If you need a trustworthy autobody company look no more. They were 5 star from beginning to end. A little bit of a wait but worth it. Jonathan was so helpful through the whole process. A & W gave me an estimate with upfront pricing so I knew what to expect when it was time to pay. The body work and Paint job was professionally done. They matched the paint color perfectly.

My car was stolen in January. It was recovered 2 weeks later and it looked terrible. It was depressing. Geico sent me several auto repair shop names/numbers and I called a few who were booked solid until I got to A & W. I've heard of the current long waits due to pandemic-related back ups from friends and the news. I was so worried because I had a limit on my rental and we only just found the car after 2 weeks of rental use.

These guys were so great. They're always calm (when I am not at all) & I only had to pay for a couple days of my rental car because they provided a loaner for as long as they took (once it was available). I picked up my car today and it looked new. I'm so grateful! They applied my new plates in less than 2 minutes and I was never there for long. Every time I called someone answered during business hours. Great experience.

My car was backed into and I was sent here by the insurance company and was more than impressed. John is extremely helpful and friendly! They use a texting system to keep you updated about your car which I appreciated and they called a couple times for more detailed updates as well. Picked up my car in excellent condition! Would definitely recommend them!

The staff was impeccable and on time throughout the whole process of my 2017 Subaru WRX. The repairs were flawless and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I reached out to A&W Auto Body when we discovered a horrendous dent left by (we think) a rock and not a small one. Jonathan and the entire staff there were all very polite and professional throughout the whole repair, keeping us up to date on any possible changes. They even had a free loaner car available so that we didn't need to rearrange our schedules or need to rent a car. The car was returned to us looking like new inside and out. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My car was hit in a parking lot, and the other person's insurance recommended this as one of the body shops to get my dents and scratches repaired. These guys were FANTASTIC - their estimate was spot-on and they were able to schedule my repair quickly. The work they did on the exterior was phenomenal; the paint was blended perfectly and my car looks brand-new.

What further pleasantly surprised me was that they did a full exterior and interior cleaning and detailing, which I wasn't expecting at all. My car looks incredible, and I am so thankful for the work these guys did! If your car is in need of repairs, I cannot endorse this shop highly enough!

I really have no complaints. I was rear ended and had damage to my bumper and trunk. The repairs took a total of two weeks and while it seemed like a long time, the repairs are perfect and exceeded my expectations. Everything still functions properly (trunk closes and locks, rear view camera works) and the paint is a clear (and glossy) match. I smile every time I see my car. The staff is exceptionally friendly and kept me up to date on the status. I would recommend this location for repairs!
