I own a business. I have a small fleet to take care of. Jason and his guys have done a great job taking care of a number of issues on multiple vehichles over the years. His prices are very fair, and they do quality work. I highly recommend absolute automotive

I have used Absolute Auto for every family vehicle and they simply do it right every time. I would 100% recommend to people who are gun shy about car shops who get nervous about getting "taken". This is a family business and they have treated my family like family for +10 years I've used them. As a local business leader, I also recommend them to my customers and my employees alike knowing that they will get treated with respect every time.

I'm VERY happy that I chose Absolute Automotive when my truck started shaking violently. I called them and talked with Jed about it. He first told me they were 2 weeks out, but I couldn't wait that long pending various dr appts and surgery in a few days. He then told me to bring it in that afternoon and he'd work on it the next day. He was very knowledgeable in what he thought was wrong with it.

He called me the following day and explained in plain words what it was. I got it back that afternoon and was really pleased with work and professionalism. If you need work on your vehicle please consider Absolute Automotive.

Had my Tahoe towed to this shop bc it was listed as AAA approved. They were very quick to call me with the diagnosis and had the work done by the end of the day. Very clean and orderly facility and Judd and Jason were very personable.

This is a great family owned auto repair shop. Very knowledgeable and skilled. I trust their work more then a dealership. The work they have done on my families vehicles is always perfect and on time. Its nice to deal with honest people, very hard to come by these days. My daughter has taken her car here for a few years and felt that they were honorable individuals. She said that they communicated well and were up front about her car and didn't try to "up sell" her. When I turned my car over to them, I found them I be exactly that. I am pleased to have found them.

Best auto shop I've yet to encounter. I started taking my vehicles over 10 yrs ago after I brought in a car asking for a $500 water pump fix and they determined it was a computer chip in my key and only cost $50 to replace. Honest and High Quality Work. This is where you should take your vehicle.

My acuator went out in my car. These guys replaced it but the part was faulty. I took it back in and they stood behind the guarantee. I have had them do oil changes in the past and always treated me with kindness and respect. Also, I had told the dodge dealership for over a year my engine felt like it rocked. They said car in great shape no problem.

Absolute automotive found a broken part (can't remember the name) but it anchors the engine in place. Omg I drove away and my car felt brand new. Highly recommend absolute automotive. A friend recently asked for a recommendation for a mechanic, and I 100% recommended Absolute Automotive, and it also made me think to right this review! I've been taking my cars here for over 5 years, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are one of the most technically advanced shops in town, and service models from all over the world (American, Japanese, European, Korean, etc).

They are an honest, family owned business, and I've always felt they've been 100% straight and fair with me. Most importantly, they do good work, quickly, and get my cars back on the road!

I initially went to Absolute Automotive because they were the closest place to have my car towed when it stopped running. That was almost a year ago. They are the most honest, compassionate, and understanding people. Every time I have gone in to their shop, they have treated me more than fairly and I have watched them go above and beyond for not only me, but every single person who walks through their door. If you go anywhere else, you are going to the wrong place.

I was visiting family in Springfield recently. I came out to my car on Saturday and was unable to start it. I had the car towed to Absolute because of good reviews on line. When I called first thing Monday morning I was told they would move some things around to get to me when I told them I had to be back in Seattle on Tuesday afternoon. They told me my car was starting up just fine but thought I would need to replace distributor sooner or later.

They fixed the car and had it ready for me by 2:00. Great service-really nice people. Also took motor and gears off drivers side door because window wasn't working so I could get it fixed when I got home and did not charge me for labor or their time! I highly recommend these people - such great service.

Thank you for the reply. Thinking about it some more, I am pretty sure the retaining clips on my new OEM wheel covers were also damaged on this occasion. They are plastic. They aren't fragile, but if the wheel cover isn't removed by pulling from the center, or levering tools like screwdrivers are used to pry them off, the clips can break off.

They still hold to the wheels, but with fewer remaining clips they don't hold as well. Also, they are my specially ordered OEM wheel covers, they were brand new, made 1990-1993. The reason I didn't say anything at the time is I had no proof. I didn't think to go peeking at my wheel covers after going here; I only discovered after the fact there was damage.

That said, Absolute Automotive wasn't the only place that I visited and I believe damage occured on multiple occasions, to the extent that when I went to have work done on my car I took the wheel covers off myself since apparently I can't trust professionals to do that correctly. Mechanics do that kind of thing. Break little pieces here and there, and neglect to mention it/reimburse you for it. The customer will never know.

I had a good experience with Absolute Automotive! Jason was really good on the communication side of things and that was really important to me. I did my research before i went in for new front brakes and rotors, they charged me exactly what they estimated me on, I know that's not always the case many times mechanics will see things that we are not aware of or spot a problem that can be a potential nightmare and so prices can vary in the end.

I grew up working on cars with my dad and I know how hard this line of work is especially in the heat, it can wreck your back, knees and joints from all the up and down and lifting and cranking so I really appreciate these guys working there butts off for a fair and competitive price. thank you Absolute Automotive, brakes and rotors feel good!

Originally came in for Maintenance they found issues that the dealership over looked. Only place I will take my vehicles. Honest and fair price with a family atmosphere.

Jud the Owner of Absolute Auto Repair is one of the most honest & really good mechanics in Eugene Oregon area. My son attends the University of Oregon and had some motor issues with his Mustang GT. Jud detected the problem and fixed it to get my son back on the road quickly. I absolutely know why he's AAA rated. You can't go wrong taking your car to this mechanic. Family run business with high integrity and professionalism. My only regret with AA is not finding them 20 years ago. Every car repair has been done promptly with zero price surprises afterwards. Each repair is also accompanied with their suggestions on future needs of each car with a sense of urgent to not so urgent. I've used other repair shops over the years but the folks at AA have earned my biz until cars are no longer on the planet. If you are looking for supremely good repair experience with folks who are high on integrity. Absolute Auto is for you.

Got a quote elsewhere for some necessary maintenance that was slightly too pricey for my budget and used Yelp to message a handful of garages. These guys got back to me quickly, were the best deal, fit right into my super wacky holiday-infested schedule, and did a great job. I absolutely plan on being a return customer. Had a tough time spotting them from the road as they're kinda behind the gas station.

Took my rig in there to have some minor work done. They were good enough to find some work not necessary. Only had 1 minor problem not repaired but I took care of. They called back and apologized and requested to give them another try. I respect that in a company and will definitely do just that.

Here is what I always get when I go in: -Respect and clarity: no trying to upsell me because I'm a woman and they think I'm stupid -Timely service: I always wait in the waiting room and they always put my car in the bay first and get it done ASAP so I won't have to wait too long -Good, fair, and competitive prices -Excellent repairs to all of my vehicles

I am new to Eugene and I have AAA and knew I could count on them to suggest a great new repair shop. However this place goes above and beyond my expectations from a last minute oil change to inspection to let me know what I need done. They are excellent and Jason was so helpful and worked with me to get my car in! Highly recommend them!

Like some others who've posted reviews, I was introduced to Absolute Automotive by a AAA tow truck and I'm forever grateful to AAA for it. My wife and I had been traveling around Oregon and were headed back to our home in Silicon Valley, USA. Just outside Eugene, we pulled into a rest stop and suddenly the power steering went out. I found a serpentine belt sprawled around the engine compartment and a burned-up tensioner oozing melted bushings.

I called AAA and asked for a tow truck and a recommended mechanic. The operator gave me the number for Absolute. (Later, the tow truck driver, a local, enthusiastically confirmed that choice.) I explained the situation to the nice fellow at Absolute. (Sorry, I forgot his name, but I'll correct that later.) This was a Saturday afternoon and they were scheduled to close in a few hours, but he assured me they should be able to get it done that day. Nonetheless, noting that they're closed on Sunday, we were preparing ourselves for a hotel stay until at least Monday.

As soon as we arrived in the tow truck, the guys at Absolute Automotive immediately moved our pickup into the service bay and started working before we had the paperwork filled out. They invited us (including our Cocker Spaniel) into the waiting area. A few minutes later, I looked out the window and saw a parts truck pull into the service area. A short while later, with frequent updates from the crew, our truck was ready to go, including a routine fluids check to make sure we didn't break down from lack of oil or whatever.

We paid the bill and got back on the road after a delay of only a few hours total. I heartily recommend Absolute Automotive to anyone in the vicinity of Eugene, or any traveler passing by in need of mechanical support. And now that we're packing up to move to Eugene in a couple of weeks, we plan to be regular customers.

Terrible. They blew my engine. They couldn't do anything right. They had my car for more than 15 business days. They were assigned to replace my belt and fix my air conditioning. They Left parts under the hood, which makes me think they didn't even do a final inspection before I picked up my car. I didn't even go 2 miles from their business and I had to get towed back to their shop. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Fortunately, through an unfortunate situation I came to know Absolute Automotive. I was headed to Northern California when my car suddenly quit running in Eugene. Triple A towed me to the nearest AAA approved repair shop. There guys are professional, honest and take the time to let you need what needs to be done and what doesn't. It is obvious they want customers for life.

They had me back in my vehicle within 24 hours - and the price for service and parts was very fair. If I lived in Eugene, I would now go there for all my car needs. But I don't, so I want to share my experience with those who do. They took care of me as if I lived there - though knowing I would probably not return. Service, knowledge and very reasonable pricing. It's what we all look for in an auto shop. These guys are the real deal.

The employees of Absolute Automotive are absolutely stand up guys! They are 100% worth your business and time! They will do whatever it takes to allow them to stand by their work proudly knowing that they had satisfied. This is a rare winning quality for a business that provides a service! Great service, very thorough. Prices are reasonable. Observed a number of satisfied customers while I waited. The owner seems interested in developing loyal clients, return business. Big shop, too, so the work was fairly quick.

Well where do I start? Ok, I don't write reviews unless it is worthy. I have taken different models of cars (Mitsubishi to Mercedes) to Absolute and all have been taken care of at the highest level. My fear every time when I bring a car to any shop is being ripped off and quoted on things I don't need. Jud the owner is as honest as it gets and has saved me so much time, money and headaches.

What brought me to write this review today is he saved my vacation. I had a short notice engine light come up on my 2006 Durango and it came up as a transmission issue. Not only did he get everything done quickly but he went through and checked out other items on my car to make sure we were safe on our trip. Please give this shop a try. He has experienced mechanics and most of all, he dampers all car owners worst fears. Being ripped off! I've taken my cars to many shops and his tops them all. Thank you Jud and crew. From the Allen

Got an oil change, transmission oil change and tire rotation here during the same trip. The staff was extremely friendly and they test drive your car after they're done working on it. I only mention this because it seems to be pretty rare these days. Prices were very reasonable.
