Was pleased with the expedited oil change and tire rotation. Good overall experience except I was told the mechanic said I needed a cabin air cleaner. I wanted the mechanic to show me what he was talking about as I had just changed the filter 4000 miles previously and all of my driving is Hiway driving. So I really didn't need it. Makes the dealership look bad when something like this goes on. But I'll be back again.

Went in for the usual oil change and check up, the lady up front "helping me out" seemed rush and just got my number. Sure enough she charged me for a diesel truck oil change instead of gas. When the cashier tried calling her she was rude to the cashier. They had just sang Happy Birthday to the cashier and now this rude lady that apparently didn't want to own up to her mistake was yelling at her to pick up her walkie talkie but the cashier was also helping another customer on the phone.

I've never had this problem w the other people there. Everyone else is always professional and polite. First time I've seen her there and hope it's the last. Don't have her name on me or I would post it. The Cashier did a great job w me and corrected the charges along w an apology. The other lady never showed up.

Ordered and picked up our New Ford Bronco. Amazing staff and attention to detail. We live hours away and they made accommodations to ensure we got our new vehicle in a timely manner and that worked with our schedules. Awesome customer service.

Luke did an awesome job. I had been in contact with him for over a year and when I saw the Bronco on their website, I called him immediately. Since i was working in California, we did everything over the phone and when I arrived in Alice, the vehicle had arrived at the dealership as well. Months of waiting. I came in signed everything. He went over the entire vehicle with me. I was in and out in 1 hour! Thank you Luke!

I received a letter from Ford motor company about a possible DEF related issue on my Super duty. I called Access Ford and made an appointment. Access Ford diagnosed my check engine light and found that indeed my DEF system was not functioning properly. The dealership kept me updated and promptly fixed the issue. They also provided a ride home when I dropped off my truck. I am very satisfied with the results of great service. And love the power that was restored after the repair.

I brought my car in for an oil change and yearly inspection. The shop was swamped and shorthanded due to call Ins, but they were able to do my vehicle an hour sooner than what the time estimate was. They were also able to replace the battery in my fob which I was very appreciative of! Very pleasant staff as always, this is why I drive 35 miles to go to this particular shop. They have a nice waiting area and are always professional and courteous. I'll be back in three months!

We've shopped around for Good Mechanics and have come to the conclusion that Access Ford has the best! Very Friendly Mechanics! I always recommend them to other Friends! I made an appointment for an oil change and state inspection, but when I got to the dealership I was informed that they don't take appointments for oil changes and state inspections and that I would be out behind everyone else in line. It took over 2 hours to get the service done, which threw off my entire days schedule. This dealership has gone wayyyyy down over the past 2 years. Staff is rude and could care less about your car.

Replaced throttle body which is 4 bolts.took 5 days to get call back engine light still returned made an appointment to check engine light and engine light went off told them about it and they couldn't fit me in ended up changing out the fuel filter after $785 Bill fuel filter cost me $15 $25 to install when I change the fuel filter found out that they left parts off of my car they were found in the floor of the shop return to me and I had to install it myself then I noticed the fuel throttle body wasn't completely hooked up very non-professional especially for someone that says that they built it they know how to work on it do not use Access Ford for service you're making a big mistake never been more dissatisfied with customer service in my life. Major ripoff and unprofessional

There was a time when they didn't put the oil cap back on after 5000 miles I was wondering why I had a leak I'm noticing a leak again which I just had a oil change not long ago. Now I have to go find out again what's going on. Notice that they were pretty quick last time with the oil change. (They need to pay attention to what they r doing) Probably be the last time that I will use them. My truck is not even 3 years old yet!
