A-1 stayed in constant contact while waiting for my new windshield (new model vehicle), explained everything, worked with my dealership, offered to come to me, to the dealership, or have me come to them for the replacement, and charged a lot less than the other quotes I received. I will definitely be recommending to any of my friends with glass needs!

Demetrious replaced the windshield in our car. We scheduled the appointment at our house. He came to our location and completed the job in 45 mins. He is very efficient. He coordinated everything with our insurance company. Drove the car through a rain storm several hours later and had no problems. Demetrious is a very good communicator. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I had a chip and they fixed it up nice and fast. Staff is great! No appointment was needed. My 40 min drive to them was worth it!

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the service was fast and friendly. This place was recommended by my dealership and I definitely see why. I had called and told the lady my year/make/model and she had the part ready for installation by my appointment time. I was even able to get an impromptu windshield repair done. They also offer military discount. My car no longer looks ghetto, driving around with the cracked window.

They did a great job and prices were very reasonable. They came to my house and took only an hour to replace my windshield.

This place was recommended by the dealership I use and the windshield was 1/3 the price of ordering one through the dealership. And that was not including labor! So I imagine I paid 1/4 or less for going this route. I took them up on the convenience of coming to my home. I called on a Friday, and they came out the following Monday afternoon! It was quick and the installer, Javier, was very knowledgeable and took great pride in the quality of his work! He paid attention to details. I will be using them again in the future and recommending them to friends/family.

After calling several other places to get a quote, A1 was the only one who gave me an all in price - including tax and disposal fee! They were also $75 to $100 cheaper than competitors. You get the same price if you go to their location or they come to you. They immediately got me scheduled and was very responsive to my timing request. The installer was on time, very friendly, and worked efficiently.

I've had a string of bad luck recently. I have been in two car accidents in three months, neither of which were my fault. Both cars were totaled and I bought a new car (again) last week. As I was driving down the freeway a rock flew up and broke my windshield. I went to A-1 Auto Glass and was so defeated to have to spend more money after a very expensive few months.

When I explained what I had been through and couldn't afford to replace it immediately they went out of their way to make sure I got my windshield replaced ASAP, could afford the cost, and finally had some good luck! They were amazing! It was done quickly, professionally, and courteously.but most important, affordably. I highly recommend A-1 Auto Glass!

This was an easy process! Made appointment over the phone, brought in later that day, went to eat lunch and picked up truck with new windshield an hour later. $214-ish out the door seemed fair. Friendly service and helpful advice.

I had a windshield repaired and a windshield replaced on two of or cars all on the same week. A1 Glass entire staff was very professional, very friendly, and their work is outstanding! The cost was very reasonable. I will use them every time!

Arrived on Monday morning and was promptly helped. Tech looked at chip in windshield and went over the normal disclosures. Now mind you this is on a 2017 Super duty and if replaced its well over 1k dollars. Matthew fixed it very fast and professional. I would highly recommend this establishment and of course Matthew!

I checked with our dealer to see who they use for windshield glass replacement and they said A-1. I let our insurance company know and they sent A-1 to our house. The guys did a phenomenal job replacing the windshield on my car. They truly did their work with excellence.

Something about the angle of a Jeep means I'll have lots of road damage to my windshield. This is my 2nd replacement. I wish I had come to A-1 Auto Glass the first time. I went with someone else who was a little cheaper. As a result for the last two years I've had a whistling noise because they didn't do a great job. A-1 Auto Glass was a little more. However, awesome quick friendly service. I no longer have the annoying wind noise. They did a professional job. I will definitely be back. Glad I gave them a shot.

Very good experience multiple times. I have had my windshield replaced twice at A-1 after getting hit by rocks on the highway. They have come to me both times, once at work and once at home. Both experiences have been great!

After a series of unfortunate events, I wound up with a cracked windshield. It wasn't just a small little chip either. The damage required a complete windshield replacement. Nooooo, my pocketbook cried. My mom gave me A-1's info after going to the car dealership and seeing that they did it there onsite. I called A-1 and they set up an appointment to come to my house (how convenient is that?!) and replace my windshield a few days later.

When the technician arrived, I went outside and we discussed what was about to take place. He then went to work and within 30 minutes I had a brand new windshield, free of cracks and other damage. Everything turned out great and I now have a windshield that allows me to feel safe while driving and I didn't break the bank doing so either. Thanks A-1!

There were some issues with the initial installation of the windshield, but the owner got involved, and had all the problems solved the following day. My suggestion is to over communicate with the technician, set realistic expectations, and not sign off on the work until you have had a chance to make a complete inspection. After a day of frustration, I'm now a satisfied customer. Should not have had to deal with that, but A-1 took care of everything.
