I had heard nothing but good things about Alexander's. I could not find a bad review anywhere on the web. My wife and I have vehicles with warranties, so we generally go to the dealer. We also have a trusted mechanic in Philly. But 5 years ago we moved to Bensalem and it has become inconvenient to have either of our cars serviced. Recently a good friend told me that they have been taking their cars to Alexander's for many, many years.

So I found myself, through my own fault, in need of an immediate inspection. I stopped in at Alexander's first thing on a Monday morning, the first business day after New Year's Day, and Shane did me a huge favor by agreeing to squeeze my vehicle in for inspection and oil change. I left the vehicle for the day. By 3 PM it was ready for pick up!

They even topped off my washer fluid at no charge. And the service saved me $130 compared to the dealer. I think I have found my new trusted mechanic. I plan to have future maintenance and uncovered repairs completed at Alexander's for both of our vehicles. I can't thank Shane enough. Mike McDonald

The best in my opinion. They get the job done and explained everything to me. Prices are reasonable and they are local. Will use them again and again. I'm pretty much done with going to the dealership now

Everyone here is quality & honest! I've been coming here for a year now since I moved & am soo happy I found them! I've had regular maintenance & additional work done (due to age of my car). They gave me quotes ahead of time so I could be financially prepared when I was ready to have my car serviced which was super helpful for me! So today I had an issue with one of my headlights (which are easy to switch out), Shane squeezed me in as soon as I called. Turns out there was a minor fuse issue, he corrected it & did not charge me, I am so grateful!

My work schedule is terrible & would've have been able to get in for another week or so, I am very appreciative for them seeing me today! Truly the best place to have your car taken care of! Thank you guys!

This is one of most trustworthy auto service center. I had some noise in my car coming from the right tyres. And it was urgent to get the servicing done as I hit highways almost daily. This was the nearest for me with very good reviews. So I tried the same and was obviously not disappointed. Alexander explained me why tyre replacement is necessary and also took me to the garage to explain the issue in my car.they were very patient in explaining the real issue if I didn't get tyre replaced.

The best thing is they provide complimentary pick up drop from ur house so u don't really need to wait for the work to get done. This is really amazing : But it is a busy shop so be sure to book your appointment at least a day in advance.

My family has taken their cars here for years! I used to take my car as well until I moved out of the area. Butch is always honest about what needs fixing and gets the job done and you're back on the road in no time. His rates are very reasonable and these days it is so hard to find someone that knows a variety of cars inside out like he does. Truly a 5 star mechanic in my book!

My car broke on February 2013 it had a broken transmission hose fitting repair was a little expensive but I broke down near my work at parx casino and it was cheaper to tow here than near my house in Philadelphia they did give me a ride to the train station and I had to pick up the car the next day I guess it was ok service.

Referred here by a coworker after a very bad experience with Pep Boys. Alexander's took excellent care of my old Subaru Forester. Spoke to me like an adult instead of "some stupid broad". Always called with a clear list of work to be done with solid estimates. Never tried to get me to have unnecessary repairs. When I traded in the Forester it had over 125K miles and still ran well.

I bought a used Honda Civic and took it to Alexander's instead of the dealership because of the great service. They took care of my Civic for 5 years ( about 70K miles ). No issues no complaints. These guys are top notch. Shane is the greatest. All mechanics should take a lesson from this place!

This is the only place I trust in a world of garages that try to fleece you. I've been coming here for 10 years and have given them multiple chances to rip me off, including a smoking engine. All I needed was an oil filter replacement when I was expecting to hand over half my paycheck. They tell you exactly what needs to be done and they'll even tell you everything is good and in a couple months you may need whatever you thought you needed now.
