Been going there for years and send my family there as well. Rob and his crew treat a person like family. I took it for a noise issue. They didn't find that, but did discover that my brakes were in bad shape. The dealer who sold it to me said they'd been done recently. Apparently not. My car was fixed ASAP for a great price. Now it stops like a champ.

I was really delighted with my experience. I've been taking my car to the dealership for regular maintenance and always felt taken advantage of there.

Have taken multiple vehicles and my sons has taken their cars here for years and years. Great service. They never compromise on quality!

Top Notch! Of all auto repair shops I've been to this shop is hands down one of the best. Dropped my vehicle off and received a phone call with diagnostics less than 24 hours later. I was given upfront fair pricing and had my vehicle ready less than 48 hours after I dropped it off. Amazing customer service provided by Kevin one of their experienced front end specialists has led me to leaving an exemplary review for Gott's. I will trust them for every maintenance/repair I ever have in the future.

3 days before Christmas and my car was NOT in the holiday spirit. I needed a close place that I could try to make it to. Luckily I found Gott's Auto Service. They provided quick, quality work with a very friendly attitude. They had me back on the road the very next day. Definitely keeping them in mind for any future needs.

Let me start out by saying I don't typically write reviews. But after receiving service from Gott's, I just have to boast about them. I took my car in for a LONG overdue tuneup and oil change. There were also some electrical issues as well. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. My mechanic, Bobby, was honest from the start. He said it would be best for the issues was having to take my Jeep to a dealership.

I asked if he could still do the tuneup and he was more than happy to do so. After I received my car, the check engine light was still on. (I assumed it was due to the electrical issues) I called Bobby just to let him know and he insisted I bring my car back for him to look over again. He tested my car for a whole day, making sure he did his due diligence. I've had bad luck with mechanics in the past, but Bobby has turned that around! HIGHLY recommend this family-owned business!

I'm normally not one to write reviews, however, I had to share my experience with others. I dropped off my car at Gott's because I was experiencing some front end issues which made it not safe to drive. Bobby understood my concerns about me being without a car to get to and from work while under repair and the economic stress this repair would put on me as a single father.

He assured me he would manage the costs to the best of his ability, make sure the repairs wouldn't take a long time (even though they were extremely busy at that moment), and more importantly get my vehicle safe to drive my daughter in. In less than 24 hours I received a phone call letting me know my vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up. I will never take my vehicle to another mechanic and strongly recommend to anyone in need of repairs to go see Bobby and the rest of the crew at Gott's.

They are very kind and stayed open late, but my air bag light was on when I left and I guess I had a electrical problem with my car that they missed.?

I stopped by at lunchtime on a Friday to make an appointment to drop my car off on Monday. They took my car for a quick test drive, diagnosed the problem, and offered to fix it by the end of that day. They even dropped me off at work while they fixed my car. The car was done at 4:00 and the price was better than I expected. Friendly staff, quick service, and good prices. Outstanding.

As long as it's a simple job like an oil change, they maybe fine, however the owner took on a job to rebuild the transmission of my husbands stick shift Nissan Truck and not only did they have the truck for weeks both times it was there (because it wasn't fixed after the first attempt) but they charged almost 2 grand and were never to able to get it right.

After the second attempt we called right away to say it was still grinding gears and he said he'd done all he could. It had only been a couple of weeks and he would NOT honor his own warranty. A specialist we've taken the truck to now is afraid to work on it (as in rebuild it) after this Gotts has because they don't know what they've done AND they said Gott's should have honored the warranty and refunded our money because they could not fix the problem. Now we have to pay two grand again to get it replaced. So no, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Honest and trustworthy: I was confident my car had the typical gasket leak that is common on it's motor. Braced for a $1000+ repair bill my wife and I dropped the car off at Gott's and prepared to car pool to work for the week. Received a call that afternoon, repairs were done. Turns out all it needed was a hard to get to & impossible to see plastic coolant line fitting and a coolant flush, cost was just over $200. Next time I need car repair I will return to Gott's.
