Accurate Auto Clinic

My family and I have been taking our cars to these guys my entire life. I can't tell you how professional, on point, and genuinely wonderful this shop is. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and we'll taken care of. I couldn't recommend these guys more. The tires on my 2017 challenger were damaged and they went out of their way to get me a tow which they don't typically offer, and called me back with an estimate in literally 45 minutes.

Let alone all the cars they got back up and running throughout my family's time with them. They have always detailed what's wrong and the issues the car is having. They take time to explain it to you and definitely do not price gouge. Reputable in every way. Thanks fellas, for taking the best care of the Beast!

These guys are awesome! They are so great with keeping us informed of everything going on with our vehicles and even gave me a ride home so that I didn't need to borrow a courtesy vehicle. They are so attentive and want to make sure that they hearing what you have to say! We love them!

Matt and team were great to work with. I had a complete engine failure and they worked with my Allstate Service plan to get this service covered under my warranty. They were great with keeping me up to date on the progress of my repairs. While the repairs took a while to complete, I really wasn't inconvenienced because they gave me a loaner car while mine was getting fixed.

I brought my car in for a problem with hard starting. After diagnosis, they determined it was the fuel pump. There was a few days delay due to part availability. I picked it up and it had some problems. I called the next day and was told to bring it back as soon as possible. They took it in and remedied the problem. I was called an hour later letting me know the car was ready to be picked up. I appreciate the technician immediately taking care of it. He apologized and all is well with the vehicle.

Accurate Auto was quick to help me when my car had been messed up by someone else. I thought this was the end of my car but they were able to easily diagnose the issues and save my car. From the first interaction, they never treated my like a woman in a man's world - they explained every step in an easily but not condescending way. And they provided photos so you can see exactly what they were seeing - these two things helped elevate their customer service and will keep me coming back. Thank you for knowing your stuff and treating me a person not a "stupid woman".

I'd like to thank Matt, Bill, and most of all Abraham. Matt & Bill were very professional the whole way thru. They kept me posted on the repair on a step by step basis. They were very clear on what I needed and how things were going to get fixed. Abraham the mechanic was very knowledgeable and skilled. He explained and showed me what was done to my truck.

All my questions were answered and my concerns taken care of. The rebuild on my engine was precise, clean and now runs smooth. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend getting your car serviced here. *Bonus* they offer you a courtesy car while your car is in repair and that was highly appreciated. Thank you all! Had several items to repair as the vehicle is older and still has life in it. Had and actuator for the HVAC replaced so the heater would work properly again among several other repairs. Dropped off the vehicle knowing it would be a few days and was provided a loaner that helped while my vehicle was being worked on. I was kept informed with updates as needed and very happy with all the work done. Took it for a test drive and am so happy that it runs like it used to. Thanks to Accurate Auto in Des Plaines for all the work. Great Customer Service and fantastic work!

Accurate was fantastic! Our car broke down pulling into my job's parking lot. I called them to check on a towing partner. I was able to get the car towed to Accurate within the hour and my car back from Accurate the next day. Ended up needing an oil change and they recommended to not rely on the oil change reminder on the car since the car is older. Thank you Accurate, for making what could've been a very stressful situation, a very easy issue to handle.

Accurate Auto Clinic went out of their way to help me with my brakes even though I was not a current customer. They were so nice, professional and helpful and had my car ready at the promised time for the amount they quoted. Having to pay for repairs on your car is never fun. Bill & Matt were incredibly patient with me and clearly communicated all steps of the diagnosis, repair options, and preventative maintenance.
