They scheduled me to drop my vehicle off on the 28th of March. Saying they would be able to get it in that day to diagnose the transmission shift solenoid problem. Didn't get to it till Wednesday. Let alone when I dropped it off I had asked them to figure out what it would cost for them to give it a tune up, they never did that. So in my opinion they are not reliable enough to even waste my time going back there again.

I used this independent shop during the 8 years I lived in Brighton. Mostly I do my own work but I sent several jobs to A Plus that I did not have time or did not want to do. Their prices are fair, and the quality of work is excellent. I had confidence in their shop. Nice guys too. Now that I moved I miss having this shop nearby.

I had a problem with my window washer. When I took it to the dealer they indicated that a rodent had chewed thru the washer supply hose and it would cost $500 plus dollars to repair. I felt this was extremely high price for this repair. I made an appointment with A Plus for a second opinion. They called me latter that day and indicated my car was ready.
They trimmed the washer supply hose and re-connected to the reservoir. "NO CHARGE". Thank you A Plus. It is great working with company with integrity and has customer interest as a priority. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at A Plus

I'm so happy I found these guys! They are so professional, attentive, and caring. They talk to you like you are a long time friend. John and Matthew were awesome to deal with. Matthew even asked me, "what can I do to make your experience a positive one?" How many times has an auto garage asked me that in my life. The answer is, of course---NONE! We have been bringing our vehicles to A Plus for many years and I have never had a negative experience. John, Alex and Craig are always willing to answer any questions I have. They are honest and straight forward about what repairs are critical and what can wait. I fully trust the staff. They don't push repairs you don't need. Every repair we have had is well done and not had that same issue again.
They are flexible and accommodating. I can't recommend A Plus Transmission enough. Huge plus is the shuttle. The only negative is it can be tough to get same day appointments.

Had to bring my car back to them quite a bit. This past year. Had a run of very bad luck with it. They were very honest and upfront with me and the price was very good compared to other shops. I hate spending money on big repairs, but they have been very accommodating. Thank you guys for working with me. Being honest and upfront is a HUGE deal at shops. And you guys have definitely been that. I appreciate it!

I make it a point to update older reviews. We just used this shop again for my hybrid Fusion. I'm absolutely blown away by their service and honesty. We were prepared to pay a pretty hefty fee for a new steering wheel module and approved the repair. Just before they put the module in they found a pin issue and called us to let us know that they didn't need to replace the module after all.
I have already been recommending this place to everyone I can. Good honest repair shops are so incredibly hard to find. Thank you A Plus for being so amazing. We will be back, but hopefully not too soon. A trans in one car is enough to last us for awhile We just used this place for my mom's Ford Taurus and they are absolutely amazing. They are quick and honest, which finding both of those things in an auto repair shop isn't common. Thanks for the wonderful service!

A Plus Transmission is the go to place for my car. I'm from Cincinnati and moved to Michigan about 4 years ago and this place hands down is my favorite place to take my car for any repairs and oil/flush changes. I had a recent service done by them and when things turned out to be unsatisfactory with what was done the owner himself reached out to me and offered to make things right.

I would like to thank your whole team at A Plus transmission. I have never been so happy on the respect for me and my f150 I felt like family. Your Team went above and beyond to keep me informed on what was going on and or what needed to be done. Also the prices are more then reasonable. I was even shocked on the phone call to check on my truck to make sure everything is ok and if I had any questions. and also my husband took the truck in after the first 2 weeks to have it check out like we were told to and make sure everything is ok. and he walked in no appointment they took care of him and was done within 15 to 20 min. Wanted to let you know after you installed the new cooler and VW Synthetic transmission fluid in our Rialta motor home we took our usual Tennessee visit. The transmission worked perfectly! Can't tell you how happy we are! Now we can sell her in good conscience and get an everyday vehicle that we need. I hate to sell her but we need a vehicle we can drive in these Michigan winter snows.
