We just got our car and two days later we got hit by a car on our drivers side. This company was able to fit us in right away. They emailed and called giving us updates on what was going on. They matched the paint and body work spot on and now our vehicle drives great! You cannot even tell it was ever hit! Great and friendly people work here and I am going to recommend this place to everyone who needs their vehicles worked on!

These guys are great on two different occasions they kicked ass. First my wife's car need some body work done on her hood and they took care of it and it was done with the upmost professionalism. Second I took my 4Runner in to see if they could help me with my passenger window and back window both were having issues with going back up. They fixed both and gave me some info on how to keep them in good working order. They charged a very reasonable price, I definitely recommend this business they are great. Oh and yes they are open during this fear mongering pandemic.

Rear-ended a truck with a hitch, a minor fender-bender which happily my insurance covered (minus deductible). Took the car to three body shops--two in Carson City and All American in Mound House for estimates. All three shops were on the insurer's recommended list. All American's estimate was in the middle of the other two, but what sold me was that John did a noticeably more thorough examination of the vehicle than the other shops and explained to me what the estimated costs were for and why they were needed. he even got under the car and under the hood, which the other shops did not do.
He tentatively promised the repairs by Friday, but completed the work by Thursday, and the car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I had dropped it off, lol. John even followed up with a phone call the next week to check that everything was okay with the work. Very good company to deal with, honest and competent. Found out later that several people from church have also had body work done by All American and were very pleased.

I smashed my 2003 GMC 2500hd Duramax into a tree due to icy road conditions. Brought it to all american for repairs and checked the mileage, fuel level, and have pictures of everything before leaving the shop. A few weeks go by and the truck is ready for pick up. I show up to the shop and felt rushed when trying to look over their repairs. The passanger bedside was replaced and the support brackets on the corners were still bent (should of been fixed, insurance paid to repair these).
The rear axle housing was leaking gear oil onto the wheel after the accident and this was not addressed either. They said it's a wear and tear item even though insurance paid to repair the seal. Next concern was the mileage upon pickup. It had more than 50 miles on from when I dropped it off. There should be no reason for driving my truck around. Finally is the bedliner.
The bedliner had to get re-sprayed (passanger side only) and did not match the previous liner. The new bedliner was super shinny and had a completly different texture feel to it. Was not matched at all. I feel like they rushed with my repairs.

This shop has performed numerous repairs for my family, at least 6 jobs. I would highly recommend this shop for any body work or collision repair. Robby and his staff defiantly take the time to make sure the job is done within a budget and also done properly without cutting corners! I have had my car at All American Auto Body in Mound House, NV two times, my husband had his truck there once, and my in-laws have had their cars there as well. I would recommend that anyone needing body work or collision repair consider All American Auto body because the quality of work is amazing. The job was completed in a timely manner and looked great.
