All American Car Wash

I paid for a $25 platinum car wash and after having driven up to the front of the line, I was informed that the car wash was going to break my bike rack. And then I said I don't want to break my bike rack, so I will back up and I would like my money back. The cashier did not want to ask the cars lined up behind me to back up, so she said they could move the some of the brushes apart at the end of the car wash and would that be acceptable?

I said yes as long as I was still going to get a car wash. The vehicle was not rinsed at all. Then in drying lane instead of rinsing it they wiped it down with soap on it. I asked for my money back from the cashier and the manager and was told no. I will never give them my business again.

Very expensive, I'm from a big city where the car wash market is very competitive as such clients get awesome single wash or subscription deals. Here in Lawton, it's not the case, and you would pay an arm or a leg for a subscription. That said I have nothing particular with this place. I think their services are overpriced. So I give it two stars for its infrastructure and location.

Went to wash. They charged my card then told me my vehicle was too dirty. They issued a refund which I should get between 5-7 days. I'll drive across the state to wash my vehicle before I go back to this place. I only gave one star because I couldn't write a review.

If you want your vehicle damaged by all means use this car wash. My vehicle had been through this car wash several times with no issues. I paid for a $25 wash. All I got was a damaged truck. Manager said "Not his problem, and it must have been loose or something." I have this manager on a recorded phone line stating he watched the car wash's camera system and their equipment did indeed hit my truck.

This car wash was a member of the BBB.org. I submitted a complaint with pictures and the car wash owner and or manager refused to respond. Insurance was contacted and sent my vehicle to their authorized repair facility. I was quoted $2219.00 to fix the truck and that did not include a new headache rack that's made with heavy duty steel. 1/8" plate is what was attached to the truck and bent. See photo below.

Decent prices and pretty darn good wash! Place was clean with ample vacuum bags. Vacuums could be a little stronger but pretty darn good nonetheless. Solid experience!

Went to get a car wash but the day I went, the car wash broke down during my wash. So the staff printed me off the receipt so I could go get a car wash later on. But they didn't tell me that I would have to come sooner than a day or I wouldn't get one that I've paid for. So I had my number wrote down and they ensured the manager would call me but they never did.

Went to this car wash several times with no issue. I paid $25 for the car wash. The last time the car wash ripped my cab protector (headache rack)off. I called the manager and he said it was not his problem. They didnt even give me a refund for the car wash that was stopped as it ripped my $500 headache rack off. That car wash damaged my truck and they didn't even say sorry.

There are several other car washes in Lawton. I do not recommend this one at all. They didn't respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint. They are not good business people.

I wanted to purchase monthly membership, was told they would not wash my truck, because it was too muddy. I don't not go "mudding" in my truck. I own cows! Cows rarely live on asphalt roads or in the city! I will pay more somewhere else to have it done, just for the fact, they appreciate my business! SMDH. DO BETTER!

I use the monthly membership, much cheaper than spending $20 every wash. I can wash my truck everyday if I want, assuming they are open. Sometimes they miss a few spots while drying, and like a review before me said, if you got bug splats they might not remove them all (since I have the monthly membership I just go back the next day. In the summer you drive a couple miles and you're going to have new bug splats anyway) That being said I'm overall happy with the service.

I've just been there twice today. I had a good bug collection after a recent trip. I bought the top of the line wash and after going back a 2nd time my car still has bug splatter on the front and the windshield. I'm definitely not happy!
