A C Auto Service Center

This was an amazing experience. I broke down with my car on the way from OH to NC where my daughter was to have a baby. The car could not be repaired by him, but he was a perfect gentleman and did all he could to keep my car safe till it could be taken back to OH for repairs. Thanks soo much to AC Auto!

Avoid this place for an inspection. Even if you have a newer vehicle that has followed make/model/year guide (maintenance) by the dealer, they will have you with a list of things that need to be done or are wrong. over an hour later with an appointment. Not everyone is a fool. Keep up the great work. I'm sure there are many people ignorant enough to "be loyal" customers.

The folks at AC Auto are truly amazing. I have been going there for 21 years and have had them work on four different cars during that time. I can always count on them to be polite and friendly. I can always rely on David to clearly explain things to me on my level. Adam is the new owner and he has been a long time mechanic at AC Auto. His extensive knowledge of cars has only helped to make AC Auto even better. I have just purchased a new vehicle and plan to have it serviced at AC Auto rather than at the car dealership.

AC Auto is my go-to auto center in Winston-Salem. Brandon, who works the front desk, is very kind and knowledgeable. He worked with me to make sure I could get the repairs that my car needed most while also staying within my tight budget! Aiden, who shuttled me to and from my classes, was wonderful and a safe driver. These folks made a stressful day a whole lot less stressful! I will keep coming back for future repairs and maintenance, and recommend AC Auto to others who want high-quality work for a reasonable cost and kind folks!

Friendly, knowledgeable people, upfront about what is wrong with your car. Fixes everything, tells u the price and asked if u want other things fixed or just what u came in for. Good about getting appointment for u and ready to help u fix ur vehicle problems!

We've taken multiple vehicles over several years, and always had good experiences. The staff has been consistently professional, timely, honest, and thorough. We've gone to them for everything from routine inspections and fluid changes, to suspension installation and performance alignment services, and never found the level of work or customer service to be anything but great.

They were very helpful. Dave went above and beyond to help me with my car. They are very friendly and even give you a ride to your house and back when the work is done. Thank you for all your help. I will definitely be back when i need more work done.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Extremely unprofessional! Adam kept my car for 3 days before I learned that they did nothing with it and had horrible communication about my vehicle! Was going to charge me $1400+ for just my front breaks! Ended up going to a different mechanic and they repaired my breaks AND ball joint for just under $350! Will NEVER go back to this place for car work

I was very pleased with my experience with AC Auto Service. I am a former, I say former, long-standing customer of the Clemmons Meineke shop. Of late there pricing methodology and price structure, has made me consider doing business elsewhere. If future experiences with AC Auto are like the one I just had, I expect I would return here.

I had to have my vehicle tested due to a code showing up. The staff was courteous and serviced my vehicle. They were able to find the problem quickly and fixed it. Great service.

I was helped by Tyler very polite, knowledgeable. Told Tyler the issue I was having. Received a quote was very pleased, did I mention I'll be bring my car Tuesday. The shop is clean I wish I would have visited sooner.

This was my 2nd time going to AC Auto. The people inside at the counter were always nice and friendly and didn't seem to want to do any work that wasn't necessary. I have a large vehicle and not every shop has the equipment to lift such a heavy truck. Anyway, i had an oil change done a couple of weeks ago. The next day i saw a spot in my driveway when i was leaving but thought it was water from the ac running.

When i came back the spot was still there so i knew something was wrong. I parked and got out to see what was going on and yep, it was oil. It was almost 5 on the Saturday before Labor Day so places were closed or super busy. NTB said I could bring it to them thankfully. In the 20 minutes my truck was parked i had an oil spot as big as a placemat. Got to NTB and Ryan said the drain plug wasn't tight.

So now I've got oil spots in the driveway of a place that i rent from someone. I sent a message to AC Auto about this and never received any type of response whats so ever, no acknowledgement at all. I know things can happen, but loose drain plugs are one of the main things i hear people complaining about after oil changes so why not double or triple check these things before sending a vehicle out and why not even acknowledge someone's concern when they contact you? I guess i should just be happy that it was an oil change and not major repairs.

The experience here was amazing and I felt right at home with Richard and Tyler. The owner Adam came out and greeted me and was very welcoming. This is by far the cleanest and cared for shop I've seen in a long time. There was no confusion and everything was explained to me about my car in a way I could understand. David was my technician and was very informative with my issue and went out of his way to show me the nature of my issue I was having with my car. Im usually not one to write a review for a business but the experience was so exceptional I couldn't overlook it. Thank you Adam, Richard Tyler and David! I've found a shop I can trust!

Great stop for your car needs! They have a great value for their services and sometimes have coupons/sales online. The staff is very efficient and friendly. It's nice to support smaller businesses like this where they care about and respect their customers. Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

I am so lucky to find this service center after my alternator broke down. I called them 1st thing on a Monday morning and they had me out within 2 hours! Staff is wonderful! Place is clean, has coffee station with water, fridge. Kristy could not be any more pleasant!
