A Plus Emission Tune

Did a great job on instrument cluster rebuild for my '99 Chevy truck. I removed it and dropped it off for a speedometer problem, but they checked out ALL the gauges anyway and fixed the gas gauge too. Had it finished a day earlier than promised as well. Cluster is working fine and they gave a couple month warranty in case I had any issues. NOTE: The voltmeter on 99 Chevy Era trucks IS PART OF THE CHARGING SYSTEM! So half way there, my truck died and I had to jumpstart it a couple times to get there and back home! Stupid GM design.

Ordered a fairly rare product, experienced a few delays in shipping. Ultimately it arrived in great shape. My one and only critique of SouthernEle is that they didn't contact me when the product in question shipped, and didn't provide me a tracking number. I'm certain they could have. And if it had shipped when originally scheduled I would not have expected an update. But I did wait 3 months beyond the scheduled date, and didn't receive notice the product had shipped. Seems like poor communication.

The pixels on my MB CLK 430 instrument cluster were almost all out. Southern Electronics quoted a fair price with shipping both ways included. The cluster was repaired and returned promptly. The cluster shines like new. Great service. Thank You!

I shipped my gage cluster to Southern Electronics on Monday and got the rebuilt unit back on Friday! Already installed and works great! By the way, this was for my '04 Chevy Avalanche 1500 with 107,000 miles. After 15 minutes of driving, the speedo would slow down and eventually drop it zero. Now it's like new!

I was having issues with my instrument cluster in my 2004 Ford Sport Trac, and mind you I live in Illinois. So as I was doing my research to replace it would have cost upwards of a thousand dollars if not more when all said and done. When I found this place I was a little bit Leary because well. I'm in Illinois, they're in Virginia, and I'm sending my part off to someplace I have never even knew existed until now.

Apparently my faith was very well founded because they fixed the issue for a few hundred dollars and got me set right again and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process and in a timely fashion. Plus it was plug and play.no hassle with expensive reprogramming or anything and the parts are still original to the vehicle. Overall I am VERY pleased I did what I did and I would gladly recommend these people to anyone.

The speedometer calibration only took about 20 minutes max. You're REQUIRED to pay the $100 calibration fee prior to the work being done. My speedometer was off half to one mph. I guess good news?!?!?! My hope of this being a defense for me speeding was crushed. On the positive side no more money put out for repairs!

I sent them an instrument cluster from my classic car that was completely dead. The team was very kind when I asked if they could evaluate it. Other shops had said they couldn't even take a look at it and turned me down almost instantly. Southern Electronics took mine in and fixed it in a very timely manner. They also included information on what was wrong with it before and tested it prior to sending it back. Very pleased!

I sent off my 2005 Buick gage cluster with all gages not work and the lighting was kinda dim and let's just say it came back pretty much brand new. Couldn't got a better deal and better quality work. If anyone needs one fixed I def recommend. Def worth the price and they include a 1 year warranty! Shipping was fast and reliable and they pack them to come in 1 piece.
