My truck was hit on the passenger side. The insurance company sent me to A & D. They seemed to have good reviews so I went with it. I was able to drive my truck, so they had me bring it in a month later when the parts came in. After having my truck for 8 weeks AFTER getting parts it was finally done. It looked good, but I noticed that the headlight jiggles when I drive.

I brought it back and was told by Ivan it could've happened in the wreck. I told him I drove it for a month AFTER the wreck and the headlight was fine. He said they took the assembly apart but nothing that shoupdve caused a problem. He advised me to take it to a dealer and have them take it apart. If they see any evidence that it was dine during the repairs have them take pics and bring them to him for evidence.

This is the customer service I get after a 2 month repair. I get sent on an errand where I potentially have to pay top dollar to a dealer for a mistake clearly made by A & D. They are apparently to busy to care about 1 customer, so now they have 1 less!

ZERO stars for these crooks. Had the misfortune of working with them just before Christmas. Knowingly sold us a vehicle in an accident with MULTIPLE leaks in the power steering and brake lines. Assured us the car ran well and drove good. For the test drive, they cleared ALL codes and we purchased the piece of junk for WAY TOO MUCH (we thought, hey, it's a good car and all the prices are up these days-- LGB).

We drove 40 minutes home and as we put it in park, the heat went out and all the dash lights came on. Used our code reader and found a number of issues. Car is not worth even half the amount we paid and definitely NOT what would be required to fix it and get it road safe and legal. These guys are liars and cheats and had the audacity to HANG UP AS WE CALLED TO REPORT THE ISSUES THE VERY MOMENT WE PARKED AT HOME. Don't go here. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Save your marriage the stress. I'd change my review if they would take the car back and refund our money, that's for dang sure.

Always friendly staff and very communicative about their process. Never had a problem with timing either. They're very good about giving you an accurate return time.

Called the day before for an estimate and told to come into the shop the next day between 12:30 and 1:00 to see David and he wasn't there. Was told by another person to come back the day after that at 2:00pm. I just went to other shop

A & D was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.COMpaid $3,550.00. I have NO vehelcle. GOD.theysaid i pick it up. That's a IIE. i am a Christen woman!.where is mt truck?.

They were super friendly and super quick to fix my car in like two days. Robert was incredibly helpful. I was so mad someone hit my car but he made it such a easy process by assuring me it'll be all taken care of. Great company! I can't recommend them enough guys. Seriously super pleased!

A & D has two locations. Owned by the same people. IF YOU NEED THEIR HELP THEY WILL NOT BE THERE DOWN THR ROAD. Employees are nice and so are the owners. Front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. Why the low rating though? Well. This is one of those companies that are there for you in the beginning and will take care of things and give you the time.

However if the issue with your car is ongoing they will try to brush you off even if they were at fault. That is how we felt, we thought we would be taken care of until the issue was resolved but it ended up quite differently. We were handed out to different people, we had to go out of our way and take time off work and family so we can take care of the issues they failed to address.

Unfortunately they lost my trust. A great company is great until they stop being great and look at you as just money signs(why keep servicing a customer who is no longer making them money). I will definitely look for another body shop company if I ever have to again.

Ummmm my car was in a week longer. Not happy at all. My seat was moved and lowered, bright lights where on. Milage seems off, a/c vents were closed and moved from the way I had them. I feel like someone was driving my car. They said no, but it seems other wise. I KNOW my car. I'm OCD.

Had to have an airbag replaced and front bumper and hood. A & D made my truck look better than before! My A/C's running nowhere near as cold as it was before I took it in. Now I have to sweat and feel lethargic driving around at lunch breaks and home from work. I called them, but they said they had nothing to do with it. Everyone was polite, apart from the receptionist who talked down to me when I brought my truck in. UPDATE: Luckily my Fiance knows quite a bit about cars and was able to get cold air blowing again! My Superhero! Refrigerant gas had leaked out.

Car towed here for auto repair from accident. the correct coolant wasnt put in, windshield wipers not working correctly, ac not charged correctly, mismatched headlights, cheap parts put on car. never ever again

Worst service you will rcv, never answers phone. NEVER on time. not professional at all. no one can give me a time frame at this shop but instead tell me owner Dave is not IN or busy cant come to the phone

Worst place ever. Shoddy work. Charged for work that was not done. Should've read reviews before taking my car here. Had to keep calling. Nobody ever answers the phone. So unprofessional. Office was dirty with dirty furniture.

A&D was a referral through my auto shop. They came highly recommended. I had to see them due to some damage to the hood and front of my vehicle as a result of bumping into another car. Completely my fault. From the moment I entered their establishment to when I picked up my vehicle, I was given stellar customer service. Alfred was the tech who assessed my vehicle.

He was compassionate and even told me he'd do his best to keep fees down if I were open to using used parts. The quote was a shock as I thought it would be more. And the work they did was amazing. They restored the damage and it looks brand new. Paint matched and everything! This family owned and operated business makes you feel good about your investment. They are a gem. You will not be disappointed.

I went in for an estimate for a couple of car dings. Kyle was very helpful and honest. He took out the black from one of the dings free of charge. Then, he gave his honest opinion about the repairs. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. I would recommend this place to anyone! Very kind people! I will be visiting again :

Took my brand new 370Z here after someone hit me in a parking lot.obviously I was quite worried about the outcome of the job seeing as I hadn't even made one payment on the car yet. One of the techs went over exactly what they would be doing beforehand, so that was good. He was very knowledgeable and confident in his work, so that put my mind at ease. The work was done quick, (about one week), and done well, I am a happy man! My baby looks good as new!

They did excellent paint job. Very professional. Courteous. Completed work on time. Even buffed my car headlights and detailed.

These guys were great! The estimate was almost half of one of their competitors I've US d in the past and the work is excellent. They also were done a lot earlier than I expected. The office staff and estimator were very friendly. And to top it off, they washed the exterior and detailed the interior of my car! Didn't expect that. I highly recommend them. Hey do such great work here. Have been here for all my auto body repairs. They are honest and hard working. Recommended by many insurance companies too. Check them out if you ever need them.

Freaking AMAZING. Went for an estimate on front end damage. They looked at car within two minutes of my arrival. They figured out they could fix it quick and easy. Bent a couple things back in place, replaced broken clips and I Drove out 5 minutes later. NO CHARGE. They could have really ripped me off. Will absolutely bring my car there if needed. And happy to post my experience. I sincerely appreciate the honesty of a company that works on cars.

I was in an accident & was sent to this place by the insurance of the person that hit me. Great recommendation. They were consistently pleasant and did a great job. They even noticed more work that needed to be done that an average joe such as myself couldn't have noticed. The one downfall, they didn't completely insert my bed liner but when I mentioned it to them, they were ready to help and help they did!
