Good Customer Service; patient with my questions. Honest; let me know that the problem with my car needed a higher level of care by a Toyota Dealership; did not charge me with the whole diagnosis charge since they knew they could not fix; for me, honesty is a good quality! I dropped my car off Monday, not knowing what was wrong with it but my car was definitely making loud noises. By Monday afternoon he had diagnosed two issues and after I approved the work, the job was completed by mid day Tuesday. Fast work at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks guys! Terry and Scott were more than helpful and from the time my truck was towed in, to when I went to pick it up, every step of the process was explained to me and I was kept updated on my truck at all times. They gave accurate and punctual time lines and made sure expectations were not only met but exceeded. Overall this has been the best experience I've had with an auto shop and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them. It's hard to find a good shop these days so I reccomend these guys 100%

I feel like everyone I know uses these guys as a mechanic and has nothing but good things to say about them. I appreciate how upfront and honest they are, and I appreciate their excellent communication. They let you know all possible outcomes and possibilities, so you can be prepared. I don't think I'm ever going back to my old mechanic again.

Timely and reasonably priced work. I've been here twice now, for various fluid changes, and both times the shop completed the work within the stated timeframe, for the quoted price or less. In the past, I've found it very annoying when auto shops try to add extra costs on to my bill. I've gone into other shops for a $30 oil change, only to have them tell me I need another $100-$200 worth of maintenance.

I don't have to worry about that here. They just listen to what I want done, tell me the price and then do it. I'm glad I found this shop. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell me anything. They just do the maintenance I ask for and send me on my way. Good people, good work, good prices.

Terry kindly gave me a quote for a synthetic oil change over the phone and swiftly scheduled me for an oil change the same week. It ended up being cheaper than he quoted as well! No unnecessary frills or small talk, just friendly, efficient service. It was a comfortable wait inside getting work done with complimentary wifi and a desk to sit at! I appreciate Terry and am looking forward to going back next time I need an oil change Or even other services!

As with previous (different) repairs, AAC came through w/flying colors! Reliable work, great expertise from Scott -- a true Master Mechanic -- and Co. Likewise, Terry manages the shop with integrity, being upfront / straightforward in notifying of updates and unexpected issues; trustworthy. VERY glad they're there, even when other shops are closer to me. THANKS AAC!

Can't say enough about the level of service, here. Brought in an older Jeep Liberty we'd recently had work done at another shop, which had seemed to have made some mistakes rebuilding. These guys were accommodating, knowledgeable, and quick to find and solve the problem - unexpected and welcome, especially given we were an unscheduled walk-in. Professional and reasonably priced, to say the least! Highly recommended!

This auto center has been the best repair shop experience I have ever had. They fixed a leaky gas tank on a van the first try when 4 other shops failed. Fair prices and honest repairs is why I have taken my families vehicles there and only there for years.

I developed a significant oil leak while staying in the area for a few days. Aloha Auto Center was able to work me into their schedule the same day. They added dye and traced the leak and My vehicle was repaired the next day! Their charges were very fair. I would definitely go back.

I brought a 2000 Dodge Intrepid with a slight internal coolant leak that would need filled once a month, and received back a 2000 Dodge Intrepid that has a massive internal oil leak, that was not there before, and a HUGE coolant leak that BOTH need filled EVERY WEEK. They charged me $600 to stop the internal oil leak, and they made it WORSE! I don't know if these guys expect people who drive older cars and are on a tight budget to be stupid, but they sure treated my wife and I that way.

Only bring your car to the shop if you know exactly what needs to be done on it, and exactly what doesn't, otherwise they will screw you over big-time for big money because they try to make big money on people who have nice cars, and they damage old cars so there's repeat business on the people who don't look like they have a lot of money. Liars never prosper, and these dirtbags are liars.

They "fixed" my external coolant leak and returned my car to me with an internal coolant leak (that had never been there before). I have never seen a drop of coolant inside my vehicle but I got my truck back from them with a puddle on my floor mat. I thought maybe they just spilled so I wiped it up. Nope, it's getting worse and worse. When I called, they want to charge me over $700 for to fix it.

I think they caused it so I definitely won't return to them to get it "fixed". Plus, when I was there, they seemed to enjoy talking down to me. If I had time to go elsewhere, I would have but instead I just bit my tongue. Maybe it's my mistake for letting people that don't respect me work on my vehicle.

Stopped by the Aloha Auto center when I had check tires sign come up a few times. They were super nice, checked my car very quickly, soaped one tire and didn't charge anything. Honest people and quick service. Highly recommend!

Moved here from AZ and had a bunch of work that needed to be done to our Jeep. Went to the dealership and was quoted a ton of money. I did some research, came here and Kevin definitely took care of us. He had great reviews and now I know why. He actually quoted me $5 less than the dealership, but was doing more than double the amount of work! He was very honest with prioritizing what needed to be done first and what can wait.

I had to be patient to get into the shop because they are very good mechanics, so it is worth the wait if it is an all day task which mine was twice. Him and his group of men there know what their doing and did great work for a very reasonable price. They are now my go to.

Unprofessional! I had my car towed here for a diagnosis (that I paid for). Following their diagnosis, I decided against having the repairs done. When I had my car towed back home and looked under the hood, the shop had left my car in parts, and did not reattach anything they unattached while diagnosing!

I've only had to take my car here once. But next time I need auto service this will be my first choice to go again. No upsells. No BS. Just friendly, laid back service. Repairs were done quickly for reasonable prices.

My Jeep Doctor. Used to work across the street and noticed this is a busy shop! My JK Jeep had some issues and I decided it was time to visit. Note to self, call in advance and schedule an appointment. Your busy, they are busy; it's the proper thing to do. Good communication. Quick fix and even noticed my battery was under rated. Visited again a few months later, major brake job and very happy. Ladies, this is an honest shop. Very fair labor price too. You can go here without a guy to translate the car talk. I did and recommend them highly. Say hi to Kevin for me.

Aloha Auto Center is an absolutely fantastic place to take your vehicles. We have been taking our 15 year old Maxima here for several years now and couldn't be happier. Kevin never tries to upsell me, or convince me to do unnecessary repairs on the car. He is completely honest and upfront and fair in pricing. Recently we took the car in for some minor complaints and could have spent a lot more than we did. We will continue to use Aloha Auto Center for as long as we live in the area.

We have been taking all three of our cars/trucks to Kevin and Terry for several years now. We have a Honda, Toyota and Ford, nothing like covering all the basis huh? Anyway, I have referred them often, but someone suggested I do it on "Yelp" so here it goes. These guys are brilliant mechanics, so far have been able to fix anything! They are HONEST reliable, accommodating and just plain NICE guys!

I've taken 2 different cars to Aloha Auto and was very impressed with the service. The first time i went was based off of a recommendation from my employer. i'm very glad that i listened. Terry and Kevin are both great honest guys and they do great work at the shop. Before I became one of their customers, I had taken my car to Les Schwab beause I had a flat tire and was told that I needed all new breaks.

I decided to go to Aloha Auto to get a better price and was told that i still have 80% left on my breaks and that I did not need new ones. I really appreciate their honestly. Unfortunately, based on my past experience, a lot of mechanics in the industry would have probably agreed with them but they didn't. They are definitely top notch and I will use them for all my future needs.

I have been going to this shop since 1998. My two current vehicles were inspected by them before being purchased and all needed repairs have been done by these mechanics. Once, I did change the oil on my Jeep while at my brother house in the SF Bay Area. When I fired up the engine, I had no oil pressure registering. I called and talked to Terri, the owner.

He immediately diagnosed that I had broke the sensor off the engine which was correct. :- Bottom line is I can call, get help so I can either get my car running again, or get going so I can get into the shop. Truly this is a great place to get work done on my vehicles!

Amazing Service! I took my Jeep there, to correct a problem that the neighboring Oil Can Henry's caused. Not only did they correct the problem for FREE, I could not help but to notice that the Mechanic stated that they receive several "screw-ups" from the neighboring Oil Can Henry's. They were friendly beyond belief. Their competence was evident. And, they seem to be well-qualified with Jeeps!

I was new to the area and selected them based on review on "Click & Clack". They diagnosed my 'check engine' light and did all the work needed while I waited. The next week I took my pickup down to L.A. and got the best gas mileage ever. I will return.

I have been a customer for several years now, the service is excellent, and fast. The techs will give you a fair appraisal of your issues and options. I have never brought my vehicles back for rework problems. They are, and will continue to be, my go-to mechanics.
