Accurate Transmission

I have brought in two of my vehicles so far and both times they were very fair and honest. The most recent was when I purchased my 2006 Jeep commander used and found out I needed a new computer because the previous owner had installed the wrong one. While they were performing that repair, I asked them to do a full transmission service. Chad called me that day and said they checked everything out and determined that my trans was in good condition and did not need a service at that time. Impressive!

To say the least. Who does that? They could have easily done it anyway and charged me for it and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I will always bring all my vehicles to Accurate transmission. Why trust anyone else. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to get a backup light selector switch replaced on the trans. They made short work of it and I have an appt for next week to get a heater issue resolved. Looking forward to that being fixed, I know they will get to the bottom of the issue. Friendly, professional and quick.

Good honest mechanics are like camouflage unicorns, hard to find. Chad is one. He was honest when it didn't benefit him and his price very fair. That is hard to find in any person, let alone a business. I will take all my vehicles to him from now on. Service: Transmission

Chad and the crew at Accurate were able to diagnose and fix my car within 24 hours. I needed a new clutch and fly wheel. I was provided with fast reasonably priced service that I would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely the best, what a find. I had ongoing transmission problems with my 2000 Tacoma 4 wheel drive. Didn't break down, but was making odd noises. At first I asked them to do a rebuild, which would have been bearings mainly, but that might not have been the whole problem. I found a rebuilt transmission at Steve's Gear and Transmission, (another great place).

I asked Accurate if they would install it for me instead of doing my rebuild. Chad was great, no attitude about losing the rebuild. They did a great job start to finish. Dropped the truck off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday. A year prior I had a problem with the bell housing. It had to be replaced with a salvaged one, which was absolutely filthy and was installed that way.

In the course of replacing my transmission Accurate had it off the truck and completely cleaned it. I didn't ask them to do it, they just did it. I will definitely be back to this place. Chad, Brian, and Dave were all awesome.

The customer service and friendliness is awesome! The owner is very kind. If you want honest, quick service this is the place! I would recommend this place to everyone! I have never had a vehicle fixed as quickly as they do!

Accurate Transmission is the go to place for any car repairs. Chad is awesome. They diagnosed my car, emailed me the estimate and are up front about what needs done now and what can wait. I never write google reviews but they deserve an A+ for customer service and communication. Last june I accidentally left my reciept after I paid for my repair and got the receipt in the mail shortly after without calling or asking for it I really can't say enough good things about this place! I tell everyone I know to take their car to Accurate Transmission!

These guys are top notch. So hard to find an honest mechanic anymore. Every time I call them to setup an appointment for preventative maintenance they are typically booked out a week or so. That is a good sign to me. They have a great clientele! They are honest, explain all options, tell you what they recommend but do not pressure you to take that course of action.

They do only what they ask. I found these guys after my 2011 F-150 had a major transmission failure. They fixed it to like brand new condition at what I felt was a reasonable price. It ran like brand new after that. Since that point I have taken all my vehicles to them. These guys rock. Chad knows how to run a business!

These guys helped me get back on the road quickly at a critical time for me and with a two year warranty on their work. They were more than happy to take a look at something two months later that I thought might be off. It was free of charge thanks to their warranty. Always explained things to me to understand and the whole crew seems to be good, kind people. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition. I knew it needed work on the transmission, but didn't know what was needed. I found Accurate Transmission online and stopped in with my new vehicle. The owner spent about 90 minutes with me running test and explaining everything. He laid out my options and advised me if it were him he wouldn't fix it as it would exceed the vehicles value.

He was honest and straightforward. Never once tried to sell me on anything. I guess he felt his job was to educate me on my options, and let me decide what worked for me. I took his advice and held off on repairs. He never lost a customer that day, he gained one. Totally trust this guy and his shop. I'll be back.

I would give Chad & his team at Accurate Transmission 6 stars out of 5. They are phenomenal. We had to wait a week just to have them fit us in, but it was totally worth it. They accurately & honestly diagnosed our transmission issue and came in RIGHT ON budget. Seriously. Top Notch.

Bob and his crew did a great job on my Expedition. Explained in great detail the issues and showed me the worn parts. I do most of my own auto work but automatic transmissions are out of my league. Accurate rebuilt mine for a very reasonable price and included a 2 year, 24 miles warranty. I am very happy with the service I got and will always bring my cars here for any work i'm not going to do myself in the future
