I have used Barnes Glass for 2 of my windshield issues, 1 full glass replacement and last was a deep chip. Both times Rocky was my service tech that came to my home arriving earlier than time quoted. He did a great job, windshield never leaked and you can't even find the filler on chip. He is very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly.,I told a friend about the company and he used them and was just as happy with their work and service.

I've now used this company twice. They have always been honest and upfront about my options and I've never felt they were doing what was in their best interst, rather providing me with the information and letting me choose. Once they were unable to make it out as expected and I received a prompt call to notify me and rescehdule for the next day. I would reccomend them without hesitation.

They went above and beyond to help out in a time of need. My windshield was broken, afraid that the front camera had gotten broken as well, but Mr. Barnes had taken personal responsibility for the repairs on the truck. Barnes installed new windshield on my wife's truck last Friday as she was driving home she noticed a wind noise, I called them on Monday and they came back out right away and fixed it, without any hesitation nice to do business with someone who stands behind there work without it being a hassle. I spoke with Dane and he wanted to make sure everything good. Hopefully I will not have to replace another windshield but if I do it will be with Barnes Glass, on top of the great service the price was $100.00 cheaper the big company that advertises every where for the same piece of glass.
