Brian comes off like a nice, honest guy, but after doing some legwork, I was able to verify that his prices are astronomically high, even for the simplest of work. He thought he could swindle me because I'm not the manliest, macho dude, and assumed I knew nothing about cars. And when I told him I simply needed more time to consider all options before proceeding with the repairs, he belittled me and basically told me my car was a piece of junk and not worth fixing for any price. Really?

Only seconds prior, you were ready to charge me an arm and a leg to put every penny I had into this car! Beware. This guy is not as "nice" as he tries to appear. Working in HR, I have witnessed plenty examples of poor customer service in my lifetime, but a business belittling its customer and ridiculing their property (after trying to swindle them with a hefty estimate) was one of the most offensive, bizarre, and disturbing, experiences I will ever encounter.and will remember for a very long time.

If you don't mind spending exorbitant amounts of money on things you don't need and being verbally insulted, come here! But if you just need some simple work for a reasonable price without being shamed, look elsewhere!

Couldn't ask for an easier and more through inspection. Honest and next day service! Wow thank you Brian for your help. I was having a car inspected 500 miles away from where I live, needed to know if it was ok. Not only did I get a written inspection report, I got emails with "noise" from wheels and engine with the likely cause. I feel the inspection was more thorough then any other shop I've ever been to when purchasing a car and I really appreciate the service when it is protecting an investment. Hope this helps other people when you consider using this shop. Either for diagnostic or repair I feel they go above and beyond.

Great job! I called Ace, as my car would not start and left a message if I could have it towed. Brian called right back and told me to bring it on down. He was very nice on the phone and said he would call when the car arrived. He called right when my car came in and asked to run a diagnostic. I agreed, it would be a necessary/good idea. I received another call letting me know that the battery was shot. Brian had a battery for my car model, gave me the price, installed it and called back to let me know it was ready an hour or so later! The price was very reasonable, Brian was very friendly, nice, professional! I couldn't pick up the car until the next day so he graciously offered to keep my car in his shop overnight.

Took my truck in and they did through inspection and diagnosis, and completed repairs. After the repairs, they test drove, asked to return in a few weeks to make sure repairs are correct and holding. Highly recommend!

Traveling with a trailer and needed an oil change, and to have the breaks checked. Checked YELP as we all do, and this place was given great reviews. Paul was great, fair and took time to go over the issues. I was so impressed I had them do some extra work (differential lock switch in dashboard), I was planning to address when I got home. I recommend ACE if you're in the area, an honest mechanic is a good find.

My husband had some issues with his car on his commute home Thursday night. I called Brian and he responded first thing Friday morning. We are always skeptical of mechanics because of the outrageous costs. We were greeted by Brian and he was so so so nice and helpful. He was honest with us and didn't charge us for what he should/could have. We will definitely be returning to him for any future services.

Wow! Brian really made me feel quite comfortable right from the start. My Explorer wouldn't start! Parked at El Polo Loco for an early lunch and realized something was wrong, lights and dash all came on but nothing more after turning the key, then waited after calling for a tow. Brian explained what to expect calling me later to tell me what they discovered then quoted me a price. Said part will be there in the morning and he'll call me after they test drive it making sure everything was good.

Next morning much sooner than I expected, it was ready. No additional fees. I will be back again just for anything else that needs service. Brian did share that they do just about everything or everything. sorry for being vague.

This was my first visit and I am impressed! Brian the owner is awesome! The mechanics were too.they fed me chocolate when I was having a hunger attack: Very nice guys, great service, they also lent me a car so that I could run my errands while my car was being serviced! Oh, and something very important to me is the shop bathroom and waiting room were super clean. The whole shop looks clean and organized, not dingy like so many. Best of all I got the same service that the Toyota dealership had on offer but for $100.00 less!

Brian and his team fixed a leaky value gasket and addressed several lingering maintenance issues. As usual, their did excellent work. My car is road-worthy again. I highly recommend ACE Automotive.

Brian and his workers are amazing, the end. Because I am an AVID Yelper, I came straight to our lovely community to find a place to fix my broken air conditioning. A.C.E. Automotive came up with solid reviews, so I went ahead and scheduled an estimate, and ultimately a fix. Brian was excellent throughout the whole process. He communicated honestly and paid attention to detail. It made an costly but necessary fix so much easier. I would return to ACE and recommend them to a friend any day.
