Great people I was dealing Isaac and he was very honest and I had laundry list to fix and only recommended what needed to be fixed. I also have my mechanic Anders Christensen there and service all of my cars. That was the reason I went there because of my mechanic Anders Christensen. I've been an ABC customer since I bought my Mazda CX-9 in 2020 and I haven't had a bad experience ever. They finish the work on time, are professional and never try to sell me more service than I need. That's really important. They also point out what work will need to be done in the future-very helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been going to ABC for decades. They have always been very helpful, which as a single lady, I so appreciate! This visit, they even took the time at the end of the day, to look at my sister's car when her sensor light came on driving me there! Before ABC, going to a mechanic was like going to the dentist! Now. I actually look forward to seeing my "guys"! I measure a small business by what kind of employee turnover there is. These men have all been there for many years!

Took my car in for repair. I had to contact multiples times to receive status. I was finally informed that they needed my car over the weekend even though I scheduled my service ahead of time. Once I got my car back after service I noticed a noise coming from mr AC. I then returned my car for a new evaluation and it was determined that a leaf got in the exhaust of the AC during the service. AAA tried to charge me for the repair even though they caused the noise.
I refused to pay. I now found out two weeks later that they provided an incorrect assessment on the status of my brakes. I now am taking the repair elsewhere. Horrible experience. I will not return!

If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and friendly auto shop for your vehicle. ABC Auto Care is where it's at! My husband and I have been bringing both our cars/trucks to them for years now and they offer nothing but the best service! I recently needed to get my car a smog and the check engine light came on (of course right). Issac at ABC Auto Care took my car in, had the issue with it fixed and took my car to get a smog!
Like come on! Not many places are going to accommodate customers like this going above and beyond. I couldn't recommend ABC Auto Care enough and if I could give them 10 stars. I would!

Recommended by a trusted mechanic that does not work on Audis, I made an appointment with Anders. From my first conversation, I felt his professionalism, his care for customers and exceptional customer service. He explained, in detail, the inspection and process. He definitely went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and had great communication through the process. I will always take my Audi to him for service!

An costly fishing expedition. After 2 hours of "diagnostic time" failed to locate the source of a noise inside the engine they asked me to authorize another $1000 to remove the transmission to try to find it. I declined and took my car to a different shop, where an ASE certified mechanic scanned the engine computer with a diagnostic trouble code reader and quickly identified a misfire code on cylinder #2 and fixed the problem. It's incomprehensible to me that anyone could charge 2 hours of diagnostic time and not even scan the ECM for diagnostic trouble codes. Sorry, but at best, process of elimination is a poor substitute for training. It's amazing how this place still lives by referrals.

My AC stopped blowing cold air and the auto mechanic I usually goes to did not have the machine to diagnose the issue. Apparently ABC is one of the only places (other than the dealership) with such machine. They got me in, fixed the issue and sent me on my way with cold air for my drive to Austin, TX. The owner and staff are also quite friendly and helpful.

I think I've left one review in my YELP lifetime. ABC was not able to repair an electrical issue with my car. They worked on it for a week. AND CHARGED ME NOTHING! The owner said they provided no value to me to which I disagree: The value they provided was good character (as well as what the problem with my car is not). Finding a good mechanic is close to equal to finding a good physician. I will continue to bring my cars to ABC.

These guys are awesome! I was scheduled for an oil change and unexpectedly drove over a screw day before my appointment. I showed up and informed Issac who is always professional. My car all of a sudden was making an awful squeaking noise while shopping in Ventura. It was so loud people in parking lots were given us bad looks. It didn't happen when we braked so we could not figure it out. My daughter googled a shop with good ratings nearby, so we drove straight to ABC. Of course workers heard us drive up and helped us right away.
They were so friendly and professional. Only took a few minutes for them to fix. It was a rock in the wheel and car had to be lifted up to diagnose and fix. It was such a good experience, I would drive from out of town to get service at this auto shop.

My car has been making a noise when I back up and I was concerned that it might be a U-Joint issue. I took it into them and they checked out my car and determined it was in great shape, nothing to worry about. They did a free inspection and I also had them change the oil. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and had it back by 1:00. They are professional and courteous. I'll definitely be going back there in the future.

I have brought my truck in to numerous places and no one has been able to determine why my engine has a slow turnover at times. One of the mechanics relayed that he has seen this before and replaced a starter for someone else who had the problem, and it resolved it. Glad to hear someone knew what they were dealing with. I went in with that issue and a few others to simply check. The majority of the items they checked were OK'd and they didn't try and force a bunch of extra items to sell me or say were faulty.

I was traveling through Ventura and trying to get back home, and my vehicle suddenly had horrible steering issues. It was right around Christmas time and they still saw me quickly and fixed the problem easily. Everything about the place was professional. I feel very lucky and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a great mechanic on their side!

When I called the day before to get an appointment, Isaac said that, although full, he would squeeze me in for an oil change/tire rotation for the car my daughter now uses. She lives in LA and was only here for a couple of days, so I appreciate getting "squeezed in" greatly because I trust ABC auto care exclusively! Service: Oil change

Smooth operation, great service for me, and my BUICK, had a problem with my seat, that 3 other mechanics looked at, told me it, the entire seat needs replacing BIG BUCKS for my small budget. ABC told me they can, and will repair, but will have to take apart, they did and lumbar support had kinked wire into making it short out, they found the problem and repaired! Its great for me to find a mechanic instead of a parts exchanger. Keep up the good work, great service. RIP ASHLI BABBITT

I took my car today to check what was wrong with the air condition. The staff was super nice and helpful from the moment I walked in into the office. They explained what were going to do, how long would it take to do the diagnostic and offered me a ride to my apartment and back to the shop when my car was ready. They find the problem and explained how they did the diagnostic, gave me an estimate of the cost of the repair and I will be back to have the fix the air conditioner's compressor. I highly recommend them!

Brought my vehicle here because car wasn't starting and I was about to go on a cross country road trip. Requested they diagnose the problem and also do some routine maintenance if needed. Told me vehicle wasn't starting because of the battery. Replaced battery, got the vehicle back and was still having the same issue. They then told me if they will replace spark plugs, air filter and some other work that should get it to start up. $1400 dollars later of work I didn't need and vehicle still has same issue I brought it in there for & they didn't want to address the actual issue, just take my money for all the easy maintenance & never address my true concern. Brought the vehicle to another mechanic in town for a third of the price who was straight forward and didn't waste any of my time and money like this place.

I've been coming to ABC since the early 90's and I'll never go anywhere else. They are courteous, professional and have never ONCE tried to sell me a repair I didn't need. They have gone above and beyond to help me time and again, they've evaluated cars I wanted to buy, advised me on future repairs, and when I had very little money, they worked with me to get the most important repairs done first.
They make me feel like family. I've referred many people to them over the years and all of them like ABC as much as I do. If you have any dissatisfaction with your current mechanic, go to ABC; you'll never be disappointed again!

On my way home from work the car started to sputter. I call and spoke with Anders, the service advisor, and scheduled to have my car dropped off. They were extremely busy so he let me know up front that it would take a couple days to get too. He offered a loaner car and or a ride if needed. Once they diagnosed the car he called told me what the problem was and cost of repair. Which by the way was about half of what Mercedes would have charged. Thank God that there are shops out there like this one! Chris

This is the best car repair place in town hands down. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Hugo was the first to help me and amazing. They were so quick and at a very decent price. They even offered to pick me up after they were finished with my car. Gave me a full assessment on my car for free with recommendation on ways to improve the quality of my car. ABC Auto is awesome! They did the work I needed on my car same day at a rate no one else could possibly beat! Which means a lot especially for a single mom. The work quality is outstanding and there were no games or hiked up rates likes you'll find at other shops. Bob worked on my car, he is extremely knowledgeable and fixed a long standing problem two other shops couldn't resolve.
I can finally trust that my car is safe for my children and that peace of mind is priceless. The office staff were also great, very nice and efficient. It is the only shop I will take my car to and I know that I will be treated fairly, with respect and the work will be quality.
