Fantastic service! I have Maxcare through Car Max and this shop came up as a partnered location. I was able to get an appointment and get my car repaired within less than 3 days. Patrick was amazing and communicated with me about my car. They never left me wondering and answered all my questions! When i got the quote it ended up being cheaper once the repair was done.

Such a smooth process this shop literally has me as a life time customer now. Very professional and fast i couldn't be more happier with the work they do here. They even left a treat bag with candy in my car! Bonus point for that! I highly highly recommend this shop!

Paid $4,500 for work only to have my car barely running by pick up. Before paying I asked if it was worth it to just replace the whole engine and they let me know it'd cost about $11,000 to replace (so well worth the $4,500). Especially since I still owe on my car. Not knowing much about cars, I believed them. I had to refinance my car to get the money to pay for these useless repairs - as I did not qualify for their payment plan.

After picking up my vehicle, I took it to another shop who let me know the entire engine does indeed to be replaced. Quoted me $6,400 for a brand-new engine (not even close to $11,000!). Now I'm paying off both repairs ($10,900 instead of just the $6,400) on top of my car note. All thanks to their dishonesty. As a single parent, I was very honest about my financial situation in hopes that they would be able to find the best solution for me. Instead they lied and put me in a very tough situation.

I needed an oil change and I saw their great reviews on maps. I called and scheduled an appointment. The oil change was about 40 minutes and the whole process was very easy. Total was $82. They also send you a report of the inspection of car with pictures of the issues (tire thread, leaks, thin brake pads etc). What I liked was that they didn't try to upsell at all. Simply sent the report. They also left a bag of candy as a gift.

How rare is it to find an auto repair you can trust? Well search no longer. This location was recommended by our warranty company and now we have the best auto repair in the grander Portland metro area. Honest, transparent, great at communicating and explaining to a non-car person. Work was done well and efficiently. Will return.

These guys have really impressed me with their service. I will not be going anywhere else with my car for repairs and maintenance. They earned my trust on the first day I talked with them. Sure, cars cost money, but you get loyalty with these guys and "Accurate" results in a timely manner, with excellent communication. The work log of what was recommended for my car was clear, with pictures and to what I found extremely helpful since I don't know too much mechanically. Patrick and Garrett were very helpful with answering questions and even called to check in how the first repair felt. Highly recommend this repair shop.

After having a pretty negative experience at the Carr Chevrolet service center, I was weary of getting a second opinion on my car. Everything from start to finish was beyond my expectations. I especially appreciate how friendly and communicative Patrick was throughout the entire process. The technicians got my car in quickly and even sent over a fantastic detailed report with photos (!) so I could see exactly what was going on with my car.

While the findings were similar, their attention to detail found a separate leak that hadn't been addressed by the dealership. To my surprise, the quote for all of this work was HALF the price I was expecting and even lower than the one I was given at the dealership for less work. The quality of their work seems fantastic so far, and I really appreciate the warranty they apply to their services. If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would. I was looking for a local mechanic/auto service to replace the headlights on my Toyota Tundra. My first call was Beaverton Toyota, I called the Service desk, was transferred to Parts, who confirmed they were available and wold be a few days, then transferred back to Service, where I had to leave a voicemail. Never heard back from them. Called Accurate Auto, got Patrick who sourced the parts, provided lead time, and got me scheduled quickly, I was in and out with new headlights.

The people I interacted with were all professional and friendly, taking my wife's car in this week. In a time where there are plenty of delays and excuses, Accurate Auto shines, thank you!

Had the work done quickly and thoroughly. Garrett kept me updated throughout the process and gave me a detailed list of the issues and fixes necessary. Had my vehicle in and out under 24 hours and very reasonably priced.

I actually had a really good experience with this business. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I had my car in for about 24 hours and they overdelivered what was promised while other repair areas were asking for a full week, crazy! My car is running great now! Keep the customer service standards high! The primary reason I chose your business over others is how your staff handled my initial phone call for the repair inquiry.

It is my first time coming here, and I did the best decision to trust them fixing my rear brake. I honestly went to other shop prior and told me that they are not able to help me. On the other hand, Accurate Auto told me right away that they will do their best to help me. They made me feel comfortable and explained every details that they will do and they are very thorough breaking down the cost. They always gives me update and fixed my car in time.
