repair the wheel after they find some free time. Weeks go by and they never contacted me back. 1-This is causing an inconvenience as I drive my car for work every day, not just to and from work. 2-How can I trust to leave my car with a shop for a 2nd time after how they mishandled the first time?

The employees and employer or manager have communication issues with each other, and they are not owning up to the reckless driving. (someone is lying to their manager). They offered to check the shop cameras for an incident that happened off the property. (Thoughtful gesture but poor execution). If you're' going to joy ride a car, at least do it in the middle of the street and not into a curb. Besides that, I don't see the need to take a car for a test when the only issue requested was an alternator change. (Clearly a joy ride).

Asked for an estimate on Monday to change out weatherstripping as of this morning Friday still no word canceled offer with cars all car specialist have used them five times no more disappointed with the lack of status and disappointed with the lack of urgency I guess my job wasn't big enough for them to consider have use them six times in the past will no longer be using them be careful when you get an estimate from them if you do

I recommend this place. It's a neighborhood and community business. AAA discount and family owned. Friendly staff. I was referred by a family member who was a longtime customer and friend. I'm referring family and friends now.

Jorge helped me out with my 2007 Lexus. Fantastic service, kept me posted on updates throughout the whole service period. Went in to check out a battery issue we were having and they found that we had a leak in our radiator hose. Only recommended that we take care of it before summer but didn't push us to get it done there. Ended up getting it done there, fantastic service and customer care. Will be coming back here if I have any issues on any of my vehicles in the future!

This is the best auto repair company I've been to! They are trust worthy and don't try to rip you off. The owners are so friendly and really care about your safety. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I was going to a great car repair facility for almost 40 years when I found out they were going out of business. Fortunately, the owners told me about All Car Specialists. When your mechanic recommends another facility, you know they must be good! From the time I arrived until the time my car was ready (about 20 to 30 minutes), I was treated like I was one of their longtime customers when in fact it was my very first visit. Jorge, the service manager, greeted me in the waiting area and introduced me to the office staff.

The owner, Paul, performed the smog check I needed to renew my license tab. He also advised me about my tires, which I greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a repair facility that takes care of their customers, charges fair prices without "up-selling", and has great service, go to All Car Specialists. You'll love the family atmosphere combined with friendly, professional service. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come!

Paul and his team at All Car Specialists were nothing short of professional. Paul was very thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing before the work started. There were no surprises or additional charges that hadn't been previously discussed, which I greatly appreciated. The work was done in a timely manner. He did point out small items that I should be aware of that could be addressed in the future, which I found to be very helpful!

Good to know I need to keep these things on my radar. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I would highly recommend. The whole experience from beginning to end was pleasurable.which is rarely a word you would associate with car repairs!;-

All Car Specialist in San Gabriel is a great auto shop. I've been here several times and find both the repair work and customer service to be top notch. Definitely recommended if you're in the area!

Having a great mechanic is like having a great dentist or housekeeper. Once you have the right one, you never want to let them go. Well, when Kerechuk Motor Services decided to retire their business a few months, I was heartbroken, until I got a card in the mail from Kerechuk owners Billy and Natalie referring us (and all of my service records) to their old friends AllCar Specialist, which helpfully is equidistant from my house, just in the other direction.

My first experience with them last week, couldn't have gone better. Sarah made the appointment, and Ron was super professional and communicative, which I expected, but it's always nice to have expectations met. I went in for a regular service and a front brake job. Turns out the brakes were fine for a few more miles, but the radiator replacement I'd been putting off was on borrowed time.

They did it, and the thermostat and hoses, and had it ready for me the next day, at a totally fair price. Best of all, my friend and favorite wrench, former Kerechuk owner Billy De Bere, is there at All-Car Specialist as one of their lead techs, and he did the work! Life is good when you have a good mechanic. Highly recommend this shop.

My check engine light was on and I didn't know why. A close friend suggested that I take it to All Car Specialists since he had a good experience there. I instantly felt welcomed. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They offer a 5 mile ride service so I was able to leave my car there so they could throughly look for the issue. Within just a few hours they called me with the report and had the issue fixed that same day. I will be returning to All Car for my future car needs.

Replaced my brakes myself and they felt like they were sticking and dragging as my car felt a little sluggish. Decided to bring it to this shop to inspect and they said the brakes were installed properly and the car felt fine from their test drive. However, I had to pay the diagnostic fee because you know mechanics need to be paid for their time so I understood that.

So I just left and decided to drive around to see if it would get better. It didn't, so I called in the next day to see if I could bring it in again before driving back to AZ, but unfortunately they were closing early as it was New Years Eve. They were honest enough to realize that my issue wasn't resolved yet still so they refunded me the diagnostic fee.

I ended up just taking my brakes apart and realized that the spring clips that move the pads needed to be replaced as they had lost their springiness. After replacing those, my car doesn't feel slow anymore. Even though they didn't fix anything on my car, I would recommend them as they get a lot of business and were knowledgeable and honest.

Could not be more impressed with Paul and his team! Came here because Kerechuk shut down and Billy used to work here. I was impressed with Paul and his professionalism and I'm ecstatic with the work they did on my 2009 Honda Ridgeline. Fair prices and a great business! Going to recommend All Car Specialists to all my friends. They definitely have a new customer for life!

Visited this place today. Needed a quick rear brake light. They were busy on a Monday and told me the wait would be one hour. I needed it done today so I agreed to wait and was quoted. Well the great news is that they took care of me in 30 minutes and at a significant lower cost than quoted. Also the customer service and friendliness was super consistent. A very good first experience, I will be back. Thanks to gentleman who helped me around 3pm

Great service! These folks are highly knowledgeable and have kept my 14 yr old car running at very competitive rates. I would not my car anywhere else. Paul and his team are the best.

Told me exactly what the problem was and things that will eventually need to be done but can wait. Very friendly and treat you like family also the quote was very accurate and fair. My number one car shop now.

This place is a scam. I will never come here again. They wanted to over charge for everything and even charged me to just look at my car which I regret even signing the paper for. It's a huge scam please save your time. My mistake I came there because it was recommended to me by a teacher and I trusted him but I don't trust this place or anything they say.

They will mis diagnose your car for their profit. Do not come here for anything. Save your money and your time. All that will happen is they will invent problems that don't exist on your car so they can make money.

I asked AAA to tow my car to this place. And they started working on my car the next morning after I left my keys and messages to them the night before. Ron is really helpful, and although there was a minor setback when they found out they couldn't give me my car back on time as they promised, they helped me with a free rental car for one day. The price is reasonable considering most other auto shops charge similar for the labors. It is a great auto shop in the area.

They performed only the services needed and washed my car for free. Despite the August review below, I am a woman, I was not taken advantage of in the least and no one paid me to leave a good review. My wife and I were considering purchasing a car from CH Auto and wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done for our peace of mind. Ron was very helpful in explaining what would get evaluated and for what price. For an additional fee we also opted to evaluate the health of the Hybrid system including the battery. This extra step was instrumental in providing my wife and I the piece of mind to be able to purchase the vehicle from CH Auto.

First off, Paul, I spoke to your third party vendor who asked about my experience last night! I told how your shop and worker, Ron lied about the work he stated I needed to my vehicle. My terrible experience will be posted to their website, as well as, Yelp. Your services to "inspect" my vehicle, did not ask you to repair any hose on my car. Is that what your people do? Finally, you don't work for KIA in Cerritos, do You? Because, after speaking with him, it was determined I did not need a timing belt after your worker Ron said I did.

You would have gladly taken over $1600 of my hard earned dollars when all I needed was a temperature gauge and a radiator cap! I did not need hoses, water pump, or any other bullshit! You lie, sir. This place over charges you and doesn't make any promises about fixing your car. I made an appointment and asked on the phone if they charge to diagnose my car and she said no. When i got there, waited 30 minutes after my appointment, to find out they charge $125 just to diagnose it AND i would have to leave the car overnight and they won't tell me the problem till tomorrow morning. i was there at 2pm and they don't close till 5:30. Hated the service and will he returning.

So appreciate having a locally owned business that is not only honest but does excellent work. They have been taking care of my car for a number of years and I have always been happy not only with their work, but their attitude - everyone I have dealt with over the years has been helpful and provides service with a smile!

Very friendly people from front desk to mechanics. They take great care to keep your car clean for the services. I just come in for oil change so I do not know how good for car problem. Operate like a new car dealer without the fancy facility but a price to match. $ 110 for labor only ( I provided the oil and filter) for oil change is steep. They claimed to include free inspection so as other mechanics.

My car need to remove a under panel to get to the oil plug may add a few more minutes of labor not justify the high price. They even want $5 for a oil plug washer. At least I talk them out of this one. They did not mention any thing about AAA discount when I question about the high price.

My 2001 Honda Civic suddenly stopped because of the battery, so I asked AAA to toll my car to here and the receptionist was friendly and explained information if I needed. Nice place and good service! They suggested me to get 5-year-guaranteed battery, and charged more than 240 dollars with discount.
