This place should be shut down, Brought my car here because the warranty company said that they are the repair shop that needs to fix it, left my car on a Thursday, a week went by and i never got any updates on the issue, if it wasn't because i called my self to ask about my car, my car would probably still be there parked under a tree. When i called the person on the phone, the person told me that no issues were found on the car, i took the car to a different shop and immediately they found what the issue was and it got fixed.
Their mechanics have no idea about the job. How do you bring a car with the transmission slipping, and the mechanics find no issues with it, and apparently the make and model and year of the car is working properly, and functioning the way it was designed. shame on you guys.

Unbelievably unprofessional. When I informed them that I was taking my vehicle to another location, I was pressed to tell them where, and when I did tell him, he said, "I'll pray for your car." Consumers take our vehicles to the experts because we blindly trust them. Not sure if this was an attempt to guilt me to keep my business or not, but it was a horrible exchange that I saw as nothing short of unprofessional. Additionally, I was told the vehicle would be diagnosed by a specific time and it was not.
No call with an update, nothing. For a repair that would be $6000, I think updates when timelines are not met is a fair ask. Will never go here again and do not recommend. Look around before settling for this place. Update from the reply: The only reason I was updated was because I called to get the update. I was never called first.

Worst place ever in the world to take your vehicle. Had a claim on my car and it was sent to Aamco on 12/17 on Bragg Boulevard. Before my car arrived I called and provided them with information to make any diagnostic and repair smooth. It was Wednesday the 5th before they came up with a diagnosis. They did two diagnosis but the funny part is the first diagnosis was the issue fixed.
There was no need for a second one. The person up front Robert started off okay the first few days of my car being up there. Then he started telling lies, giving excuses and not answering the phone. Although the claim was denied the amount he provided was different from what he provided us. He even had the never to charge us a $150 diagnostic fee for the inconvenience of being on the phone with my finance company.
Like who does that. He provided an invoice to the warranty company for an $282.99 but then charged us $500.36. We decided to take things the proper route because he had my car for a very long time. He gave us excuse after excuse as to why nothing had been done. He tried to say it was due to my vehicle being shut off but that was another one of their lies.
He actually told us the tech who was supposed to work on our vehicle may or may not have Covid and he did not know if and when my vehicle would be fixed. He has lied about conversations had with different establishments and people when they have information documented. We know we are entitled to a portion of our money back and for our inconvenience. PLEASE NEVER GO THERE!
There is so much more to tell just don't want to work it. Just know they will rip you off and smile while doing it. We have proof as well. They refuse to reimburse us for the false charges they charged us.

Great and honest staff. They repaired my cars quickly and the car is running great great. They fixed all the issues I had spoken about. Good place and good prices. Needed to have some repairs done for my Altimas' transmission. Finding somewhere to do it was painful enough but when I called here, Brandy was very kind and reassuring, even though she was having a rough day. She made sure I was involved every step of the way and made me feel even better when she said no other issues were found (most mechanics would never even think to say those words) she made sure I understood everything that would be done. HIGHLY recommend AAMCO, they will give you nothing less than the best.
Car is running better than when I bought it, and took less time than expected. Truly believe it's the best shop around! I am now a customer for life thanks to Brandy and the team!

I had my clutch replaced prior to a cross country drive last year. I made the trip with no issues and my clutch still works perfectly despite the constant starting and stopping on hills where I am now stationed. Although the initial install ran into issues with what was thought was needed to complete the repair, they did not charge me extra on the additional parts and completed the work in a timely/professional/excellent manner. Reliable, honest, highly recommended.

Just had some transmission work done here. They got me in on the day I called. They worked through all the issues in a very efficient manner. They kept me updated on the progress of my car and were very friendly the whole time. I am satisfied with the price I paid for the work done. I will definitely be using this shop again for other mechanical needs. My car drives like new now. A job well done for a reasonable price.

The air conditioner in our Ford Fusion started blowing hot air so we needed to find a place to have it serviced. I have always been skeptical of taking my car to any place for service because I have been burned one too many times. My husband talked me into trying AAMCO after reading the reviews online. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
The price was fair considering the amount of labor that went in to fixing the a/c and the customer service was top-notch. I will be taking my cars there from now on when they need servicing and you should too!
