A Virginia Golf Cars

Ripped me off on a golf cart rental and refuses to refund me my money for an event that got canceled due to COVID19. I have a judgement against them from small claims court, and they still refuse to respond to my demand for a refund. Now I have to file discovery to force them to reveal their bank account information. Do yourself a favor, do business with any other company than this one. They are unethical, and a total pain to deal with.

My husband bought a golf cart from this company in January 2020. It is a 2019-EZGO CPO etallic charcoal lifted Electric (2015), my husband wanted it road ready, so he added alot of extras to it, like custom rims, LED Bazooka sound bar. He paid $9,349.00 and it was delivered Feb. 3rd, 2020. He used it till the very early part of May when we returned home for the summer.

On Oct 15th, my husband passed away. When I came back in Nov., I went back to Mid Florida Golf cars to see if we could make a deal on a much smaller cart for me. I found one that I liked and waited for the offer. I was informed me that they would give me $4,000 for a trade and then I could buy the other one, for a couple thousand more! My husband only used the cart for 4 months. They were anxious to take our money, but not too good at even trying to work with me! I might be a woman, but I am not dumb!

I work at a community that has 29 carts for staff and grounds personnel and they are always in need of repair. The parts staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, their pricing is in line to what I can find on line.

Very friendly and professional. Large stock of golf carts to look through of all brands. The parts selection is great as well. They had the diode in stock I needed as well as the best battery prices I could find in Central Florida. And I did some shopping! Worth the trip over there; they took care of unloading the cores and loading up the new batteries.

They've grown and become National Golf Carts, fine purveyors of Trojan deep cycle batteries with the best prices in town. Definitely worth the drive.

We were verbally promised that a rear view mirror would be included on our new golf cart (that we paid ~$12K for). When it was delivered, it was not included and when we asked to have some one come out and install one, they offered to do so for a discounted price of $105. I decided to buy a top rated mirror on Amazon for $12 and do it myself.

We got a great golf cart and we got to test drive it. Everybody is very nice, our sales person was Jacki and she answered all of our questions!

My wife and I had a great experience. Josh was a wonderful "salesman" with no pressure. He let the carts sell themselves.

Nice and clean. Service/parts manager Jeremy was by far the best person in the building. They should pay that person very well. All the company's in the world are jelouse and beating their chest in lamentations because they lack a person like Jeremy.

We knew we wanted a golf cart, but didn't know much about them. These guys took the time to help us get into the right cart for us, answered a ton of questions, and delivered it on the promised day. You can't ask for much more than that!
