In 2000, Randall and Brandy had a crazy dream that seemed so simple back then. While living in rural South Georgia and having just discovered the Internet. Randall, a Ford dealer technician at the time, saw an infomercial for UTI mechanic vocational school and things began stirring in his mind. Randall and Brandy decided to pack up and move to Texas, so Randall could go to school.They came, they saw, they conquered! However, with a twist they ended up moving back to Georgia 2 years later when Randall took a job with an Atlanta Jaguar dealership. Fast forward to 2009, the economy was not doing well and the Jaguar dealership was struggling to fill the shop when an opportunity came knocking. It knocked when an offer to do contract work with the military in Iraq found its way into Randall's email; after a lengthy discussion, they decided to take the chance and Randall took the job.
1 year became 3 years, and finally Randall was back home. However, 10 months later another opportunity came up and took Randall back to Iraq for another year. Upon his final return, they decided to go into business and either buy or build a future for themselves that they controlled. Having never cared for the automotive dealership life and the endless, thankless hours that were required, in 2009, they chose to pursue a future as an independent auto repair shop owner.
In February of 2016, the little team of two became three when Mr. Bryce joined the family. This addition led to the acquisition of a local shop in Marietta called Accurate Care Automotive. Randall and Brandy loved the customers and the honest way Alan Cox had ran that shop for over a decade and felt that this automotive shop was a perfect fit for their future!

Had taken my car twice to fix some oil leaks which was fine, no complaints. Recently, had check-engine light on, and was told that the turbo was going out and caused the catalytic converter to fail, so also the spark plugs needed replacing. Overall over a $3k repair quoted to me. Was told only could find dealership parts for sale, but I had to show them where parts were for sale.
It took over a week for me to get this diagnostic and quote back from them after me calling the shop every day to get details on what the issue was and if they had an estimate for me. It seemed they were very busy, and it showed in their customer care. I got a quote from a few shops around which were a few hundred dollars less, but nothing drastic.
I don't mind paying more if I get better quality service, but it seemed I was not getting quality service. I ultimately decided to take the car back to my mechanic in Athens who quoted me for $2k for the same job and still OEM parts, and after looking at the car showed me how the turbo an spark plugs did NOT need replacing and just the catalytic converter.
So then it is down to just a $1k repair. I don't think Accurate Care was being dishonest, but I do think they made some assumptions because turbos often go out in this type of vehicle. They also did not put much effort into finding non-dealership parts for me, and took multiple days with my car in the shop to get me info an estimate and diagnostic. Overall it was a bad experience, and I am glad I did not pay them $3k to replace parts that were still working. I will be finding a different mechanic.

Trustworthy. I've had 30+ years of experience with going to shops for car repairs. These guys (Burt and Randall) are awesome. I always get practical guidance about what needs to be done. They take a realistic approach to solving budget issues by prioritizing repairs to tackle the worst issues first. I feel like I've built mutual trust. I'm reluctant to recommend because if they get super busy, then I fear they won't be the same, but at the same time I can't say enough good things about how they run their operation. Thanks fellas!

Fast, easy, and professional. Took my Toyota to check out what was going on with my taillight. Previously had taken it to Goodyear a few times and they recommend I have an electric shop look at it. They were able to diagnose the issue and even took the time to look over my car to make sure nothing else was wrong. Would recommend.

This year we drove to Dayton, Ohio from Seminole, Florida to celebrate Christmas with my wife's family. We left on Wednesday, the 22nd, a cooler day than most in Florida and about 3 hours into the trip we realized we had no heat. Who checks their heater in Florida?!?! The further north we got, the colder it became. That evening as the temp plunged into the 30's we stopped overnight in the Marietta area and decided we had to do get it fixed.
The next morning Kate was researching auto repair shops and found Accurate Automotive and their very impressive 4.9 rating and called them up. Bert told us to come down and they'd take a look at it. When I got there, there were 3 people sitting in the clean, orderly, waiting area and there were 4 cars in a four bay garage. My heart sank a little. I needed to get on the road and take advantage of the daylight--I had a 7+ hour drive ahead of me! Bert checked me in and while waiting another customer came in the door.
I thinking I'm going to be here a while so I pick up a magazine and start reading an article in order to keep my eyes off the clock. Next thing I know (less than 5 minutes) Randall came out with a 2nd man and asked about my car and I filled him in. He took a look at it and in a matter of 5 minutes had the heat working! I was ecstatic! He said to take it for a short drive to make sure the issue was fully repaired.
I did and it was. I went back to pay him and he smiled and said "Merry Christmas, " No charge. We take care of fellow travelers on days like this." I can't tell you how good I felt at that moment! Or how good it felt to have a warm car! Thanks again, Randall! You brought me some holiday cheer on Christmas Eve and one of those life moments I won't forget! I highly recommend Accurate Care Automotive for expert, friendly, and timely service!

Randall, Burt and the whole team at Accurate Care Automotive are phenomenal. Their level of customer service is top notch and that is because they are genuine and truly care about you as a person. Not only are they great at what they do, but they make you feel so welcome and listened to through their friendly conversation. They provide a detailed outline of what they find with suggestions and recommendations for what needs to get done through photos, analysis and a priority system. Honest, good and objective people. I drive 30 mins just to go these guys because I trust them. Saved me a ton of money. I once went to someone else closer just to get a tuneup and they gave me the scare of my life, they told me I need all new engine mounts as they were cracked and it would cost 600 dollars. I was spooked but drove 40 mins to these guys just to get a second opinion.
They told me car is perfect after the tune-up, absolutely no problems with mounts. Saved me 600 bucks. I already trusted these guys because I got a hybrid car prepurchase inspection done from these guys for another car. They were honest and as the name suggests accurate. They gave me confidence and their honesty and service has won them a lifetime customer. I will drive an hour to just get to them because I know I can trust what they say. Keep up the good work Randall and brandy!

This shop is the best auto shop I've used. I live 45 minutes away and they are worth the travel. The mechanics are honest, took time to explain the work and provided great service at a great price. I usually feel taken advantage of at auto shops but instead I was taken care of, just as the name implies. Randall and Brandi run an excellent shop,

Just picked my truck up and the AC has never been so cold. The compressor went out and at 91 outside I needed help fast. Accurate Care was able to get me taken care of fast and better than new. The shop was clean, coffee is good, and always a good conversation waiting for me when I’m hanging out with Brandy at the front desk. Everything is top notch from price, customer service, and workmanship. This is a shop I can trust. Thanks Accurate Care for keeping me cool.

Amazing place to go, they got us in and back on the road very quickly. Cost was less than we had anticipated. This will be the only place we take our vehicles from now on. Randall and Brandy have been super helpful and nice for the couple of unexpected visits I had with my Kia. They were able to get me in and turned around in a day most times! They also checked in with me a week or so after each visit to make sure everything was in working order. I really appreciate them keeping everything quick and cost effective! They're definitely your friendly neighborhood auto care and I'll take my business to them again!

I have maintained my vehicles all my life. Due to health reasons I needed to find a mechanic and I found one inRandy at ACC. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Keeps us aware of what is going on. You can watch your car being worked on thru picture window in waiting room. Very reasonable pricing. Rest room is large and very clean.
